MSMEs are one sector that has the potential to contribute to state tax revenues. This research aimed to examine the influence of tax rates and tax understanding on the level of taxpayer compliance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Lamongan Regency. Through a survey approach using a questionnaire, primary data was got from MSME owners as a research sample of 94 respondents. The results could provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence tax compliance among MSMEs, especially in the Lamongan Regency. Regression analysis was used to test the relationship between tax rate variables, tax understanding, and the level of tax compliance. The results could provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence tax compliance among MSMEs simultaneously or partially, especially in the Lamongan Regency. The implication of these findings was the importance of managing proportional tax rates and effective tax counseling to encourage MSME taxpayer compliance in the Lamongan Regency. This research contributed to further understanding of tax factors that could form a better tax environment for MSME growth and Regional Tax revenues.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and celebrity endorsers on sales of The Originote skincare products. The research uses quantitative methods with respondents who are consumers of The Originote. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS. The research results show that there is a significant influence of celebrity endorsers on sales of The Originote skincare products. There is a significant influence of brand image on sales of The Originote skincare products. The celebrity endorser and brand image variables are able to explain variations in sales of The Originote skincare products. The conclusion of this research is that celebrity endorsers and a positive brand image have a big influence in attracting consumer buying interest which ultimately can increase sales of The Originote skincare products.

In carrying out its duties and functions, the KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representative is prone to experiencing job stress. This research aims to find out whether the application of flexible working hours affects the job stress experienced by KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representatives. This study uses two variables, namely flexible working hours as the independent variable and job stress as the dependent variable. In this study, the hypothesis proposed is that the application of flexible working hours has an effect on job stress at KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representatives. Data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires directly to the respondents and conduct interviews with respondents randomly. The population of this study were all KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representatives, totaling 31 people. Questionnaire data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software with a simple linear regression analysis method. The analysis of this study shows that the job stress of the KPP Pratama Cilacap Account Representative is not affected by the application of flexible working hours.

Stock portfolio analysis is the analysis conducted by diversifying or selective combining shares in investment, with a portfolio of risks to be minimized. The purpose of this study is to find out the formation of optimal portfolios using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) model approach and Arbitrage Pricing Model (APT). With both models, an investor will be able to find out the composition of stocks, especially shares of companies engaged in agribusiness, as well as directly to find out the proportion of each stock and its risks and benefits arising from the formation of the portfolio. The results showed that by using the CAPM and APT models in the calculation of the formation of optimal portfolios in stocks excange Agribusiness, produces a portfolio with stocks composision 3 froms, namely AALI, TBLA and UNSP. APT model approach shows a greater value than the CAPM models, the highest return value can be generated is 14.088% while that may happen is losses -0268% while the CAPM models yield the highest return rate of 5.74% and the losses will be experienced by -14.54 %. significant difference in outcome is caused from the different assumptions of the models above. From these results should be expected investors to take investment decisions of agribusiness firms stocks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with respect to the results obtained from the approach to the CAPM and APT models, in addition to the results obtained from both models are also investors give the attention of fundamental and technical factors companies that investors are not wrong and more confident in make investment decisions.

Human resources are the central factor in an organization. Whatever the form and purpose, the organization is founded on a vision for the common good, and in the implementation of its mission is managed and managed by humans. Labor or employees are the most valuable resources in the organization. The phenomenon in this study is the existence of employee performance problems. Based on the observations of researchers in the field that the decline in employee performance is caused by several things, namely leadership style, team work and work experience, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance. To analyze the effect of team work on employee performance. To analyze the effect of work experience on employee performance. In this research proposal using quantitative methods. Data collection using a questionnaire, made a number of questions to be filled in by respondents. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT Nutrilab Pratama Jakarta, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, that is, the total sample is used as a whole. The method used in this study is to use the SPSS 26.0 method Based on the results of leadership style has no effect on employee performance. team work has a positive and significant effect on performance and work experience has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Changes that occur in human life in society can be understood as social change. This social change is absolute because it will be experienced by every society wherever and whenever. This article was written with the aim of elaborating on various important things and highlighting several main concepts in social change in society. This is so that the phenomenon of social change in society can be understood more fully. This article was written using a qualitative descriptive method by describing important concepts which are the main points in this article. Data collection is supported by using literature study techniques. From the results of the study, we get a picture that social change as a process of change that occurs in social life always takes place without stopping and will continue along with human existence itself. As a process, social change in a society is not an outcome or finished product. There is a process of mutual agreement or decision taken by each individual or community group. Various agreements in social change in society can be regarding social values, social norms, patterns of organizational behavior, the structure of social institutions, layers in society, power and authority, social interactions and soon.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Panca Putra Solusindo. This type of research uses causal quantitative methods to determine the effect of variable x on variable y. The population in this study were employees of PT Panca Putra Solusindo, namely as many as 50 employees. The sample for this research was 50 employees using the saturated sample method, where all employees were sampled. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM. The first stage was to create a research instrument for distributing questionnaires and processing data. The second stage examines the effect of each variable of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance and the third stage results of the research. The results of the study partially show that Leadership and Work Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance, while Compensation has no effect on Employee Performance at PT Panca Putra Solusindo

This study aims to analyze the product development strategies employed by the manufacturing industry in Cikarang. Through a qualitative research approach, data were collected from several manufacturing companies in the area using in-depth interviews and observations. The findings highlight a variety of strategies being utilized, with a primary focus on meeting consumer needs. Specifically, there is a tendency to employ derivative product development strategies, supported by directives from top management. However, the greatest challenge in producing innovative products that differ radically lies in requiring significant investment in research and development, as well as creating a conducive organizational environment. This study provides valuable insights for the manufacturing industry in Cikarang and encourages further research to involve companies in a broader region as well as to deepen understanding of product development strategies in the service industry.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Sarimelati Kencana. Transformational leadership is a leadership style that emphasizes inspiration, motivation, and positive influence on subordinates to achieve organizational goals. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation and literature study. This research took samples from all employee respondents of PT. Sarimelati Kencana. The analysis methods used are R Square Algorithm analysis and Bootstrapping Path Coefficients analysis on SmartPLS. The partial results of the study show that there is a positive and significanteffect of the Transformational Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance. The partial results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the Work Motivation variable on Employee Performance. The results showed that there was a positive effect simultaneously on the variable Transformational Leadership Style (XI) and Work Motivation (X2) with the Employee Performance variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). The data collection method used in this research is using field research and library research. The data of this study used primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 35 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the regression and hypothesis testing show that (1) the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). (2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). (3) The work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) is 61.6% while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, for example work motivation, work safety and health, job satisfaction and so on.
