Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkap penerapan strategi, hambatan dan cara yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan penerapan strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan di Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional AmanatulUmmah Pacet Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan yang dilakukan Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto dalam menjaring siswa adalah: Strategi segmentasi pasar,Strategi positioning, Strategi promosi, Strategi pelayanan sekolah dan Strategi produk. Sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pemasaran jasa pendidikan adalah: Persaingan antar lembaga yang semakinmenguat, minimnya dana dalam pemasaran jasa pendidikan. Sedangkan cara mengatasi hambatan dalam penerapan startegi pemasaran jasa pendidikan adalah: Mengesave beberapa anggaran yang tidak diperlukan,Meningkatan pelayanan dan meningkatkan kualitas capaian.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai keajegan (istiqomah) dalam upaya memperkuat moderasi beragama para santri Miftahul Ulum Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menyelidiki aspek-aspek yang ada dalam lingkungan alamiah, dan berusaha untuk mengartikan fenomena tersebut Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan beberapa tahapan analisis data yaitu tahap kondensasi, tahap penyajian data, membuat kesimpulan sementara dan kegiatan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan; Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum menginternalisasi nilai moderasi beragama berbasis pada proses pembelajar dilaksanakan dalam empat bentuk; ; a) menetapkan tujuan dan materi pembelajaran moderasi sesuaia ideologi aswaja, b) memilih metode pembelajaran yang bersifat inklusif, c) melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan d) melalui Pembiasaan dalam Kegiatan Keagamaan. Keempat bentuk internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama dalam penguatan sikap moderasi santri di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum yang berisi tentang konsep iman, islam, dan ihsan yang kemudian termanifestasi dalam pembelajaran moderasi beragama

Abstract

Islamic education is one of the important pillars in community development. Islamiceducation can play a role in increasing synergy between fishing communities. This is becauseIslamic education teaches the values of togetherness, mutual assistance and mutualcooperation. These values can become the basis for fishing communities to work togetherto improve their welfare. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the researchapproach used being a normative and sociological approach, namely environmentalinteractions in accordance with social units, individuals, groups, institutions or society. Thedata source for this research is the fishing community. Furthermore, the data collectionmethods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then data processing andanalysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, datapresentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that IslamicEducation, Syirkah Cooperation Agreements were divided into two types, namely syirkahamlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkahamlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. Meanwhile, regarding the division of uqud syirkah,scholars differ in their form. However, according to But, several jurists have differentopinions in dividing the various types of al-Uqud syirkah, namely: according to Hanabilah thissyirkah is divided into five, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Meanwhile, according to Hanafiyah, this syirkah isdivided into six, namely; Syirkah Amwal, Syirkah A'mal, Syirkah Wujuh, each of these threeforms is divided into mufawadhah and 'inan. According to Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah, thissyirkah is divided into four, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,Syirkah Wujuh. Shirkah if it has fulfilled the pillars of syirkah, namely the presence of partiesand consent.

