Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena rendahnya minat alumni santri pesantren dalam memilih perguruan tinggi dibawah organisasi asal mereka, meskipun lembaga tersebut memiliki legitimasi akademik yang memadai. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengungkap preferensi akademik alumni santri PPI 153 Al-Firdaus dalam memilih perguruan tinggi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pilihan mereka, serta menilai peran nilai-nilai maslahah (ḍarūriyyāt, ḥājiyyāt, taḥsīniyyāt) dalam keputusan akademik tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei terhadap 32 alumni yang telah lulus dan melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78,12% alumni memilih perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta umum, dengan hanya 3,12% yang memilih kampus Persis. Keputusan didominasi oleh pertimbangan pragmatis seperti akreditasi, biaya, dan prospek kerja, meskipun nilai-nilai maslahah memperoleh pengakuan tinggi dengan skor hajiyyat (4,45), dharuriyyat (4,43), dan tahsiniyyat (4,26). Temuan mengungkapkan paradoks implementasi berupa diskontinuitas struktural antara pembinaan nilai di pesantren dengan implementasi strategis dalam keputusan akademik. Alumni mengalami asimetri informasi dan keterbatasan bimbingan akademik, sehingga lebih bergantung pada jejaring horizontal dibanding arahan struktural dari pesantren. Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum bimbingan akademik berbasis maslahah, penguatan sistem informasi terpadu, dan strategic repositioning kampus-kampus Islam untuk membangun citra yang lebih kompetitif.

Abstract

Education is the core foundation of national development, necessitating a holistic quality reform. Efforts to improve human resources are insufficient if solely centered on formal institutions; they require a synergistic educational ecosystem involving schools, families, and communities. This research addresses the fragmentation of previous studies by offering a comprehensive analysis of an integrated education model. Specifically, it focuses on the interconnectedness, synergy, and coordination among various environments (Microsystem and Mesosystem) that influence child development, and presents a synthesis between formal-informal-nonformal education with character reinforcement based on Islamic values (Akhlakul Karimah). This study employs a qualitative library research method with data collection techniques utilizing documentation from books, articles, and journals. The data analysis technique is content analysis combined with a thematic-comparative approach to identify patterns and differences in character education implementation. The results demonstrate that the Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Theory framework (Microsystem, Mesosystem, Exosystem, Macrosystem, Chronosystem) is an essential analytical tool for mapping multi-stakeholder coordination dynamics. The success of the Integrated Education Model critically depends on the consistency and synergy of values received by the child across different systems. The three main factors determining parenting behavior (Child Factor, Environmental Factor, and Parent's Individual Self Factor) within the Family Microsystem are crucial. Furthermore, the development of Akhlakul Karimah must be systemic and holistic, involving the three national pillars (schools, families, and communities), consistent with Bronfenbrenner's theory. Weak cross-system coordination (a weak Mesosystem) often creates a confusing disparity of values for students. Therefore, a strong collective commitment is needed to reinforce the communication and collaboration network among all ecological elements for the realization of holistic character education.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed the financial sector, particularly in digital-based investment activities such as online forex trading. This study aims to analyze the legality of online forex transactions from the perspective of Islamic economics and finance. Employing a qualitative approach through a literature review, the study is structured into five main areas: online forex trading in Islamic economics and finance, its legality in conventional systems and national regulations, its legal status from an Islamic perspective, development solutions, and the opportunities and challenges involved. Online forex trading refers to the exchange of currencies conducted digitally without physical delivery, typically within futures markets. From the standpoint of Islamic economics and finance, such practices raise critical concerns regarding compliance with Sharia principles, particularly due to the potential presence of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maisir (speculation). These elements are often embedded in high-risk and speculative trading mechanisms, which contradict the core values of justice, transparency, and permissibility (halal).Therefore, while online forex trading may be legally recognized in conventional financial systems, its Sharia compliance remains questionable. Strengthening regulatory frameworks aligned with Islamic principles, enhancing public literacy in Islamic finance, and developing Sharia-compliant trading platforms are essential steps. Continuous supervision and innovation are also necessary to ensure that such financial activities are not only legally valid but also ethically and religiously acceptable.

Abstract

This study examines the strategy of internalizing an optimistic mentality in response to the persistent phenomenon of bullying in educational settings. The research focuses on the process of building students' mental resilience through a holistic approach at SMP Bina Taruna, Bandung Regency. The study employs a qualitative approach with phenomenological design, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that: (1) Bullying manifests in three primary forms - verbal, physical, and psychological/relational - representing structural issues within school social dynamics; (2) Students successfully develop an optimistic mentality as a defense mechanism by transforming negative experiences into life lessons, supported by cognitive factors, social support, and spirituality; (3) Schools play a crucial role in fostering collective optimism through character-building programs, teacher exemplification, and peer support systems. The research implies that value internalization-based approaches effectively create resilient school environments. This study makes significant contributions to the development of bullying prevention models through strengthening positive character and transforming traumatic experiences into sources of psychological growth

Abstract

The different conditions of rural environments cause access to educational institutions to be diverse, not infrequently this is the reason students are late to school, furthermore many students do not want to continue school because of the very long distance. Therefore, educational institutions' provision of pick-up and drop-off services represents a viable solution for students. This study aims to analyze the management of pick-up and drop-off services at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaufiq Bojongasih Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach with data collection techniques through observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique is carried out with an interactive model that includes data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: 1) The management of pick-up and drop-off services at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaufiq Bojongasih Tasikmalaya is carried out through planning that begins with problem identification, organizing, implementing, and evaluating; 2) The implementation of pick-up and drop-off services at the Attaufiq Bojongasih Tasikmalaya Elementary Madrasah is supported by several factors, including the commitment of the madrasah principal, support from teachers, participation from parents, and a culture of mutual cooperation within in the community.
