Abstract

Sistem arus lemah pada gedung bertingkat berperan strategis dalam mendukung fungsi komunikasi, keamanan, dan keselamatan bangunan. Dibanding bangunan rendah, kompleksitasnya lebih tinggi karena melibatkan distribusi vertikal melalui riser, keterbatasan ruang teknis, kebutuhan redundansi jaringan, serta integrasi berbagai subsistem seperti structured cabling, CCTV, access control, dan fire alarm dalam satu ekosistem operasional, sehingga menuntut perancangan dan implementasi yang terstruktur serta sesuai dengan standar teknis yang berlaku, termasuk Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara sistematis perkembangan riset terkait desain dan implementasi sistem arus lemah pada gedung bertingkat serta mengidentifikasi kecenderungan pendekatan, tantangan teknis, dan celah penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA, dengan 10 artikel jurnal internasional terbitan 2015–2025 yang diseleksi melalui proses identifikasi, penyaringan, dan evaluasi kelayakan, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan pergeseran dari pendekatan konvensional menuju integrasi berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM), otomasi desain, optimasi jaringan, serta pemanfaatan IoT dan edge computing. Structured cabling teridentifikasi sebagai infrastruktur inti yang menopang integrasi subsistem, sementara keamanan data, manajemen bandwidth, dan integrasi monitoring kebakaran menjadi aspek krusial dalam menjamin keandalan bangunan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan integratif berbasis BIM dan dokumentasi digital sejak tahap perencanaan untuk mendukung verifikasi kepatuhan standar serta pengembangan model evaluasi kesesuaian berbasis indikator teknis terukur. Low-voltage systems in high-rise buildings play a strategic role in supporting communication, security, and safety functions. Compared to low-rise buildings, their complexity is significantly higher due to vertical distribution through risers, limited technical spaces, network redundancy requirements, and the integration of multiple subsystems such as structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm within a single operational ecosystem, thereby requiring structured design and implementation in compliance with applicable technical standards, including Indonesian National Standards (SNI). This study aims to systematically examine research developments related to the design and implementation of low-voltage systems in high-rise buildings and to identify prevailing approaches, technical challenges, and research gaps. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 10 international journal articles published between 2015 and 2025 that were selected through identification, screening, and eligibility evaluation processes. The findings indicate a shift from conventional design approaches toward integration based on Building Information Modeling (BIM), design automation, network optimization, and the application of IoT and edge computing technologies. Structured cabling is identified as the core infrastructure supporting subsystem integration, while data security, bandwidth management, and integrated fire monitoring systems are critical to ensuring building reliability. These findings highlight the importance of a BIM-based integrative approach and digital documentation from the early planning stage to support standard compliance verification and the development of measurable technical indicator-based evaluation models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji media kartu bergambar berbasis unplugged coding dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan pengumpulan data melalui tes dan angket, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Efektivitas media diuji menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test pada 40 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata ahli media 0,9875 dan ahli materi 1,00. Media juga praktis dengan persentase respons guru 86% dan siswa 86,9% (kategori baik). Uji efektivitas dengan Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang signifikan, dengan effect size r = 0,88 (kategori besar). Perhitungan N-Gain sebesar 60,50 (kategori sedang mendekati tinggi) menegaskan bahwa media ini cukup efektif meningkatkan kemampuan siswa. Dengan demikian, media kartu bergambar berbasis unplugged coding dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif sebagai alat pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the register used by fashion marketers in social media communication by examining its linguistic characteristics and communicative functions. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach grounded in the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics, particularly the concept of register, which comprises field, tenor, and mode. The research data consist of promotional texts in the form of captions and posts taken from fashion marketers’ social media accounts selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through documentation techniques, while data analysis involved several stages, including data reduction, classification based on the elements of field, tenor, and mode, and interpretation of language functions. The data were analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis to identify patterns of register and communication styles in fashion marketers’ social media content. The analysis began with organizing and reviewing the questionnaire responses and observational data, followed by coding linguistic features such as lexical choices, tone, code-switching, and register elements (field, tenor, and mode). The findings reveal that the register used by fashion marketers is predominantly persuasive and interpersonal, characterized by the use of informal vocabulary, evaluative adjectives, and invitational sentence structures. In terms of field, language is employed to promote fashion products and lifestyles; in terms of tenor, the relationship constructed between marketers and audiences is familiar and egalitarian; meanwhile, in terms of mode, communication is realized in written form with semi-oral characteristics. This study contributes to the field of applied linguistics, particularly to register analysis in the context of digital marketing communications.

