This study also found that teacher competency has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. The dimension of personality competence in teacher commitment has the greatest influence on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction, with the response factor to ambiguity in work stress having the greatest influence. In addition, this study also shows that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on performance. Co-worker dimensions of job satisfaction have the greatest influence on teacher performance. This study also found that job satisfaction can function as a mediating variable between competence and teacher performance, with the complementary effect as the mediating effect. Likewise, job satisfaction can also be a mediating variable between work stress and teacher performance, with a mediating effect that also occurs, namely the Complimentary Effect.

Data from 86 respondents was collected and analyzed quantitatively, complemented with qualitative analysis. Since descriptive analysis entailed description of a single variable and its attributes, frequency tables were used to present the data. At the bivariate level, a Pearson correlation matrix was conducted to ascertain the relationships between the predictor variables and the dependent variable. A linear regression model was used to fit the data. Research findings from the regression model show thatfunds disbursement(R=862), Auditing process (R=656 and records keeping systems(R=899) have a positive significance on the service delivery Kabale District local government. The main conclusion drawn from this research is that funds disbursement, auditing process and record keeping systems have a significant effect on service delivery. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the accuracy of the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) in predicting stock returns on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019 to 2022. The objectives of the research are to benefit the individuals and communities such as enhancing individuals’ decision-making in predicting stock returns, advancing community understanding of financial markets, and contributing new investment insight for societal benefits. The sample comprises 45 selected stocks out of more than 700 stocks, using K-Means Clustering to ensure a diverse and representative dataset. The study compared CAPM’s predictions with the Moving Average (MA) method. Findings show CAPM’s decisions align 87% with MA-analyzed price movements, underscoring CAPM’s effectiveness and the value of using multiple methods for financial predictions. While CAPM proves robust during economic recovery, further analysis is needed for optimal investment strategies. This study’s results challenge some arguments against CAPM’s accuracy.

This research was conducted on the Millennial generation born between the years1981 – 1995 in the Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi and Tangerang Indonesia. This research design is oriented toward a logic approach that explains a causal relationship and a category of concepts because in this research hypothesis testing of the causal relationship of independent variables and dependent variables is used. This research is a quantitative research by analyzing data based on samples from the population carried out randomly with a chance of error (significance level) 0f 5% and a confidence level of 95%.The forms of research are descriptive survey with a decuctive and quantitave approach. Hypoteses are tested by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) with a sample consisting of 397. The research results show that Subjective Norms does not directly have a positive effect to Online Purchase Intention nor to Attitude for Using E-Commerce Applications. Subjective Norms indirectly does not have a positive effect on Online Purchase Intention through Attitude in Using E-Commerce Applications. Perceived Risk directly has a negative effect on Online Purchase Intention. Perceived Risk does not directly have a negative effect on the Attitude of Using E-Commerce Applications. Perceived Risk Indirectly does not have a negative effect on Online Purchase Intention through Attitude in Using E-Commerce Applications. Attitude The use of E-Commerce Applications directly has a positive effect on Online Purchase Intention.
