Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang memperkenalkan dunia jurnalistik melalui pelatihan jurnalisitik di SMK Negeri 3 Raja Ampat Kampung Dabatan, Misool Selatan. Pelatihan ini dibuat untuk ajang dalam memperkenalkan dunia jurnalistik, mengasah kemampuan menulis, membangun daya pikir yang kritis dan membuat informasi berita untuk adik-adik di Kampung Dabatan, Misool Selatan. Pemaparan materi yang disampaikan berupa kode etik jurnalistik, kedua penyampaian materi tentang bahasa indonesia jurnalistik, menggali ide berita dan teknik reportase wawancara, ketiga penyampaian tentang berita, editing atau penyuntingan naskah dan keempat penyampaian materi tentang foto jurnalistik dan jurnalistik online. Dengan adanya pelatihan jurnalistik ini diharapkan juga mampu mengasah kreativitas dan bakat peserta khususnya dalam bidang menulis.

Abstract

Mahasiswa mempunyai peran strategis sebagai bagian dari agent of change (agen perubahan). Kuliah Kerja Nyata Terpadu (KKNT) merupakan perwujudan pengabdian mahasiswa perguruan tinggi berupa pelaksanaan PPL dan KKN kepada masyarakat melalui pemberian bantuan perberdayaan, pelatihan, penyuluhan, pembimbingan, dan pendampingan dalam rangka menyadarkan potensi yang dimiliki sehingga turut meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa memperoleh kemampuan generatif berupa life skills (kecakapan/keterampilan hidup). Observasi dilakukan dengan cara diskusi dan terjun langsung ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, maka telah ditentukan bersama program kerja KKNT kelompok meliputi program kelompok fisik dan non fisik. Salah satu program kerja kelompok yang telah terlaksana yakni Festival Anak Bangsa (FAB) tahun 2023 se-Misool Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian deskriptif ini ditujukan untuk memperoleh jawaban yang terkait dengan analisis pelaksanaan FAB tahun 2023 se-Misool Selatan sehingga pembahasannya menggunakan uraian kata-kata. Melalui penelitian deskriptif, penelitian ini mencoba mencari deskripsi yang tepat dan cukup dari pelakasanaan FAB tersebut. Dilihat dari terlaksananya program ini, maka mahasiswa berperan sebagai fasilitator, dinamisator, dan motivator. Program kerja FAB ini diselenggarakan selama dua hari, terhitung dimulai dari tanggal 1 Desember 2023 - 2 Desember 2023 relatif berjalan lancar. Dengan demikian, setelah pelaksanaan program kerja FAB berakhir, diharapkan dapat memupuk rasa cinta anah air, menumbuhkan ukhuwah Islamiyah, mengembangkan jiwa agamis yang cinta Al-Quran dan melakukan peningkatan dakwah Islamiyah serta mendalami seni islami, sehingga perilaku negatif terhadap anak dan remaja di Misool Selatan dapat teratasi.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the word of Allah that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, through the angel Gabriel, as a miracle and mercy for the universe. It contains instructions, guidelines and lessons for those who believe in it and practice it. The Qur'an is so noble that just reading it is considered worship, especially by contemplating the meaning stored in it. Reading the Qur'an indeed provides many rewards and great advantages for a person. However, when reading the Koran, we cannot just read it like that. Every word in the Koran has a meaning, and if you read it incorrectly, it can change the meaning of the word. Introduction to learning to read and write the Qur’an is one of the obligations that must be given to young children as part of the Muslim community. The Al-Qur'an as the holy book of Muslims acts as a source of law, the basis of science and as a benchmark in shaping the behavior of early childhood. through learning the basics of the Al-Qur'an, such as reading and writing it, children become acquainted with the good values ​​contained in the Al-Qur'an. The formation of religious character is through learning the Koran, one of which is being able to read and write it. Qur'anic religious and personal character is needed in forming a civilized nation.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam sangat penting ditanamkan di setiap bangku persekolahan seperti halnya pada penelitian ini yang mengambil objek penelitian di SMP Negeri 4 Kelas Jauh Usaha Jaya, Misool Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana dalam pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi. Hasil yang di dapatkan pada penelitian ini bahwasanya keberadaan mahasiswa PPL memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap motivasi belajar di SMP Negeri 4 Kelas Jauh Usaha Jaya. Dengan adanya mahasiswa PPL diharapkan siswa/I lebih termotivasi dalam menambah wawasan terkait pendidikan agama di bangku sekolah.