Abstract

Perencanaan karier mahasiswa merupakan aspek kritis dalam mempersiapkan keberhasilan pascakelulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi motivasi mahasiswa dalam merencanakan karier dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), penelitian melibatkan dua mahasiswa semester 5 yang sedang menjalani program magang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi naturalistik dan wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk mendapatkan gambaran mendalam tentang pengalaman subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karier dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Subjek pertama lebih menekankan dukungan sosial keluarga dan evaluasi diri untuk menetapkan tujuan karier. Sementara itu, subjek kedua lebih memprioritaskan pengembangan keterampilan teknis, personal branding, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Kedua subjek menggarisbawahi peran kesadaran diri, adaptabilitas, dan proaktivitas sebagai kunci dalam membangun karier yang sukses. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan perencanaan karier membutuhkan keseimbangan antara evaluasi diri, kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan dukungan institusional, seperti bimbingan karier, pelatihan keterampilan, serta akses teknologi. Institusi pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam memfasilitasi mahasiswa agar lebih siap menghadapi tantangan global di dunia kerja. Career planning is a crucial aspect of preparing students for post-graduation success, particularly amid the high unemployment rate among university graduates and the increasing competitiveness of the job market. This condition highlights the importance of career readiness during the academic period. This study aims to explore students’ motivations in career planning and the factors influencing them. The research employed a qualitative phenomenological approach using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) as the analytical method. The study involved two fifth-semester students who were currently undertaking internship programs. Data were collected through naturalistic observation and semi-structured interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of the participants’ lived experiences. The findings indicate that career planning is influenced by both internal and external factors. The first participant emphasized the importance of family social support and self-evaluation in determining career goals. Meanwhile, the second participant prioritized the development of technical skills, personal branding, and the utilization of technology. Both participants highlighted self-awareness, adaptability, and proactivity as key elements in building a sustainable career. The study concludes that successful career planning requires a balance between self-evaluation, adaptability to change, and institutional support such as career guidance services, skills training, and access to technology. These findings imply that educational institutions need to develop integrated career readiness programs to better prepare students for global workforce challenges.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa berdampak pada pencapaian kompetensi belajar Bahasa Indonesia yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rancang bangun, validitas, dan efektivitas e-modul interaktif berbasis Joyful Learning pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas III SD. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, guru, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan non tes, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitaif, dan inferensial menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian validitas dari ahli materi dan ahli media sebesar 3,95 dan 3,90, serta uji coba perorangan, uji kepraktisan respon siswa dan respon guru secara berurutan sebesar 91%; 93%; 83%. Pada uji efektivitas diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, e-modul interaktif berbasis Joyful Learning sangat layak dan efektif digunakan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah e-modul interaktif berbasis Joyful Learning dijadikan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa SD.