Abstract

Zakat is the third pillar of Islam. The definition in the rules of syar`i is the level of the assets of course which must be issued by certainpeople to be given to the rightful according to the povisions of sara`. In terms of language, the word zakat has ameaning, namely ath-thaharatu`kesucian`, while in terms of, namely that zakat is part of a propety with certain conditions, which Alloh SWT requires for it owner, to behended over to those entirled to receive it, with certain requirements too. The Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU in the NU Preneur program, the is relly zakat chaneneneled is the best. Hhe zakat is relly to fokus. The objectives of thi study are: 1) Explain how zakat is maaged through the NU preneur program at the Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU. 2) What isthe role ofin LAZISNU OF the Nganjuk branch in improving community walfare. 3) Explain how the reults of zakat management through the NU Preneur program in the Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU. The research that the writing did included descriptif qualitative analysis, namely data analysis carried out by organizing and systematically analyzing all the data obtained. Descriptive research is researchthat uses an event, symptoms, events thet occur at the present time, meaning descriptive research is taking problems or focusing on actual problems as they ware at the research was carrid out. The results of this study, NU Preneur program is LAZISNU of the Nganjuk. the zakat is really channeled to mustahiq. really felt the impact of being moreeconomically empowered, becase it was able to meet the necessities of life for today, tomorrow and so on. The research is was able to Nganjuk branch LAZISNU and the writings.

Abstract

Poverty is a great danger for humanity and not a few human beings who fall into civilization only because of poverty. As a solution to alleviating poverty that is vulnerable to this country, the government with various programs implemented is trying to be able to reduce the poverty chain. One potential funding source is zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds, both managed by the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ). The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh "LAZISNU" Nganjuk Branch in improving community welfare; as well as to explain the mechanism of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh Pentasyarufan at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh "LAZISNU" Nganjuk Branch Institution. This research is a type of field research that is qualitative descriptive. The presentation model of this research is carried out by describing the object being studied as is with qualitative statements. The steps in data collection are using observation, interview and documentation data to the parties involved in the episcopalism. The results showed that the legal basis used by LAZISNU was in accordance with the Zakat Law No. 23 of 2011 but in reality the community could not be said to be prosperous.

Abstract

Company must be able to strive for anything that can increase the productivity of its employees in meeting the company itself, one alternative is to provide incentives. Work productivity is the ability to produce goods and services from various resources or production factors that are used to increase the quality and quantity of work produced in a company. The variables in this research are Facilities (X1), Salary (X2) Incentives (X3) and Employee Productivity (Y). The number of samples in this study were as many as 80 people who were obtained from all employees of UD. Karya Abadi Kediri. The technique used in this sampling is saturated sampling. To process the data in this study using the validity test, reliability test, double linear regression test which includes t test and f test. The results obtained in this study indicate that the Facility, Salary, and Incentive variables have positive and significant results on the Employee Productivity variable. From the results of the t test, it is stated that the facility variable has a value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, it can be stated that the facility variable has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. The salary variable has a result of 0.000, where the result is less than 0.05, it is considered positive and significant. The incentive variable has a result of 0.022, where the result is less than 0.05, it is considered positive and significant. The results of the F test calculation show that the F count is 38,470 with a sig. F (0.000) <0.05, thus facilities, salaries, and incentives simultaneously influence employee productivity variables.

Abstract

The competition among companies in the era of globalization is increasingly intense in both the trade and service industries. Therefore, companies need to improve their performance in all areas. It has been proven that companies that survive are those with reliable human resources and good performance. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of authoritarian leadership style (X1), salary (X2), and incentives (X3) on employee performance (Y) at CV. Surya Art Glass Kediri. The sample size in this study is 55 people, consisting of all employees of CV. Surya Art Glass in Kediri Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study utilizes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, including t-test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Salary, and Incentives have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable. From the t-test results, the Authoritarian Leadership Style variable has a value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05, indicating that the Authoritarian Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Salary variable has a result of 0.033, which is less than 0.05, making it positive and significant. The Incentives variable has a result of 0.003, which is less than 0.05, making it positive and significant. The F-test results show that the calculated F is 7.629 with a sig. F value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that Authoritarian Leadership Style, Salary, and Incentives together have a significant effect on the employee performance variable.

