Abstract

In the last decade, the development of information technology has advanced rapidly, with Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as two major innovations reshaping the landscape of business and management. Big Data, which refers to large and complex datasets that are difficult to process with traditional methods, has become a valuable asset for organizations in planning and managing human resources (HR). This research aims to explore how Big Data and AI can be applied in HR planning to support digital entrepreneurship innovation, as well as to identify the benefits and challenges of implementing these technologies. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data for this research were collected through a systematic literature search on Google Scholar, focusing on articles published between 2018 and 2024. The results of the study indicate that Big Data provides deep insights through complex and detailed data analysis, enabling companies to plan their workforce needs more accurately and responsively to market changes. AI, on the other hand, enhances efficiency by automating HR processes and providing predictive analytics that can support strategic decision-making. Case studies from companies like Walmart, Unilever, and Airbnb demonstrate how the implementation of these technologies can improve HR planning processes and support innovation in digital businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and the adaptability and resilience of business owners in facing economic crises. Using a qualitative literature review method with descriptive analysis, the research examines 25 selectively chosen articles from a pool of 50 identified through Google Scholar spanning 2001–2024. The findings reveal that an entrepreneurial mindset—characterized by risk-taking, creativity, and opportunity recognition—significantly contributes to the success of business owners in adjusting strategies and enduring economic pressures. Case studies, such as Kopi Kenangan, Rumah Makan Padang Sederhana, and Javara Indonesia, highlight the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in supporting business adaptability and resilience. However, challenges such as limited access to training and financial constraints remain significant barriers to developing entrepreneurial mindsets among SME owners. This study recommends strengthening entrepreneurial training programs, expanding access to financing, and fostering collaboration among governments, educational institutions, and business owners to enhance SMEs' competitiveness during economic crises.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative literature review aiming to explore the roles of entrepreneurial mindset, self-regulation, and social capital in enhancing entrepreneurs’ adaptability and resilience during economic crises. A descriptive analysis was conducted using 26 articles selected from Google Scholar for the period 1977–2024, narrowed down from an initial 50 articles. The findings reveal that an entrepreneurial mindset fosters innovation, risk-taking, and opportunity orientation, while self-regulation enables emotional management and consistent decision-making. Social capital, through network and community support, provides access to essential resources that help entrepreneurs endure economic challenges. Case studies of SMEs in Indonesia illustrate how these three factors can be integrated to build business resilience. The study offers practical recommendations, including strengthening entrepreneurial training, improving access to technology, fostering business community development, and promoting multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of social networks in facilitating access to capital and resources for start-up entrepreneurs in Indonesia. As a literature review employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes secondary data sourced from Google Scholar between 2003–2024, selecting 19 articles. Descriptive analysis explores how social networks, encompassing personal relationships, business communities, and digital platforms, assist start-up entrepreneurs in overcoming challenges related to accessing capital, knowledge, and collaboration opportunities. Findings indicate that social networks play a critical role in creating funding opportunities through interpersonal connections, leveraging crowdfunding platforms, and establishing strategic connections via business communities and social media. Relevant case studies highlight the success of start-up entrepreneurs in Indonesia who have utilized social networks to expand their businesses and overcome operational challenges. However, the study also finds that the effectiveness of social networks depends on digital literacy, relationship-building capabilities, and community support. Digital literacy training, strengthening business communities, and educating entrepreneurs on leveraging social networks should be prioritized to support the growth of start-up entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) plays a significant role in enhancing community welfare through active and meaningful social participation. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, using data from 19 selected scholarly articles from 2010-2024 sourced from Google Scholar. The findings show that PKn is capable of building the public’s understanding of their rights and duties as citizens, instilling values of solidarity, tolerance, and mutual cooperation, and encouraging active participation in decision-making and the management of local resources. Case studies such as community-based waste management in Sukunan Village and the development of a tourist village in Pentingsari emphasize that effective PKn programs can improve the economic and social welfare of communities. However, PKn implementation faces challenges such as limited resources, lack of policy support, and the need for adaptation in the digital era. This research recommends strengthening policies, integrating technology, adopting contextual approaches, fostering multi-party collaborations, and conducting monitoring and evaluation to optimize the role of PKn in creating sustainable community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of gender in the entrepreneurial dynamics of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and its structural implications for inclusive and sustainable business growth in the context of the digital economy. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review method, this study analyses 22 selected scientific articles published between 2002 and 2025 and obtained from Google Scholar and other credible online sources. The analysis shows that gender inequality is still a structural issue that affects women's access to digital technology, financing, business networks, and entrepreneurship training. In the context of the digital economy, women MSME actors often face additional barriers due to social norms, multiple domestic responsibilities, and limited digital literacy. These findings are supported by Gender Role Theory, Institutional Theory, and Digital Divide, which explain the complex relationship between social structures, policies, and technology adoption. The study concludes that inclusive and sustainable business growth will not be achieved without gender mainstreaming in MSME digital transformation policies.
