Abstract

Permasalahan anak pendek (stunting) menjadi salah satu permasalahan gizi di Pemerintah Indonesia, Stunting merupakan status gizi yang didasarkan pada indeks PB/U atau TB/U dimana dalam standar antropometri penilaian status gizi anak, hasil pengukuran tersebut berada pada ambang batas (Z-Score) <-2 SD sampai dengan -3 SD (pendek) dan <-3 SD (sangat pendek). Faktor Stunting disebabkan masih minimnya pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi, berdampak pada penurunan kecerdasan dan kerentanan terhadap penyakit. Upaya pencegahan stunting dengan pemberian Makanan Pendamping (MPASI) khususnya pada periode golden age usia 6-24 bulan. Sehingga Tujuan utama dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu terkait pola asuh yang baik dan benar dalam pemberian MPASI. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi dan demostrasi pembuatan MPASI, hal ini dilakukan agar audiens dapat berdiskusi langsung, tanya jawab dan partisipasi aktif. MPASI yang diberikan harus menyediakan nutrisi tambahan bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan gizi bayi yang sedang bertumbuh. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Posyandu Desa Karangkemiri, Kecamatan Kemangkon, Purbalingga perserta terdiri dari Kader Posyandu serta Ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi tentang MPASI dan stunting dapat berdampak positif pada pengetahuan ibu dan meningkatkan kesadaran mereka tentang pentingnya nutrisi yang memadai bagi anak-anak

Abstract

Desa Pringsurat merupakan salah satu desa di kecamatan Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan yang memiliki potensi bidang pertanian diantaranya adalah tanaman hortikultura yang meliputi tanaman buah seperti durian, rambutan dan mangga dan lain-lain yang selama ini ditanam berasal dari bibit yang tidak berkualitas karena berasal dari buah yang dipanen dan menghasilkan biji yang digunakan sebagai bibit / bahan tanam, sehingga kualitas buah yang dihasilkan berpotensi mengalami perubahan sifat yang belum tentu sama dengan sifat induknya oleh sebab itu peningkatan kualitas tanaman buah dengan pelatihan perbanyakan vegetatif sangat diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang teknik perbanyakan tanaman secara vegetatif. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah investigasi dan diseminasi tentang manfaat perbanyakan vegetatif tanaman buah serta praktik teknik perbanyakan tanaman buah secara vegetatif. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari seluruh peserta, yang ditandai dengan keseriusan mereka dalam menyimak dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian acara hingga selesai, kemudian Terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta mengenai perbanyakan vegetatif serta peningkatan ketrampilan Masyarakat mengenai perbanyakan vegetatif . Data ini diperoleh melalui instrumen penilaian berupa formulir pre-test dan post-test yang diisi oleh peserta penyuluhan Kata Kunci : Pembibitan, perbanyakan vegetatif, tanaman buah

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan usaha pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada salah satu usaha kecil industri rumahan kue kering di wilayah Tingkir Tengah Kota Salatiga. Dengan adanya pendampingan khususnya terkait dengan manajemen produksi, manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan dengan memberikan pemahaman praktik produksi yang baik mulai dari proses produksi, labeling kemasan hingga pengenalan produk, promosi dan saluran distribusi, serta pengelolan pembukuan sederhana dalam pencatatan buku kas usaha. Dengan pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media pembelajaran praktis bagi pelaku usaha dalam mendukung kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran hingga distribusi serta dapat memadukan teori dan praktik akuntansi sederhana secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan pribadi dan pemahaman investasi menjadi kebutuhan yang semakin mendesak di era modern ini, terutama bagi generasi muda. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang secara sistematis untuk memastikan bahwa siswa SMA sederajat mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perencanaan keuangan pribadi dan investasi pemula. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung di Auditorium UNPERBA pada tanggal 16 September 2024, diikuti oleh siswa-siswi SMK N 1 Kejobong, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode ini meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, sosialisasi dan edukasi, penggunaan studi kasus, penyusunan modul edukasi, monitoring dan evaluasi serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menyusun anggaran bulanan sebesar 50%, pemahaman pentingnya menabung sebesar 35%, perbedaan tabungan dan investasi sebesar 55%, pemahaman mengenai diversifikasi investasi sebesar 50%, kesadaran akan risiko investasi sebesar 50%,, dan minta untuk mencoba investasi siswa SMA sederajat sebesar 50%.

