Abstract

The use of information technology in managing education and training (training) has become a basic need. The series of training activity processes also requires the Syndiklat application. This research aims to determine the benefits of using the Simdiklat application in improving the quality of training activities held by the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center. This research uses a qualitative approach with data mining methods through direct observation and interviews with informants. The research results show that Simdiklat is very helpful in the preparation, implementation and evaluation process as well as database storage. However, the quality of Simdiklat still needs to be improved by adjusting user needs so that the application is effective and efficient.

Abstract

Maslahah mursalah is an important concept in Islamic law; in fact, most scholars use maslahah mursalah as a legal istinbat method. In writing this article using a qualitative research method of literature by prioritizing data credibility, the results obtained in this study are that maslahah mursalah has an important role in law. Not even a few Islamic scholars make maslahah murslahah a legal consideration. However, the use of maslahah mursalah is not absolute. To anticipate misuse of maslahah mursalah, maslahah mursalah must meet the requirements that must be considered for legal considerations, such as that it must not conflict with maqāṣid sharī`ah, the scriptures, sunnah, qiyas, maslahah, or a higher level. Maslahah mursalah is an old concept, but it is also very relevant to be applied today by studying Islamic treasures and then applying it in today's life.

Abstract

This research explains the application of Merdeka Curriculum in developing profile of Pancasila students in early childhood at RA Al-Falah, Tenggarang, Bondowoso in the 2023/2024 academic year. Merdeka Curriculum gives students the freedom to develop their creativity, intelligence and character by paying attention to Pancasila values. as the basis of the Indonesian state. This research focuses on implementing the independent curriculum by developing the profile of Pancasila students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method involving observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum has been successful in developing profile of Pancasila students. This curriculum facilitates children to learn actively and creatively through exploration, play, creativity and communication activities. In its implementation, Merdeka Curriculum is integrated with the learning of Pancasila values: mutual cooperation, honesty, tolerance, justice and love of the country. Children are taught about the meaning and importance of Pancasila values through stories, role plays and interactive classroom activities. Merdeka Curriculum learning process also encourages the development of children's character, such as self-confidence, responsibility, empathy and social intelligence. Children are invited to respect differences, help each other, and participate in group activities. The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at RA Al-Falah is effective in developing the profile of Pancasila students in early childhood. This curriculum provides opportunities for children to grow and develop holistically, by strengthening understanding and appreciation of the values of Pancasila as the foundation of life in society, nation and state.

Abstract

Taboo language is a number of words that are avoided from being used or pronounced because they are very sensitive for certain groups. In fact, if these taboo words are spoken, they can cause anger in the person they are talking to. Based on the result of observation, elementary level students at MI Shibyanul Islamiyah occasionally use taboo language when interacting with their friends. This research aims to analyze the form of taboo language used, how taboo language is used, and how taboo language is acquired among elementary level students. The approach used is a case study, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of data collection, it is known that the forms of taboo language used by students at MI Shibyanul Islamiyah are the names of certain animals, jargon or special terms, dirt, supernatural creatures, and certain disorders/deficiencies. Apart from that, it was found that taboo language was used to joke, curse, and show anger towards the interlocutor. Meanwhile, the acquisition of taboo language at MI Shibyanul Islamiyah is unconscious through the school environment, outside of school, and the videos they watch on their cell phones at home.

Abstract

Managerial is an adjective related to leadership and management. In many literatures, the word managerial is often referred to as the origin of the word management which means to train horses or is literally interpreted as to handle which means to take care of, handle or control. Meanwhile, management is a noun which can mean management, leadership or administration. In principle, the definition of management has several characteristics as follows: (1) there is a goal to be achieved; (2) as a combination of science and art; (3) is a systematic, coordinated, cooperative and integrated process in utilizing its elements; (4) there are two people ormore who work together in an organization; (5) based on the division of work, duties and responsibilities; (6) includes multiple functions; (7) is a tool to achieve goals. The techniques used in this research on improving teacher quality are participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. To obtain the data needed in this research, the researcher used several methods in the data collection process. The methods used to collect data in the field are the observation method, interview method and documentation method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept, strategy of kiai leadership and obstacles in innovating education in pesantren. This research is a qualitative research case study. The research location chosen was at the Salafiyah Al-Ottoman Islamic Boarding School Beddian Jambesari Jambesari Darus Sholah Bondowoso, because it has a uniqueness compared to Islamic boarding schools in general, which is still maintaining traditional educational patterns reflected in the curriculum that teaches classical books. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis techniques use the process of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. This study found that the concept of kiai leadership in innovating education in pesantren is based on vertical communication (downward communication-upward communication), horizontal communication and diagonal communication (cross communication). Meanwhile, the strategies carried out by the kiai in innovating education are: opening an open junior high school, alleviating a 9-year compulsory education program for Salaf Islamic boarding schools and opening a formal madrasah. There are four obstacles inhibiting the leadership of the kiai, namely: at first the family council was less supportive with formal education; lack of support from Old Alumni of PPs Al-Utsmani Beddian, the lack of Human Resources and infrastructure owned is still inadequate.

