Abstract

Analisis manajemen risiko terhadap siswa mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas di lapangan melalui metode kualitatif kemudian Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa cara terbaik bagi guru untuk menghentikan pergaulan pada siswanya harus didukung oleh orang tua siswa, lingkungan, dan kesadaran siswa sendiri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan materi adab bergaul dalam Islam, penelitian ini mencapai kesimpulannya.

Abstract

Manajemen Program Pendidikan Keterampilan Santri Berbasbis Ekonomi Kreatit merupakan upaya yang positif untuk mewujudkan tujuan pesantren membekali santri dengan ilmu keagamaan dan ilmu pengetahuan umum. Di Era yang tinggi persaingannya saat ini, santri perlu dibekali dengan berbagai keterampilan untuk dapat bersaing nantinya khususnya dibidang perekonomian. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membahas teori-teori manajemen program keterampilan santri berbasis ekonomi kreatif di pondok pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen program pendidikan keterampilan santri berbasis ekonomi kreatif di pondok pesantren dapat dilakukan melalui: (1) Dikembangkan dalam program akademik pondok pesantren, (2) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk ekstrakurikuler pondok pesantren, (3) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk komunitas, (4) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk pembiasaan, dan (5) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk seminar dan pelatihan. Adapun program keterampilan yang dapat dikembangkan di pondok pesantren yaitu: (1) keterampilan diri, (2) keterampilan akademik, (3) keterampilan sosial, dan (4) keterampilan vokasional. Dengan upaya-upaya tersebut, pondok pesantren diharapkan bisa mengembangkan dan mempersiapkan keterampilan santri untuk melanjutkan hidup setelah keluar dari pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Bermutu di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran bermutu pada SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gamabaran pembelajaran bermutu pada SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakrta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, wakil wepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru. Hasil penelitian Kepala sekolah SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta telah melakukan inovasi dalam membimbing guru untuk menciptakan suatu pembelajaran, yang dimulai dengan menghadirkan narasumber untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para dewan guru dalam penyusunan RPP dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital seperti leptop dan komputer, dan juga mengadakan supervisi akademik kepada guru-guru dengan membuat instrumen penilaian terlebih dahulu. Inovasi dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang kondusif dalam menciptakan suatu pembelajaran bermutu, dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas pendukung seperti komputer, LCD serta Smart Tv yang ada di empat kelas pada SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. Gambaran pembelajaran bermutu, dapat dilihat dalam penyusunan RPP kemudian dalam kelompok kerja di MGMP dengan menggunakan teknologi digital

Abstract

The transformation of the school library is a crucial step to face changing times, especially in efforts to grow the literacy movement. This paper presents an overview of the school library transformation process by exploring the implications and challenges of growing the literacy movement at MA An- Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. Using a descriptive analysis approach, this paper explores the implications of the role of the school library, especially in the context of the literacy movement. The implications are the Improvement of accessibility and the use of Ar-Risalah Library, and the improvement the literacy interest and skills. The author also identified the challenges, such as limited resources, incomplete facilities, lack of awareness to access library resources, and the need for new skills. The result of this paper indicates the importance of the school library as a literacy centre to support students’ holistic learning (religious and general science aspects), such as providing relevant library collections with standards established by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, providing training for librarians, optimizing facilities, doing collaboration between related institutions or parties, and applying the appropriate technology to strengthen the role of the library as a driving force for literacy. By understanding the implications and challenges of the transformation of the Ar-Risalah Library, this paper aims to provide guidance for education stakeholders, increase the effectiveness of the Ar-Risalah Library in supporting the literacy movement, and provide a positive contribution from this library to the future of Islamic education. Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of educational administration policies on student character formation, by adopting an educational psychology perspective. The main focus of this study is to understand how educational policies influence the character development of students at various levels of education. This research uses a mixed approach, combining quantitative methods through a survey of 300 teachers and educational administrators and qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with 20 students and 10 policy makers. The data collected was analyzed to identify the relationship between educational administration policies and student character. Research findings show that educational administration policies that emphasize character values ​​such as integrity, responsibility and cooperation have a significant positive impact on student character development. Policies involving teacher training in aspects of character formation as well as well-structured school programs, such as value-based extracurricular activities, have proven effective in supporting student character formation. The research results underscore the importance of integrating educational psychology principles in educational administration policies to facilitate holistic character development. Policies that focus on a values-based approach and involving students in activities that support character can strengthen positive character formation.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of Kyai leadership patronage in building parental choice in Islamic boarding schools. The aim is to understand how Kyai leadership influences parents’ decisions in choosing an Islamic boarding school and how this impacts the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies at the Bumi Al-Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, Kotaanyar, Probolinggo. The research results show that Kyai’s personality and spiritual authority, advice and guidance, and good communication with parents are the main factors in building trust and loyalty. Kyai’s strategies in strengthening social capital and active presence in community activities also contributed significantly to parents’ decisions. This research makes an essential contribution by updating the perspective on charismatic leadership in the context of religious education and highlighting the role of social capital in shaping parental choice. The implications of this research show that improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools can be achieved through inclusive and participatory Kyai leadership. Further, more comprehensive research is needed to overcome limitations in various respondents and research methods.