Abstract

Student resilience is crucial to be taught from an early age, as the challenges in studentlearning continue to increase. Resilience is not only achievable during the teenage years;even children can develop resilience if the educational environment provides early learningexperiences. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, specifically employinga case study research design. Both primary and secondary data sources are utilized. Datacollection methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and data analysistechniques employ the Mills and Huberman analysis model.The findings of this study reveal that students at MI Nurul Athhar exhibit resilience at theirage, particularly through group prayers, which offer benefits ranging from the sources of "Ihave, I am, and I can." These benefits can be applied by students, as congregational prayersprovide various resources, encouraging them to be independent, responsible, and managetheir emotions.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the analysis of women's leadership behavior in managing the integrated Islamic boarding school study program at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic College, Lumajang Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative approach to investigate aspects that exist in the natural environment, and attempts to interpret these phenomena. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this research, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the condensation stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions and verification activities. The research results concluded; women's leadership behavior in managing study programs that are integrated with the Islamic boarding school system at STAI Miftahul Ulum Lumajang are; 1) Dividing tasks according to the team's abilities and in accordance with the detailed job description so as to achieve success in achieving institutional goals; 2) Establishing regular communication and meetings, namely by holding regular discussion meetings with staff, lecturers and students. The meeting is aimed at strengthening ties, to express complaints or resolve existing problems; 3) Inspire the results that have been achieved with the hope that the academic community can increase their work enthusiasm in achieving institutional goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana Pengertian PrinsipPengembangan Kurikulum, (2) Bagaimana Prinsip Umum dan Prinsip Khusus PengembanganKurikulum, (3) Bagaimana Pengertian Pendekatan Pengembangan Kurikulum, (4) BagaimanaPendekatan-Pendekatan Pengembangan Kurikulum. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitiankualitatif menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Prinsip pengembangan kurikulum adalahsuatu dasar yang mengatur sebuah proses pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan kondisibelajar yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Prinsip pengembangan kurikulum dibagi menjadi duakelompok, yakni prinsip umum dan prinsip khusus. Pendekatan pengembangan kurikulumadalah sudut pandang seseorang untuk melihat suatu proses untuk memaksimalkanpelaksanaan kurikulum dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang ditetapkan pemerintahmelalui kurikulum setelah dilaksanakan dalam waktu tertentu. Pendekatan PengembanganKurikulum menjelaskan bahwa setidaknya ada 4 pendekatan dalam pengembangan kurikulumyakni Pendekatan Subyek Akademis, Pendekatan Humanistik, Pendekatan Teknologis,Pendekatan Rekontruksi Sosial.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang efektifitas penerapan metode keteladanan sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam sehari-hari. mode keteladan sangat efektif, karena selaras dengan jiwa manusia yang berkecenderungan suka meniru atau meneladani figur atau tokoh yang dianggap penting dalam hidupnya. Sebagaimana kecenderungan peserta didik untuk meniru perkataan atau tingkah laku dari seorang guru. Dalam penerapan metode ini, keteladanan merupakan tujuan utama dalam jurnal ini. Dengan menjadikan keteladana sebagai tujuan, maka guru sebagai target dalam penerapan metode ini. Sedangkan pesera didik menempatkan guru sebagai sentral uswah yang akan dicontoh atau diteladani. Jurnal ini mencakup tentang mode strategi pembelajaran keteladanan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berwhudu', Sholat, tadarus, dzikir dan do'a.

Abstract

Program evaluation is one of the important components in the management of a program. Evaluation aims to determine the extent to which a program has achieved the goals that have been designed. This study aims to: 1) find out how the Tafaqquh Takhasus Arobiyyah program is implemented at LPD Al-Bahjah Cirebon, 2) Find out how the evaluation is carried out on the tafaqquh takhasus arobiyyah program at LPD Al-Bahjah Cirebon. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data were obtained through several data collection techniques, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used to analyze the data is data reduction, data presentation and then verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study provide an explanation that: 1) the Tafaqquh takhasus arobiyyah program at LPD Al-Bahjah Cirebon is one of the flagship programs at LPD Al-Bahjah Cirebon. This program is a program that has been well managed. This can be seen from the existence of clear goals, neat structures, good implementation and also good cooperation between managers. 2) The evaluation carried out on the Tafaqquh Takhasus Arobiyyah program at LPD Al-Bahjah Cirebon focused on three parts, namely evaluation of program design, program implementation and program results. The absence of indicators for assessment materials from the evaluation of the program is something that needs to be considered considering that it is very important to be taken into consideration in the assessment for evaluation.

Abstract

The urgency of becoming an educated person is a way to advance Islamic civilization now and in the future. The aim of this research is to understand the educated mindset in the concept of science Q.S Al-Mujjadi: 11 and Az-Zumar: 8-9. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The data collection technique used was documentation and descriptive analysis and then conclusions were drawn. The result of this research is that someone who has faith and knowledge will be raised in rank by Allah in accordance with Allah's word in Surah al-Mujjadi verse: 11. In Q.S az-Zumar: 8-9, it is emphasized that there is a difference between people who know and don't know and the nickname ulul albab is someone who can always learn from the events they experience. The value of knowledge contained in Q.S Al-Mujjadi: 11, namely humans as social creatures so they can respect other humans, and in Q.S az-Zumar: 8-9, namely humans as obedient servants of Allah and the Messenger of Allah, there is a change for the better, very fear of Allah's punishment and always hope for Allah's mercy for good deeds of the dhohir nature and others.

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini mendeskripsikan program pelatihan untuk guru yangditujukan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalammelaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Banyak kontribusi yang didapatkan melaluipelatihan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses pemberian pendidikanterhadap peserta didik. Semakin berkualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan terhadappeserta didik, maka akan menghasilkan prestasi belajar peserta didik yang berkualitaspula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan teknikpengumpulan data melalui pengumpulan materi-materi yang sifatnya ilmiah. Teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisa isi dengan tujuan untuk memperolehsimpulan yang valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruhyang sangat signifikan terhadap efektifitas sebuah sekolah. Pelatihan memberikesempatan kepada guru untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikapbaru yang mengubah perilakunya, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan prestasibelajar siswa.