Abstract

Basically Islam carries the teachings of rahmatan lil’alamin(compassion for all nature). However, the reality is that inter-religious harmony in Indonesia is still being debated. The cause of the controversy is the growth and development of thoughts and movements of radical Islamic groups. Responding to the growth and development of radical understanding movements, Islamic organizations in Indonesia need to respond actively, creatively, constructively and solutively in counteracting this radical understanding. One of the religious organizations that is active in countering radicalism is Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah. Based on this description, the researcher is interested in writing a thesis entitled Education Values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah to Shape the Character of Santri Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Darul Hikmah Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to describe and analyze what are the educational values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah, what are the forms of implementation and what are the factors that support and hinder this implementation. This type of research is a qualitative description. Sources of research data are caregivers, coaches, and students, as well as documentation of Darul Hikmah Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research findings, namely the educational values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah have reached the target to shape the character of the students Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin at the Darul Hikmah Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School by always applying the principles of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah values. Implementation is carried out by providing students with the basics of the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah practice. In addition, the practice of amaliyah - amaliyah which contains educational values Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah such as reciting the yellow book, yasinan, tahlilan, istighosah, reading manaqib, reading sholawat, reading rotib, and bahtsul masa'il. The supporting factors are the students' awareness and enthusiasm for reciting the Koran, motivation from parents, siblings, clerics and supervisors. While the inhibiting factors include the negative influence of friends, laziness, low vocabulary of students, low knowledge of the basics of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah amaliyah.

Abstract

Abstract Pesantren as the oldest religious education institution in Indonesia, not only takes part in the field of education but also has a role in improving and empowering the economy through various business units. Several studies mention that pesantren can also influence the economy and empowerment of the surrounding community, contributing to the alleviation of poverty in the community, thanks to the social capital provided by kiaiKiyai and pesantren administrators. However, the wide distribution of pesantren in Indonesia shows that areas with many pesantren have the highest poverty rates. This research focuses on the role of the social and spiritual capital of the pesantren community, especially on employees of pesantren workers, either teachers or other employees. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and purposive sampling in data collection. The respondents were selected according to the criteria, namely workers or employees in Islamic boarding school. The results of this study indicate that the social capital and spiritual capital of pesantren do not directly affect community empowerment, but employee performance can mediate and influence community empowerment through the performance of employees who work in pesantren. So it is necessary to further study the influence of social and spiritual capital on community empowerment.

Abstract

Work enthusiasm is doing work more actively so that work can be expected to be faster and better. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work discipline, and affective commitment on employee morale at CV. Mulya Pratama Yogyajarta. The population and sample used in this research were all employees at CV. Mulya Pratama Yogyakarta, totaling 60 people, used nonprobability sampling, more precisely saturated sampling. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Affective Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Morale.

Abstract

The Dayak Kenyah tribe keeps a wealth of traditions. One of them is folklore. Folklore is a picture of community life that is told to posterity in order to preserve cultural values that developed in society at that time. Burui is the story of a young man who lives as an orphan. The story is interesting and holds many community values of the Dayak Kenyah Lepoq tribe, Jalan Desa Lung Anai, so it needs to be explored and conveyed the content of community values. The story of Burui has never been studied. How societal values are contained in Burui folklore and whether they still need to be maintained, is a problem in this study. Considering the Dayak Kenyah Lepoq Tribe This road is in East Kalimantan which will become the capital of the archipelago which will have a lot of impact on the order of their community life. The purpose of this study is to describe the social values that exist in Burui folklore and the sustainability of these values in society. This research method is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by interview method and supplemented by literature study. Data analysis uses descriptive methods with interpretive techniques. The results showed that Burui folklore contains six societal values.