Abstract

Transformasi moral dalam pendidikan di MA Progresif Ummul Quro merupakan proses penting dalam membina akhlak peserta didik, terutama di tengah tantangan moral globalisasi. Pendidikan karakter tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga pengembangan nilai moral dan etika untuk membentuk kepribadian peserta didik. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi progresif yang diterapkan, seperti penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif dan integrasi nilai budaya lokal dalam kurikulum. Metode Flipped Classroom, dialog terbuka, dan pembiasaan perilaku positif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman moral dan keterlibatan peserta didik. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat krusial, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk diskusi moral. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat juga berkontribusi dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik. Dengan pendekatan holistik ini, diharapkan peserta didik tidak hanya menjadi cerdas secara akademis, tetapi juga memiliki integritas, tanggung jawab sosial, dan karakter yang kuat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi moral dalam pendidikan adalah upaya kolektif yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pendidikan untuk membentuk generasi yang beretika dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of ISO 31000-based risk management at Pondok Pesantren Al Jihad Surabaya and its integration with Islamic values. A qualitative descriptive-explorative method was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and field observations to collect data. The findings indicate that adopting ISO 31000 enhances operational and financial risk awareness, while the inclusion of Islamic principles, such as honesty and fairness, reinforces ethical and resilient organizational practices. This research concludes with the development of a hybrid risk management model, combining ISO 31000 standards and Islamic values, which is particularly relevant for nonprofit religious organizations.

Abstract

This research is aims to know more about KH Hasyim Asy’ari In the Book of Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim touches a lot on the world of education and other aspects. The author of many books and a national and international figure at that time had created many works and devotions that can be felt and remembered to this day. In this qualitative research method the author uses a hermeneutic approach, namely trying to uncover various contexts for the preparation of a text. (William, 2002: 24). Especially in the main primary source in the book Adabul 'Alim Walmuta'allim KH Hasyim Asy'ari, especially in the chapter on Teacher Morals towards students. In this method, understanding the book of Adabul is not just the ultimate goal of hermeneutics, but rather as a means and way for all of us to search for meaning in the lives we live. (Ricoeur, 1981: 159, 162). Likewise, the author does not only go beyond analyzing the text of the Book, Adabul, but tries to initiate an analysis of social action using an interpretive approach. (Ricoeur, 1981: 197) Another thing that must be known is that apart from matters of worship in the world and the hereafter, this book also emphasizes the importance of becoming a human being who masters technology by developing knowledge anywhere and at any time. Apart from that, teachers and/or lecturers must continue to develop their knowledge by understanding many languages ​​such as Arabic, English and so on, as a support in their main knowledge. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi manajemen pendidikan di pesantren di era kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan implikasinya terhadap keimanan Islam di Indonesia melalui studi literatur. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi AI, pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional menghadapi tantangan dan peluang baru dalam mengelola pendidikan dan menyebarkan agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur untuk menggali berbagai sumber ilmiah dan dokumen relevan yang membahas tentang integrasi AI dalam pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi AI dalam pengelolaan pendidikan pesantren dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, personalisasi pembelajaran, dan akses informasi keagamaan. Namun, ada juga kekhawatiran mengenai pengaruh AI terhadap nilai-nilai tradisional dan kemurnian iman Islam. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen yang dapat dilakukan pesantren dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dengan tetap menjaga keutuhan iman. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pengelola pesantren dalam mengembangkan kebijakan pendidikan yang seimbang antara inovasi teknologi dan pelestarian nilai-nilai Islam..
