Abstract

The habit of praying Dhuha and Dzuhur in congregation also has a positive impact on the development of students' spirituality. Prayer as one of the main worships in Islam, can provide inner peace and coolness of soul for anyone who performs it with full devotion. By performing worship regularly, students will feel closer to Allah SWT, and gain peace in living their daily lives, both in school and outside of school. This study aims to analyze the implementation of moral development of students through the habit of praying Dhuha and Dzuhur in congregation at Al-Hidayah Islamic High School Cukangkawung Sodonghilir Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique uses the interactive Miles and Huberman model consisting of data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions, as well as for data validity testing through observation diligence, triangulation, reference adequacy, and member checks. The results of this study indicate that the habituation activities of praying dhuha and dzuhur in congregation at SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Cukangkawung Sodonghilir Tasikmalaya are carried out in a programmed and planned manner. With steps starting from habituation carried out since students enter grade X, habituation is carried out continuously, and habituation is monitored strictly, consistently, and firmly. This habituation has implications for students including spiritual, social, educational, school environment, psychological, and academic achievement aspects

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum development model at MTs Persis Sadang and its implementation strategy. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods, through interviews, participatory observation, and document review. The results showed that curriculum development in this madrasah uses a participatory or collaborative curriculum model, in which the Curriculum Development Team (TPK) prepares a draft curriculum that is discussed, socialized, ratified, and implemented. MTs Persis Sadang adapts the Ministry of Religious Affairs curriculum with the distinctive curriculum of Jam'iyyah Persis, creating a unique education system. The learning load is lighter than the curriculum of jam'iyyah Persis but greater than the Ministry of Religion's curriculum, so that students can learn optimally. The PAI material is broader and more in-depth than the government standard. The recommendations of this study emphasize the need for periodic evaluation to ensure the balance between the pesantren curriculum and the national curriculum, as well as strengthening the implementation strategy to be more effective in achieving the madrasah vision.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of shirkah contracts, particularly shirkah al-mudharabah, in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The background of this research focuses on the dominance of murabaha contracts in Islamic banking financing, which often do not meet the needs of businesses that want to avoid interest-bearing debt. This research uses descriptive and content analysis on the case of Toko Kurmanis to explore how cooperation between business owners and investors can improve access to capital and create a fair profit-sharing system. Through a literature review and content analysis of a video entitled “Kurmanis Business,” this research found that the implementation of shirkah not only provides financial benefits, but also promotes sustainable business growth. The main conclusion of this study shows that shirkah al-mudharabah can be an effective alternative in the development of MSMEs, with the potential to improve operational efficiency and expand market networks.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, namun dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam implementasi hukum yang mengaturnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek hukum dalam perbankan syariah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada regulasi, pengawasan, dan tantangan hukum yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Indonesia memiliki regulasi yang memadai, seperti Undang-Undang No. 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah, Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 11/33/PBI/2009 tentang Perbankan Syariah, serta fatwa-fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN-MUI), masih terdapat kendala dalam harmonisasi regulasi antara hukum positif dan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Pengawasan terhadap perbankan syariah juga ditemukan kurang optimal karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman hukum syariah di kalangan pengawas. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kolaborasi antara regulator, praktisi hukum, dan lembaga keuangan syariah untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, guna mendukung perkembangan sektor perbankan syariah di Indonesia secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mempengaruhi cara berpikir, berperilaku, dan berinteraksi siswa sebagai generasi digital native. Situasi ini membawa tantangan baru dalam pendidikan akhlak, terutama dalam menjaga integritas moral di tengah derasnya arus informasi dan budaya instan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji indikator-indikator akhlak yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi digital, menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran akhlak, serta merumuskan solusi pembelajaran yang adaptif dan kontekstual. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur, artikel ini merumuskan tiga kategori utama indikator akhlak: sikap terhadap diri sendiri, sikap terhadap sesama, dan sikap terhadap lingkungan. Tantangan pendidikan akhlak di era teknologi antara lain mencakup rendahnya literasi etika digital, minimnya keteladanan dalam ruang virtual, serta menurunnya sensitivitas sosial. Sebagai respon, solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis nilai, integrasi kurikulum karakter dengan pendekatan teknologi, serta penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Pendidikan akhlak memerlukan pendekatan transformatif agar mampu membentuk karakter siswa secara holistik di tengah kompleksitas zaman digital.

