Abstract

PT Asuransi Central Asia (ACA) is a company engaged in general insurance, which was established on August 29, 1956. PT Asuransi Central Asia (ACA) is one of the national insurance companies with the largest number of assets, which currently reaches IDR 8.73 trillion. PT Asuransi Central Asia's (ACA) flagship insurance products are OTOMATE (motor vehicle insurance), ASRI (Ideal Home Insurance), and microinsurance products such as Dengue Fever Insurance. PT Asuransi Central Asia (ACA) also has other products that suit the needs of the community, namely property insurance, construction, transportation, ship frame, New Travel Safe (travel insurance), Medi+ (health insurance), Wellwoman (female cancer insurance), financial insurance, personal accident insurance, plant insurance and other insurance products. This research is a quantitative research, with the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is 30 respondents. The data in this study was processed using SPSS software version 24. The results of this study show that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000, performance evaluation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant level of 0.006, motivation and performance evaluation together have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 or 0%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of work stress in mediating the influence of workload and compensation on job satisfaction in employees of PT Jasindo Pratama. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find a cause-and-effect relationship between the variables studied. The population in this study is 45 employees of PT Jasindo Pratama, which is also used as a research sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves validity and reliability tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant influence on work stress. Workload has no effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has no effect on work stress. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress has no effect on job satisfaction. Work stress cannot mediate the effect of workload and compensation on job satisfaction. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of work stress in increasing job satisfaction among PT Jasindo Pratana employees. Although work stress cannot mediate the effect of workload and compensation on job satisfaction in the context of this study, it does not reduce the need to pay attention to and manage these factors in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of financial literacy, service features, and the influence of convenience on the decision to use Gopay with a case study of employees working in Cikarang. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire involving 89 respondents and quantitatively analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (SMART PLS). The results of the analysis show that financial literacy, and the influence of convenience have an influence on the decision to use Gopay, while service features and service features as moderation have no influence on the decision to use Gopay. These findings make a theoretical contribution to the development of e-wallet adoption models and practical implications for fintech service providers in designing product and service development strategies. The study also highlights the importance of financial literacy education and the development of easy-to-understand features to increase e-wallet adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee welfare mediated by job satisfaction with organizational support as moderation. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. The research sample used was 130 respondents. The SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 program is used as an analysis method. The results of the study show that there is an influence of work-life balance on employee welfare. Organizational support also strengthens the influence of job satisfaction among employees of manufacturing companies in Cikarang companies.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of compensation and training on employee welfare with organizational culture as moderation in employees working in the Karawang area. The sampling method was used by distributing questionnaires to employees of manufacturing companies in the Karawang area with a sample of 112 respondents, then the data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study state that compensation and training on employee welfare with organizational culture have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, compensation as a moderation for employee welfare and training as a moderation for employee welfare do not have a positive or significant influence on employee welfare on employees in the Karawang area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of compensation suitability, money ethics, and internal control systems on accounting fraud committed by local officials. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach using a correlation approach, and samples were taken using a sampling technique by criteria. Data for this study was collected through filling out a questionnaire distributed to staff members of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD). The SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) program is used to model the data to be analyzed. The study found that money ethics had a positive effect, while the internal control system and the appropriateness of compensation had a negative effect on accounting fraud among regional officials.

Abstract

The economy in today's era of globalization has fierce competition, especially in the business world, where each company moves to continue to make products that are mainly to meet what is needed by consumers and companies are always innovating to make products that are different from before and from competitors and strive to be superior to other products. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the price variable as an independent variable, the purchase decision variable as a dependent variable, the Product Quality variable as a mediation variable, and the Customer Experience variable as a moderation variable. This study uses the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents directly who are consumers of Pepsodent toothpaste products. This type of research is quantitative research. The data processed is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire distribution using a simple random sampling technique. From 100 respondents, a sample of 102 respondents was obtained. The data analysis was used using the Smart PLS program. The analysis carried out in this study uses a hypothesis with a partial test The results of the analysis research, the indicators in this study are valid. Price (X) has no effect on consumer Purchase Decision (Y), Price (X) has a positive effect on Customer Experience (Z), Customer Experience (Z) has a positive effect on Purchase Decision (Y), product quality (M) passed by price (X) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision (Y), and Price (X) strengthened by Customer Experience (Z) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision (Y). The results of this research can be used to design the right pricing strategy, product quality and Customer Experience to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the financial sector with the emergence of financial technology (fintech). This study aims to analyze the influence of profit perception on the intention to use fintech, with security as the mediating variable and ease of use as the moderation variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach with accidental sampling techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 100 respondents who used fintech applications. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that the perception of profit has a positive effect on the intention to use fintech, with security mediating the relationship. Ease of use has also been proven to moderate the influence of profit perception on the intention to use fintech. These findings provide new insights for the development of more effective fintech marketing strategies by considering aspects of security and ease of use.

Abstract

A study was conducted to determine how work-life balance affects mental health in generation z employees and has relicensing regulations as veriable mediation and organizational support regulations as moderation variables. Using a quantitative approach using data collection methods, the subjects of this study were Generation Z employees who are currently employed, with 61 employees meeting the requirements for employment in the company. The results of the study show that Work Life Balance has a direct effect on mental health, this result means that the higher the Work Life Balance, the better the mental health of employees. And vice versa, if the Work-Life Balance is low, then the employee's mental health will also be lower. In this study, relicensing regulations do not mediate the influence of work-life balance on the mental health of the employee and organizational support regulations do not moderate the influence of the work-life balance on the mental health of the employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the description and influence of Celebrity Endorsement, Purchase Intention, variables mediated by Brand Image and moderated by Negative Publicity. The research method uses a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The research sample was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Brand Image had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, Celebrity Endorsment had a positive and significant influence on Negative Publicity, Celebrity Endorsment had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, and Negative Publicity had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, but the Celebrity Endorsment variable moderated by Brand Image on Purchase Intention was not have no and insignificant effect on Purchase Intention and Celebrity Endorsment moderated by Negative Publicity on Purchase Intention has no effect and is not significant on Purchase Intention. The role of brand image as a mediator of the influence of celebrity endorsement on buying interest shows that local cosmetics entrepreneurs must be able to manage and provide strategies to ensure the sustainability of local cosmetic products. The goal is to attract attention or attraction to increase consumer buying interest.
