Abstract

Kerupuk ikan merupakan salah satu jenis olahan pangan yang berbahan dasar ikan dan mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Pengolahan hasil tangkapan laut menjadi kerupuk ikan menjadi alternatif pilihan masyarakat pesisir di Desa Kedungpandan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Salah satu ikan yang melimpah adalah ikan payus yang dapat dijadikan olahan kerupuk ikan. Kerupuk ikan payus mempunyai rasa yang enak dan gurih, bisa dijadikan camilan maupun teman makan nasi. Selain itu, kandungan gizi dari kerupuk ikan payus sangat bermanfaat untuk tubuh. Adapun tujuan dari program ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga nelayan dan mengubah cara berpikir masyarakat dalam mengolah ikan. Hal ini sebagai upaya untuk mengoptimalkan hasil tangkapan para nelayan di Desa Kedungpandan. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara FGD (Focus Group Discussion), yaitu pemateri memaparkan tahap-tahap pengolahan ikan menjadi kerupuk ikan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung membuat kerupuk ikan. Saat praktik berlangsung, peserta dapat melakukan interaksi langsung dengan pemateri. Luaran dari program ini adalah terbentuknya keluarga nelayan yang mampu membuat dan memproduksi kerupuk ikan secara mandiri sehingga mampu menghasilkan produk dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga nelayan.

Abstract

. Knitting house owners are small business actors who produce a variety of knittedproducts, such as knitting shoes, bags, clothes, accessories and accessories, and knittingHome Décor. Yuni Suwanti Asih's dedication and persistence in making knitted productsmade her team a partner in PKMS activities. Some aspects of the problems that get priorityfor partners are aspects of production, human resource competence, and aspects of productmarketing. Marketing utilizes social media to introduce products and actively participatesin exhibitions held by the regional government of Sidoarjo Regency. Partner activities arecarried out in a room that is attached to their place of residence and assisted by 4 employeeswho are residents around their production site. Partner turnover ranges from 2-2.5 millionevery month. The approach offered is training and workshops to increase the ability andquality of online marketing human resources, repair/engineering production equipment, andprocurement of production equipment. Assistance is carried out to evaluate this activity.Production time in fulfilling consumer orders and effectiveness in carrying out broaderdesigns and marketing is the expected output target. Partners can save costs by 25% fromusual production and production time efficiency of 20% from the usual time. Abstract

Scallops are one of the marine products that are usually caught by fishermen.Shellfish generally contain protein, minerals, vitamins, and omega 3 fatty acids. This highnutritional content makes shellfish processed into various types of food. Banjar KemuningVillage is one of the areas where the people work as fishermen where shellfish are acommon catch. The catch is sold to middlemen or to the people of Banjar KemuningVillage. In addition, the catch of shellfish is also managed to become a favorite culinaryform of shellfish satay by the community. Variations in the processing of shellfish are madeto add to the treasures of culinary diversity that is produced as a special food of BanjarKemuning Village. Scallops are used as additional ingredients for pentol and tempura toadd nutritional value and attractiveness. In addition, this food can add opportunities toimprove the community's economy.

Abstract

Financial management requires a wise attitude in choosing which needs must bemet first and which needs can be delayed. In Indonesia, family financial management is theresponsibility of a mother. Therefore, the target of the community service being carried outis PKK mothers, namely PKK mothers in Ngaban Village. The purpose of this communityservice is to provide insight into the importance and ways of good (simple) family financialmanagement so that it can meet family needs in the present and the future. Abstract

The Technical Audit is carried out to find out all the conditions andfunctions of the raw water sources in the BBWS Brantas Work Area from theTechnical Audit activities to have output reports that can be used by decision-makers to determine which ponds to maintain, including from a technical and costperspective. The legal basis used to follow up on these activities is contained in LawNo. 11 of 1974 concerning Irrigation as stated in the general explanation and Article12 regarding maintenance, besides that it is also contained in GovernmentRegulation No. 37 of 2010 concerning dams. So that BBWS Brantas as an extensionof the Central Government needs to carry out Technical Audit activities and thepreparation of AKNOP for Reservoirs in the Blitar, Tulungagung, and MalangRegions. The aims and objectives of carrying out the Technical Audit and thepreparation of the AKNOP of the Madura area dams are the availability of raw waterinventory data for the Blitar, Tulungagung, and Malang areas in the BBWS Brantaswork area, the availability of technical data, conditions and functions of thereservoirs for the Blitar, Tulungagung and Malang areas so that it can become atechnical reference in planning Operations and Maintenance in the future.Technically, the damage that generally occurs to raw water facilities andinfrastructure that is built is caused by a lack of maintenance carried out by thecaretaker of the raw water location.