Abstract

One of the approaches considered relevant in addressing the challenges of 21st-century education is deep learning, which emphasizes deep understanding, active engagement, and intellectual transformation. This approach comprises three main pillars: meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning, which are explored and analyzed in relation to their relevance within the learning practices of pesantren—traditional Islamic educational institutions known for their distinctive pedagogical heritage. This study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method, analyzing primary and secondary literature from various reputable academic sources. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify the core characteristics of deep learning as reflected in pesantren practices, including the sorogan, bandongan, bahtsul masail, and innovations in kitab kuning instruction. The findings reveal that pesantren have practically implemented the deep learning approach through various learning methods that demonstrate cognitive engagement, reflective awareness, and a joyful, contextual learning environment. These findings indicate that pesantren are capable of bridging classical Islamic pedagogical values with the demands of 21st-century educational transformation.

Abstract

The development of early childhoods’ religious and moral values, as well as social-emotional values ​​become the fundamental aspects in the form of early childhoods’ personality and character which is the basis to them for further growth and development. This study aims to identify the concept of early childhood, the concept of developing religious and moral values ​​of early childhood, and the concept of social-emotional development of early childhood. In this study, the researcher used the qualitative method under a literature review approach (library research). The results of this study show that early childhood is a child with the age range of 0-6 years, which requires optimal stimulation through early childhood education (ECE). ECE focuses on the process of learning while playing to develop early childhoods’ potentions holistically. Based on Oser and Kohlberg's Theories, the development of early childhoods’ religious and moral values ​​is greatly influenced by real experiences, parental habits, and cognitive development. The whole of them are required the encouragement and guidance from adults. In line with the early childhood social-emotional development, it is formed through appropriate stimulation and guidance from family, teachers and the environment. Furthermore, Vygotsky and Piaget emphasized that social interaction and internalization of language are very important to be accustomed from an early age since from the family environment which functions to form self-control, empathy, and positive interaction skills. Therefore, this study attempts to fill the literature gap by highlighting a conceptual study that explicitly integrates the concept of early childhood, the concept of developing relevant religious and moral values ​​in early childhood, and the concept of comprehensive social-emotional development in early childhood, as a systematic theoretical foundation for designing holistic ECE programs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the digital learning culture at SMP Al Hikmah Boarding School Batu, focusing on the adaptation of students and teachers in technology-based learning processes. A qualitative approach was employed using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The research informants included the principal, teachers, and active students at the school. The findings indicate that the full integration of the Learning Management System (LMS) in daily teaching and learning activities has transformed learning patterns into more independent, flexible, and interactive ones. Teachers act as facilitators and digital mediators, guiding students to use technology productively and responsibly. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations and disparities in digital literacy among users remain. Collaborative solutions including regular training, teacher discussion forums, and student mentoring are key factors for successfully fostering an inclusive and sustainable digital learning culture. This study is expected to serve as a reference for boarding schools in optimizing digital learning implementation.

Abstract

This article examines “From Children’s Literature to Faith-Character Education: A Narrative Analysis of the Novel ‘Petualangan Si Bocah Soleh’ (Adventures of the Pious Boy).” The study aims to analyze how Roni integrates faith-character (akidah-akhlak) education values into fictional storytelling through narrative and reflective approaches. The findings reveal that the adventure narrative incorporates three theological relations between God and humans: mercy (Creator-Creation), monotheism (Worshipper-Worshipped), and divine justice (Judge-Accountable). Additionally, through faith-based adventure storytelling, the author articulates the development of noble moral/character values—such as courage, honesty, responsibility, patience, solidarity (ukhuwah), discipline, and environmental stewardship—conveyed contextually through plot dynamics and character conflicts. With its aesthetic and affective approach, Petualangan Si Boleh is positioned as an applicative, inspirational, and transformative medium for faith-character education among elementary school readers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji ambivalensi peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mendisiplinkan siswa di tengah implementasi Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. Guru PAI menghadapi dilema antara tanggung jawab moral-religius membentuk karakter siswa dengan pembatasan hukum yang mengatur perlindungan anak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di SDN Cipagalo 3 Bojongsoang dan SMPN 2 Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan dua guru PAI, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memahami tanggung jawab pendisiplinan sebagai amanah spiritual yang dijalankan melalui pembiasaan nilai keagamaan dan keteladanan. Sikap terhadap UU Perlindungan Anak ditandai kehati-hatian dan adaptasi, meskipun terdapat kekhawatiran terhadap potensi pelaporan. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi kesepakatan bersama dengan siswa, kolaborasi lintas peran dengan pihak sekolah, serta pelibatan orang tua dalam penyelesaian berbasis musyawarah. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendisiplinan dapat dijalankan efektif dalam kerangka ta'dib Islami jika dilakukan dengan pendekatan kasih sayang, komunikatif, dan didukung sistem kelembagaan terintegrasi. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pendisiplinan yang selaras dengan nilai Islam dan regulasi hukum.