Abstract

Program PPL adalah program kegiatan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan yang di laksanakan oleh Mahasiswa yang mencakup, latihan mengajar maupun tugas-tugas kependidikan diluar mengajar secara terbimbing dan terpadu untuk memenuhi persyaratan pembentukan profesi kependidikan. Kegiatan PPL yang dilaksanakan adalah mengajar Bahasa inggris tepatnya pada SMP Filial Usaha Jaya SMPN.4 Raja Ampat. Hal tersebut dilakukan Sebagai bentuk pengalaman belajar di lapangan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengaplikasikan kemampuan akademis maupun praktis dalam dunia pendidikan memperluas wawasan, melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam bidangnya. Program PPL ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Juli 2023 sampai dengan tanggal 27 Desember 2023 Penerapan belajar bahasa inggris yang di lakukan pada SMP Filial Usaha Jaya SMPN.4 Raja Ampat menggunakan modern metode tujuannya agar mempermudah murid-murid membiasakan diri dalam belajar bahasa inggris yang sebelumnya belum mengenal pelajaran bahasa inggris sebab kondisi yang masih perkampungan. Upaya yang di lakukan untuk membantu murid-murid agar terbiasa dengan huruf- huruf hingga ejaan bahasa inggris yang belum pernah di lafalkan sebelumnya dengan mengikuti beberapa tahapan belajar bahasa inggris yaitu, Listening (Mendengar), Speaking (berbicara), Reading (membaca), dan writing (menulis).

Abstract

Gotong royong has significant potential in addressing environmental cleanliness; however, this potential has not been fully realized due to a lack of community awareness regarding environmental cleanliness. Therefore, this research focuses on discussing the role of students in enhancing gotong royong and environmental cleanliness in Japurabakti Village. The gotong royong activities center on the role of KKN students in executing communal work. The involvement of KKN students in gotong royong is feasible given their scope of authority, and it is expected to build awareness about village cleanliness. Thus, effective strategies and policies are necessary for the successful implementation of these activities. The gotong royong activities aim to describe the role of the community in conducting gotong royong activities at Mushola An-Najikhin in Japurabakti Village. This community service project employs Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology as a strategy to actively involve the community at every stage of implementation, from planning to execution and evaluation. The results of this activity show that gotong royong involving religious leaders and local community members can enhance the community's awareness of KKN students' roles in carrying out these activities. Additionally, the role of religious leaders as motivators also contributes to improving environmental cleanliness in Japurabakti Village

Abstract

In the province of West Papua, there are four districts that are the main focus in improving literacy skills. One of them is Raja Ampat district which is in the 4th position for low literacy rates with a population distribution in the Regency with a population distribution in Raja Ampat district spread across 24 Districts/Sub-districts with 6 Districts having a density above 45.80 people/km2. In this study, the researcher focused on one of the areas in the South Misool district, namely Dabatan village. Dabatan village is one of the villages located on the coast in the South Misool district, Raja Ampat district, West Papua province. Interactive literacy learning for elementary school children to instill early foundations is very necessary because it will improve the various competencies that children must have. The learning process for elementary school children is very important so that in the process of implementing KKN-T, researchers launched a literacy class program in order to foster children's interest in reading, the application of which is not only in school but also outside school. Of the several existing methods, the learning while playing method is the method that most increases children's interest in reading. In this case, the method used is reading while singing using the letter garden and writing letters using the 4-line method. Literacy classes are held once a week, namely on Saturdays, the place is adjusted to the comfort of the students. The implementation method applied in this literacy class is the concept of playing while learning. This method was chosen by looking at the need to handle the lack of basic literacy skills. Abstract

The ability to communicate is very important to instill in students. In this research, we looked at the interpersonal communication (public speaking) skills of students at SMP Negeri 4 Fillial, Usaha Jaya Distance Class. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method by collecting data by observation. The results of this research show that students' ability to communicate is very low, so efforts are made to improve their abilities through training, such as training to improve self-confidence, intonation and articulation, as well as training facial expressions when speaking. It is hoped that this research will be able to contribute to the level of education in Indonesia

Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Raja Ampat needs communication and information media between teachers, students, and parents in a school magazine. This results in journalism lessons needing to be taught to students. Based on these problems, it is necessary to hold journalism training for students of SMK Negeri 3 Raja Ampat. Journalism training benefits students as it helps them hone their creativity and talents. Based on these problems, the solution offered is to provide training. Theoretically, training participants are expected to be able to know how the process of making news starts from searching for data in the field, packaging, and compiling news until the news is worthy of being published or published. The method used is in the form of an explanation of journalism. To find out how well the participants understand the training provided, a pre-test and post-test are carried out first. The specific targets of this training include fostering students' interest and motivation in the importance of media to accommodate students' creativity and activities in channeling their talents and potential.

Abstract

The aim of implementing integrated real work courses (KKNT) is to provide experience for students, broaden their horizons, improve their skills, independence, responsibility, ability to solve problems in society and be able to practice the tri dharma of higher education. The methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. This KKNT activity is carried out for approximately 4 months, during which time it is hoped that students will be able to mingle with the community and be able to harmonize what they have received in college with what is happening in the field. In this KKNT, many programs have been successfully completed, including making rubbish bins, making boundaries and mosque name boards, community service, planting trees and so on.