Abstract

A company needs to calculate the cost of production, because the cost of production is one of the factors that influence the determination of selling prices. In order to produce normative costs, an appropriate method is needed. One method that can be used in determining the cost of production is the full costing method. This research was conducted at Uyel cracker company UD. SUWARDI (SWD) Kediri. The purpose of this study is to produce how much the normative selling price of uyel crackers at UD. SWD Kediri. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study are the calculation of the cost of production carried out by the company UD. SWD Kediri for 2017 is Rp. 15,619 and 2018 amounting to Rp. 16,056. While the results of the analysis of the calculation of the cost of production with the full costing method for 2017 amounted to Rp. 17,295 and 2018 amounting to Rp. 17,769. The difference between the full costing method and the method carried out by the company for 2017 is Rp. 1,676 and 2018 amounting to Rp. 1,713. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the calculation of cost of production as a basis for determining the selling price using the full costing method is better because this method calculates all costs incurred in the production process.

Abstract

Problematic financing is non-current financing given by BMT to members who cannot fulfill the requirements or the obligation to repay funds that have been loaned before on the due date. Handling of troubled financing must be carried out by all financial institutions, because BMT will experience losses if it turns out that the quality of financing that has been channeled is not good. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out what are the factors that cause problem financing in the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben. 2) To take appropriate steps and strategies in handling problem financing in the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben. This study uses qualitative methods and takes location in the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben. The focus in this study is the Problematic Financing Management Strategy on Financing Products. The data sources in this study are the Chairperson and Marketing of the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben and Problematic Financing data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first, the factors that led to the emergence of problematic financing in BMT NU Cabang Kesamben consists of internal factors arising from the BMT, as well as external factors that arise from the customer itself. Secondly, the handling strategy at the NU BMT Cabang Kesamben has been quite effective, as evidenced by the problematic financing data which has decreased every year. In handling troubled financing, the strategies used by BMT NU Cabang Kesamben are by doing it (re-survey, friendship, giving warning letters, billing after the due date, and finally doing rescheduling / rescheduling).

Abstract

In response to the increasingly competitive and uncertain business environment, promotional strategies are crucial for companies to sustain and grow. This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies implemented by TPKU Jombang in facing global competition, with a focus on the application of Islamic business ethics. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed, involving data collection through interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TPKU relies on word-of-mouth promotion as its main strategy, which has proven effective in attracting and retaining customers. However, the company faces challenges in utilizing digital technology to expand its promotional reach, primarily due to limited technological knowledge among its employees. Additionally, the application of Islamic business ethics principles, such as honesty and transparency, plays a crucial role in building consumer trust and maintaining the company's reputation. Therefore, to remain competitive in the global market, TPKU should consider integrating digital technology into its promotional strategies while upholding Islamic ethical principles.

Abstract

The success of a company is highly influenced by the competence of its human resources. Optimal employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving the company's targets and vision. However, factors such as work motivation, work discipline, and compensation often play a key role in determining performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample consists of 50 employees selected using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation, work discipline, and compensation significantly affect employee performance both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that improvements in motivation, discipline, and compensation can enhance overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of location, price, promotion and purchasing decisions at the Kharisma Agung supermarket. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of, Price, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are Location, Price, Promotion of Purchase Decisions while Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to customers who made purchases at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets on August 1 - 10, 2020, who were> 20 years old and <55 years old. The results show that Location, Price, and Promotion partially and simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. In this regard, Kharisma Agung Trenggalek Supermarkets should improve the location again because it has been proven to be able to influence the Purchase Decision of Kharisma Agung Supermarkets, Prices are also well maintained by supermarkets and increase the material provided in the Promotion to support customers in determining Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to test and find out more clearly how leadership, work motivation and work discipline influence employee performance at the Medan City Market Public Company. This study uses a quantitative method involving 88 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distribution. The data obtained were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using multiple regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS Version 23 program. The results of the study indicate that leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. leadership, work discipline and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. 57.2% of employee performance can be explained and obtained from leadership, work discipline and work discipline while the rest is by other factors. Employee performance has a strong relationship to leadership, work motivation and work discipline.
