Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) perfomance and the adoption of e-banking innovations on banking operational efficiency, as well as how the interaction with the adoption of e-banking innovations moderates this relationship in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2024. The population in this study consists of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a total population of 47 banks. The sampling method used in this study employs purposive sampling, resulting in 13 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2024 period as the sample for the study. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a quantitative methodology. Multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis were used to test the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and e-banking innovation adoption on banking operational efficiency and its interaction with e-banking innovation adoption. The results of the study indicate that environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and the adoption of e-banking innovations influence banking operational efficiency. Furthermore, the interaction of e-banking adoption does not moderate the relationship between the influence of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance on banking operational efficiency

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on organizational performance and environmental awareness at the Indonesian National Armed Forces Finance Center. GHRM is perceived as a strategic approach integrating environmental sustainability principles into the entire human resource management cycle, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and reward systems. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 120 personnel who responded to a Likert scale questionnaire (1–5). Data analysis employed multiple linear regression with validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, and F-tests. Simulation results reveal that GHRM has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance (β=0.482, p<0.05) and environmental awareness (β=0.537, p<0.05). These findings highlight the importance of implementing GHRM in the military environment as a means to achieve optimal performance while fostering a culture of environmental consciousness

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses about the influence between variables that will be used in further research within the scope of human resource management. The writing method used in this study is library research, drawing on previous research. Online resources such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish, and other academic online resources were used to obtain previous research. The results of this study are: 1) The Influence of Organizational Work Culture on Employee Performance, 2) The Influence of Competence on Employee Performance, and 3) Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Orphanage children are group that is vulnerable to infections, which one is Soil-Transmitted Helminths infection. This happens because the limited number of caregivers results in a lack of monitoring of the personal hygiene conditions of their foster children. This research aims to determine the description of personal hygiene and Soil-Transmitted Helminth infections in orphanages  children in the City Padang area in 2023. This research is descriptive research conducted in several orphanages in Padang City. This research was conducted from October to December 2023 with 110 respondents. Sampling in this research used a total sampling technique. The research instrument used was a personal hygiene questionnaire sheet. Soil-Transmitted Helminths infection data was obtained from direct fecal laboratory examination results. The research results showed that 56.4% of respondents had poor levels of personal hygiene and 43.6% of respondents had good personal hygiene , and no Soil-Transmitted Helminths infections were found in children from orphanages in the Padang City area in 2023

Abstract

Duck farming has opportunity and great potential to support food security and increase rural household income. This study aims to analyze the business model of duck farming in Paringin Kota subdistrict, Balangan Regency using the Business Model Cnavas (BMC) approach. A descriptive qualitatve method was applied with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The value proposition include households, and traditional market traders. The value propotion lies ini providing fresh duck eggs, and processed product (salted eggs). Distribution channels include traditional markets, and social media. The BMC analysis also revealed that product diversification, pathnerships with local SMEs, and the use of digital marketing are key strategies for business sustainability. This study recommends strengthening farme group institutions and government policy support in access to finance and markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research focuses on the employees of PT. Arifindo Adiputra Ariaguna. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory and serve as a reference for property companies in improving employee performance through enhanced motivation and job satisfaction. The completion of this proposal was made possible with the support and guidance of various academic and personal contributors who played an important role in the success of this research. This study is closely related to several key concepts, including leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance, mediating variables, human resource management, quantitative methods, and the property industry within PT. Arifindo Adiputra Ariaguna. This research is expected to contribute to the theoretical literature on human resource management by emphasizing the interrelationships and roles of each variable in shaping employee performance effectively and sustainably, as well as serving as an important reference for property companies in developing comprehensive HR management strategies

Abstract

The influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Rai Getheg Kreatif Bekasi. The method used was a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression design, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees. The theory underlying this study encompasses the concepts of workload, work environment, and employee performance, which are interrelated in influencing individual productivity within an organization. The results of the analysis indicate that both workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 68.5%, meaning that 68.5% of the variation in performance can be explained by these two variables. The implication of this study is the importance of balanced workload management and the creation of a conducive work environment, so that companies can sustainably increase employee productivity and performance effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media promotion and product quality on customer loyalty at Tomoro Coffee Mangunjaya, Tambun Selatan. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 105 respondents who are customers of Tomoro Coffee. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a t-value of 11.991. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 7.541. Simultaneously, social media promotion and product quality significantly affect customer loyalty, with an F-value of 655.166. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.926, indicating that 92.6% of the variation in customer loyalty is explained by the two independent variables. This study highlights the importance of effective promotion and consistent product quality in building customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Location on Repurchase Intention (A Study on Consumers of Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi). This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, price, and location on repurchase intention among consumers of Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi. The background of this research is based on the increasingly intense competition in the coffee shop industry, which requires business owners to continuously improve product quality, determine appropriate pricing, and choose strategic locations in order to maintain customer loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 126 respondents who had previously made purchases at Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. The results show that product quality, price, and location have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant and positive effect on repurchase intention. This study is expected to serve as a reference for coffee shop business owners in designing more targeted marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty

Abstract

The Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest and Consumer Satisfaction as Intervening Variables (Study on Sabana Fried Chicken Consumers at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta).The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer buying interest and consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative research method, with the type and source of primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population and sample of this study were respondents who had bought or consumed Sabana Fried Chicken. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, resulting in 170 data samples that met the criteria. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate including: 1) Brand image affects customer satisfaction; 2) Brand image affects purchase intention; 3) Product quality affects consumer satisfaction; 4) Product quality has no effect on purchase intention; 5) Purchase intention affects customer satisfaction; 6) Brand image affects purchase intention through customer satisfaction; 7) Product quality affects purchase intention through customer satisfaction
