A total of 40 people (25.8%) experienced re-infection with COVID-19. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis using the chi square test, the p value = 0.000 (p-value < 0.05), it means that there is a significant effect for a positive history reinfection with changes in menstrual patterns at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Bengkulu.

Abstract

Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) is clinical syndrome defined by presence PAD in the combination rest pain, gangrene, or lower limb ulceration more than 2 weeks. Arterial ulcers as complication ischemia ulcers risk limb loss, the lesion are generally refractory to healing unless tissue perfusion can be improved prone to progress infection or gangrene. With or without surgery arterial ulcer cause of chronic limb ischemia need wound care treatment. The method is using case study, there are present female 61 years old complain necrotic right & left leg after CABG surgery 1 month ago. Glucose uncontrolled, angiography hard occlusion artery popliteal sinistra and tibialis anterior. Wound management using moist concept with TIME original Framework; tissue management with sharp and safe debridement continue using autolytic debridement using hydrogel base, infection control with iodosorb powder & nano colloidal silver spray alternate every 2 weeks, moisture imbalance using calcium alginate and hydro foam, Migration cell epithelial need the support with collagen lotion to prevent break down periwound skin. This case in wound care management necrotic tissue causes of CLTI failed healing after surgery CABG, using TIME original framework have significant result and wound healing at four months without amputation. Case of wound in critical limb-threatening ischemia need appropriate wound care management to heal the wound. Occlusion artery as problem because cannot heal the wound, but the moist condition granulate tissue will grow with helping vascular endothelium growth factor as angiogenesis process. Using moist concept TIME original framework to create and promote healing without amputation and saving feet to saving lives.

Abstract

The transition from the dry season to the rainy season causes mosquito larvae in stagnant water. Researchers are looking for natural larvicidal solutions that are safe and effective with male papaya flowers (masculus). The aim of the study was to determine the effect of masculus immersion water on the death of mosquito larvae in water reservoirs. The location is in Curup Tengah District. Quasi experimental type, Chi-square analysis, calculating odds ratio, Chi square test. Almost all (94.4%) there were 34 dead larvae and a small portion (5.5%) there were 2 live larvae, from 36 Aedes aegypti larvae in 50 ml of masculine immersion water, 1 minute. The results of Chi-square analysis showed that P value = 0.04 < ? 0.05, there was a significant effect between masculine immersion water and Aedes aegypti larvae mortality. Where the value of p value = 0.043, has the effect of masculus immersion water, at odds ratio = 4.10 times. Overall (100%) there were 36 dead larvae and a small portion (0%) there were 0 live larvae, out of 36 Aedes aegypti larvae in the bath 100 ml of masculus soaking water, time under 1 minute. The results of the Chi-square analysis showed that the P value = 0.04 <?0.05, there was a significant effect between the masculine immersion water and the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae. Where the p value = 0.040, has the effect of masculus soaking water, at odds ratio = 4.00 times. In order for the community to be active in eradicating Aedes aegypti larvae, activities get used to making masculine soaking, pouring it into a water reservoir

Abstract

E-cigarettes are a new trend in Indonesian society, especially young people, not only men but also women who are fans of this electric cigarette which can be called a vape or vapor, this electric cigarette uses liquid (liquid) as a substitute for tobacco . Then this liquid turns into thick smoke. It is known that in the liquid vape content there is diacetyl which is an additive that is usually used in the production of foods such as popcorn, caramel and butter that can cause addiction. Diacetyl which is added to the liquid causes serious inflammation, which results in the lungs not having a place to exchange oxygen with CO, causing shortness of breath and difficulty breathing deeply, thus making hemoglobin levels increase because the body cannot supply enough oxygen. This happens because when smoking hemoglobin instead of taking the oxygen the body needs but instead binds to carbon monoxide .The type of research used in this study is descriptive research, namely research conducted to describe blood hemoglobin levels in electronic cigarette users in the Hexohm community of Bengkulu city in 2021. It is known that from the 40 respondents studied, almost most of them have normal hemoglobin levels and most have abnormal hemoglobin levels. Normal hemoglobin level is 12-15 g/dl. Based on the results of the examination of Hemoglobin in vape users in the Hexohm community levels in Bengkulu City, it showed that the respondents in the higher category were 22 respondents, and in the almost normal category 18 respondents. Suggestions for other researchers so that it can be used as a reference that will later be useful for further research. And it is hoped that further research will be better.

Abstract

Malnourished toddlers are directly linked to a lack of energy and protein and infectious disorders like worms. Handling toddlers malnutrition and worm infection might be accomplished by providing supplementary food formulas with consideration for nutrition, health benefits, resource, durability, and the pre-eminence of local food, for example, in the form of biscuits modified with moringa leaves and snakehead fish. The objective of this research is to assess the effect of providing malnourished toddlers with biscuits modified with moringa leaves and snakehead fish on their nutritional condition. This research was classified as an experimental research with Pre and Post Randomized Controlled Group Design. The subjects were toddlers between the ages of 24 to 59 months with malnutrition and worm infection. Each group (malnourished and worm-infected group, malnourished group, and control) consisted of 14 toddlers and was determined by purposive sampling. The research was conducted for two months with the intervention of providing modified biscuits. The modified biscuits were given as much as 60 gr twice daily for two months. The intervention was monitored and evaluated every two weeks. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, Kruskal Wallis, and Binary Logistic Regression. The provision of biscuits modified with moringa leaves and snakehead fish resulted in a significant increase in nutritional status (p = 0.008), and a distinct increase in nutritional status among malnourished toddlers (p = 0000). The biscuits modified with Moringa leaves and snakehead fish can be used as an alternative snacks to improve the nutritional status of underweight toddlers.

In contrast, the control group was elementary school students who were given promotions on cough etiquette through illustrated cartoons. The population in this study were all elementary school students in Bengkulu City who found 26780 people. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed that after the intervention by giving a cough etiquette choreography video, the value is 0.003 < 0.05, indicating a difference in respondents' knowledge before and after choreographic video media. Meanwhile, knowledge after intervention by giving cough etiquette media values ??was obtained at 0.000 <0.05, which means there is a difference in respondents' knowledge before and before being given pictorial media. Conclusion: There is no difference between the effect of choreography and Media with cough etiquette on elementary school children's knowledge, attitudes, and skills in the city of Bengkulu.