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceived learning experiences of followers of the Instagram account @mike.thechameleon in learning English speaking and how these experiences shape their learning motivation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected through an open-ended questionnaire consisting of ten questions and semi-structured interviews involving 30 followers of @mike.thechameleon. The data were analysed thematically to identify recurring patterns in participants’ learning experiences, while the before-and-after self-rating scale results were used as descriptive support to illustrate changes in speaking aspects. The findings indicate that participants' experiences can be categorized into positive and negative experiences, with positive experiences being more dominant. Positively, participants perceived learning through the account as easy and useful short lessons, increased confidence and reduce anxiety, increased learning motivation, and a fun, relaxed, and non-formal learning environment, supported by short video content, repetition, and speaking challenges. The findings also reveal that three speaking aspects were influenced, namely fluency, pronunciation, and accuracy, with pronunciation showing the strongest improvement. in general, Instagram through the @mike.thechameleon account serves as a supportive supplementary learning medium that contributes to participants’ speaking development and learning motivation, particularly in pronunciation improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaanya. Pengelolaan arsip dinamis memegang peran penting karena memiliki fungsi sebagai dasar akuntabilitas, sumber informasi, dan pendukung pelayanan publik dalam instansi pemerintah. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji diantaranya yaitu belum optimalnya pengelolaan arsip dinamis, khusunya pada aspek sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta pemanfaatan sistem kearsipan elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sebanyak tujuh informan yang berdasarkan memiliki keterlibatan dalam pengelolaan dan penggunaan arsip dinamis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, analisis data menggunakan model inetarktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis telah dilaksanakan melalui tahapan penciptaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penyusutan arsip. Melalui aplikasi SRIKANDI, pemanfaatan sistem telah mendukung penciptaan dan penggunaan arsip, namun belum sepenuhnya optimal akibat kendala teknis dan keterbatasan kompetensi pegawai. Selain itu, sarana penyimpanan yang terbatas dan belum konsistennya pelaksanaan penyusutan arsip menjadi hambatan dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis memerlukan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, penguatan sarana prasarana, serta optimalisasi sistem kearsipan elektronik agar mampu mendukung efektivitas administrasi dan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan kearsipan secara berkala dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sistem SRIKANDI yang dapat mendukung efektivitas administrasi serta pelayanan publik. This study aims to analyze dynamic records management at the Semarang City Education Office and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Dynamic records management plays an important role because it serves as a basis for accountability, a source of information, and a support for public services in government agencies. The main issues examined include the suboptimal management of dynamic archives, particularly in terms of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and the use of electronic archiving systems. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were determined purposively, consisting of seven informants who were involved in the management and use of dynamic archives. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that dynamic archive management had been implemented through the stages of creation, use, maintenance, and reduction of archives. Through the application of SRIKANDI, the use of the system has supported the creation and use of archives, but it has not been fully optimized due to technical constraints and limited employee competence. In addition, limited storage facilities and inconsistent implementation of archive disposal are obstacles to dynamic archive management. These findings confirm that dynamic records management requires improved human resource competencies, strengthened infrastructure, and optimized electronic archiving systems to support effective administration and public services. This study recommends improving human resource competencies through regular archiving training and optimizing the use of the SRIKANDI system to support effective administration and public services.