Abstract

This article is a community service journal as a form of activity report in the implementation of higher education tridharma activities. This service is the application of IOT in the placement and classification of fish quality. The circulation model and selection of quality fish are only given a place and a label so that it allows the misuse of fish by related parties, either repacking or selling actions that do not comply with company standards. In solving problems with the company, we provide service in the form of making prototypes of fish placement media and supervision in the form of direct monitoring to superiors through cloud control by obtaining information on recording the date of entry and exit of fish from the container and also the name of the person in charge of Quality control, so that it can be used to support quality fish and also to maintain the availability of these fish. In this system, informants are determined based on an implementation study, namely the company management. Analysis and mitigation of supply chain risk has an impact on sales and inventory, with the existence of this program it is hoped that it can assist companies in implementing product quality determination. Abstract

Home industry kerajinan bordir di Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo mulai bangkit, dan kondisi inilah yang harus ditangkap oleh perajin. Perlu adanya usaha yang lebih keras untuk membangkitkan citra Tanggulangin agar para pelanggan dan konsumen baru datang ke industry kerajinan Tanggulangin. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya bantuan dan stimulus dari Akademisi untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perajin home industry kerajinan bordir di Tanggulangin dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sehingga tujuan dari program ini adalah memberikan transfer knowledge bagi perajin bordir di Tanggulangin dengan cara : meningkatkan pemahaman perajin bordir tentang konsep pemasaran modern, menciptakan inovasi produk kerajinan bordir dan menciptakan packaging yang sesuai dengan produk yang dihasilkan. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam program ini adalah memberikan pelatihan strategi pemasaran modern, pelatihan inovasi produk kerajinan bordir dan pelatihan pembuatan packaging serta pendampingan untuk setiap program yang diberikan. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently one of the important sectors supporting the Indonesian economy. Lack of understanding in the meaning of NIB ownership as a legal form for business actors is a problem for MSMEs and also the community. The same problem was also found in MSMEs in Buduran Village, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction to business actors regarding preparing and registering to obtain an NIB. This community service begins with location observations, data collection, and implementation of socialization and mentoring activities. After participating in socialization and mentoring, entrepreneurs have a better understanding and are able to manage and have an NIB. It is hoped that this community service can be carried out irrationally for MSME actors in Sidaorjo Regency.

Abstract

Limbah plastik merupakan salah satu permasalahan global yang serius. Hal ini dikarenakan sifat plastik yang sulit terurai di alam. Tujuan dilakukan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada warga Desa Tulangan agar menjadi lebih kreatif dan dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian warga serta meminimalisir jumlah sampah plastik yang dihasilkan oleh warga Desa Tulangan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan melakukan pengolahan limbah/sampah plastik menjadi kerajinan tas dengan memanfaatkan limbah plastik yang dihasilkan dari sampah rumah tangga. Pelatihan yang dilakukan menghasilkan produk berupa tas yang memiliki bentuk dan desain yang menarik serta layak untuk dijual.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau yang sering disingkat dengan UMKM merupakan bagian penting dari perekonomian suatu negara atau daerah, begitu juga dengan Indonesia. UMKM juga berperan dalam kecepatan pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat seperti memperluas kesempatan dan lapangan kerja. Metode Pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap pelatihan, dan tahap evaluasi. Tujuan dari program PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pemilik usaha tas kulit tentang penetapan harga pokok penjualan dan keuntungan yang dibutuhkan untuk menjual produk agar mencapai keuntungan maksimal yang diharapkan dan juga untuk membantu menutupi biaya operasional usaha.