Abstract

Wonopringgo Village is located in Wonopringgo Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency, and has a fairly high population density, so this village faces complex challenges related to population dynamics, one of which is related to waste. This is in line with the high level of domestic activity of residents, which has a direct impact on the increase in the volume of household waste produced every day. Waste management in Wonopringgo Village is still ineffective. Residents often mix organic waste with plastic waste, causing unpleasant odors. Instead of being discarded, vegetable scraps can be reused for planting. The roots of certain vegetables still have the potential to grow into new plants if replanted, a process known as regrowth. Therefore, training on the utilization of household vegetable waste into a regrowth system was held with the aim of providing the community with the skills to manage vegetable waste into a regrowth system that supports gardening in home yards and maintains food security. This training was intended for the Wonopringgo Village PKK group. The methods used included preparation, dissemination, practice, discussion, and evaluation. The evaluation was conducted by collecting data obtained through assessment instruments in the form of pre-test and post-test forms. The evaluation results showed a significant increase, with all participants expressing interest in applying the regrow technique after the training.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide education and socialization of community-based waste management through waste banks to PKK group mothers in RT 15 RW 5 Kutowinangun Lor, Tingkir, Salatiga City. Education and socialization activities are carried out through presentations by speakers from the Salatiga Waste Bank (BSI), as well as discussions and simulations. The target of this Community Service activity is the PKK group mothers in RT 15 RW 5 Kutowinangun Lor, Tingkir, Salatiga City. Through this education and socialization activity, it is hoped that the PKK group mothers in this RT will be able to manage their waste optimally and begin to be disciplined in selecting and sorting household waste, so that the waste bank program in this RT can be realized for environmentally friendly waste. Waste banks are one of the local government programs in the context of environmentally friendly waste. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can foster awareness and joint commitment for PKK group mothers in selecting and sorting waste with the 3R concept. The follow-up to this education and socialization activity is ongoing assistance so that the assistance participants can truly sort waste independently as an alternative to increasing family economic income.

Abstract

This study aims to increase public awareness, especially among students, about the dangers and impacts of perundungan, prevent perundunganin the school environment, encourage victims of perundunganto dare to report the incidents they experience and create a safe, comfortable and inclusive school and community environment for all. This socialization program involves various activities, such as counseling on the importance of education, the negative impacts of perundungan, and life skills needed by students. In addition, discussion group activities, quizzes on the material presented, role-playing and penghargaan giving are also carried out to improve students' understanding of the material presented. This study used quantitative and qualitative methods involving students, teachers, and parents as subjects of community service. Quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews. The results of the community service showed that the socialization program implemented was quite effective in increasing students' awareness of the importance of education and the negative impacts of perundungan. Most students stated that they understood more about the problems of dropping out of school and perundunganafter participating in this program. In addition, this program also succeeded in creating a more positive and inclusive school environment. However, there are still several obstacles that need to be considered, such as the lack of parental involvement in this program and the fact that some students still find it difficult to change their perundunganbehavior. Therefore, ongoing efforts need to be made to overcome these obstacles. As a recommendation, it is necessary to conduct periodic evaluations of this socialization program to see its progress. In addition, it is necessary to involve all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and the community, in efforts to prevent dropping out of school and overcome perundungan.

Abstract

Aquaponics is one form of urban farming, alongside hydroponics. Aquaponics also serves as a solution for food security and economic improvement for communities with limited land. In this community service program, training on aquaponics cultivation technology on limited land was carried out to improve the economy and food security of the residents of Taraban Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency. Taraban Village was chosen as the location for this community service due to limited land availability, the need for economic improvement, strengthening food security, and the community's familiarity with farming. The aim of this training is to teach how to cultivate plants using the aquaponics system to enhance family income and fulfill food needs with limited land. The methods used in this community service activity include socialization, training, provision of tools, mentoring, and evaluation of plant cultivation using aquaponics technology. The training was attended by 31 participants and was held on August 10, 2025, at the Taraban Village Hall. The results achieved are a series of methods, namely the partners learned about how to cultivate plants, the partners were also able to directly practice plant cultivation using aquaponic technology, the partners could experience food sufficiency, namely plant and animal protein free from chemicals, and it can improve family economy. The types of plants cultivated are mustard greens, water spinach, and bok choy, as well as catfish. As for the participants who have been able to create an aquaponic system, it is 65% of the participants who attended the training.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play a strategic role in national economic development because they are able to absorb a large number of workers. The community service activity in Banyubiru Village aims to enhance the capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing e-commerce platforms. The main challenges faced by MSMEs in the village, such as low digital literacy, lack of effective marketing strategies, and limited experience in using marketplaces. The method applied is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which consists of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results from this activity indicate an improvement in participants' skills, ranging from understanding the appropriate platforms for their types of products, optimizing marketplace features, creating engaging visual promotional content, to realizing the importance of digital customer service. In addition, this initiative also encourages the formation of social collaboration among SMEs in managing online stores. These support programs are effective in enhancing competitiveness, strengthening brands, and expanding market access for SMEs in Banyubiru. These findings underscore that combining digital literacy with branding strategies and the use of e-commerce can be a long-term solution for the development of SMEs in the village.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out to empower the Bina Lestari Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Bojanegara Village, Banjarnegara. The objective of the program was to enhance the production, marketing, and financial record-keeping of the cassava cracker (opak singkong) business to improve its competitiveness and sustainability. The main challenges faced by the partner included limited production equipment, traditional marketing practices with restricted market reach, and irregular financial records. The implementation method consisted of socialization, training, technology adoption, mentoring, and evaluation. The community service team provided molding and drying machines for opak production, delivered digital marketing training accompanied by website development, and assisted members in preparing simple financial reports. The results demonstrated significant improvements, including a 20% increase in sales turnover compared to previous conditions. Cassava cracker production became more efficient and consistent, marketing expanded through digital platforms, and financial documentation became more organized. Furthermore, the adoption of appropriate technology and continuous mentoring increased members’ skills, independence, and confidence in managing their business.