Abstract

Transformasi sistem tenaga listrik menuju konsep smart grid menuntut kemampuan prediksi beban listrik yang akurat, adaptif, dan andal guna mendukung pengelolaan energi secara real-time. Seiring meningkatnya kompleksitas sistem akibat integrasi energi terbarukan, perangkat Internet of Things (IoT), serta dinamika konsumsi energi, pendekatan berbasis machine learning menjadi solusi yang semakin banyak diadopsi dibandingkan metode statistik konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan, mengklasifikasikan metode, serta menganalisis performa penerapan machine learning dalam prediksi beban listrik pada sistem smart grid melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan tahapan perumusan research question, strategi pencarian literatur, penerapan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, serta proses ekstraksi dan sintesis data. Pencarian dilakukan pada basis data ilmiah terindeks dengan rentang publikasi 2016–2025. Berdasarkan proses seleksi, diperoleh sembilan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi tren metodologi dan perbandingan performa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) merupakan algoritma yang paling dominan digunakan karena kemampuannya memodelkan data deret waktu dan pola nonlinier. Tren terbaru mengarah pada model hibrida dan arsitektur transformer yang menawarkan peningkatan akurasi dan stabilitas. Evaluasi performa umumnya menggunakan metrik MAE, RMSE, dan MAPE, dengan pendekatan deep learning menunjukkan hasil lebih unggul dibandingkan metode tradisional. Tantangan utama meliputi kualitas data, kompleksitas komputasi, generalisasi antarwilayah, dan interpretabilitas model. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan model yang lebih efisien, adaptif, dan terintegrasi dengan sistem manajemen energi berbasis IoT serta real-time analytics. The transformation of electric power systems toward the smart grid concept requires accurate, adaptive, and reliable load forecasting capabilities to support real-time energy management. As system complexity increases due to the integration of renewable energy, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and dynamic energy consumption patterns, machine learning-based approaches are increasingly adopted compared to conventional statistical methods. This study aims to map developments, classify methods, and analyze the performance of machine learning applications in electric load forecasting within smart grid systems through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method follows the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, including the formulation of research questions, literature search strategy, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and data extraction and synthesis processes. The literature search was conducted across indexed scientific databases covering publications from 2016 to 2025. Based on the selection process, nine articles met the criteria and were analyzed using descriptive and comparative approaches to identify methodological trends and performance comparisons. The findings indicate that Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) is the most dominant algorithm due to its capability to model time-series data and nonlinear patterns. Recent trends point toward hybrid models and transformer architectures that offer improved accuracy and stability. Performance evaluation commonly employs MAE, RMSE, and MAPE metrics, with deep learning approaches generally outperforming traditional methods. Key challenges include data quality, computational complexity, cross-regional generalization, and model interpretability. Future research is recommended to develop more efficient, adaptive models integrated with IoT-based energy management systems and real-time analytics.

Abstract

The increasing demand for clean energy and the urgency of achieving Indonesia’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) targets and the 2060 Net Zero Emission commitment highlight the need for reliable renewable-based power systems to support emerging green hydrogen development. Hydrogen is recognized as a strategic energy carrier for decarbonizing hard-to-abate industrial sectors, thereby increasing the importance of stable renewable electricity supply for electrolysis processes. This study aims to design and analyze a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system integrated with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) as the primary electricity source for the hydrogen electrolysis process at PT. PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Gresik. A quantitative approach was employed through load assessment, technical modeling of the PV and storage systems, and simulation using PVsyst software. The results indicate that a 1,252 kWp PV system can deliver an annual energy output of 1,362 MWh, achieving a specific yield of 1,088 kWh/kWp/year and a Performance Ratio of 56.93%. This production closely matches the annual energy demand of the hydrogen plant, which reaches 1,414.2 MWh. Consequently, the integration of a BESS is essential to maintain supply continuity during periods of reduced solar irradiance and to stabilize power input to the electrolyzer. The findings demonstrate that the proposed PV–BESS configuration significantly increases the contribution of renewable energy, reduces dependency on the grid, and supports the sustained production of low-carbon hydrogen. Practically, this study provides a scalable technical model for integrating solar and storage systems to accelerate green hydrogen deployment in Indonesia, particularly within industrial power generation facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two berbantuan media manipulatif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, yaitu membandingkan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan model The Power of Two berbantuan media manipulatif dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat, yaitu uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji homogenitas Levene, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Independent Sample t-test. Hasil uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest pada kelas kontrol maupun kelas eksperimen berdistribusi normal, dengan nilai signifikansi seluruhnya lebih besar dari 0,05. Selanjutnya, hasil uji homogenitas Levene menunjukkan bahwa varians data pretest dan posttest antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen bersifat homogen, dengan nilai signifikansi seluruhnya lebih besar dari 0,05. Dengan demikian, data memenuhi asumsi untuk dilakukan analisis statistik parametrik. Hasil uji Independent Sample t-test menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,112 dengan derajat kebebasan (df = 48), sedangkan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,010 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Karena t hitung > t tabel (3,112 > 2,010) dan nilai signifikansi Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two berbantuan media manipulatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
