Abstract

Numeracy competency is one of the characteristics of implementing an independent curriculum. Indonesian students need to strengthen their literacy and numeracy. The needs analysis research aims to determine the level of numeracy achievement at the junior high school level and explore data regarding the need to develop learning models to improve numeracy competency at the junior high school level. The research was carried out using quantitative methods. The research sample was 40 representatives of junior high school teachers spread across western, central, and eastern Indonesia. The results of the research show that based on the AKM (Minimum Competency Assessment) results from respondents, junior high school level numeracy competency is categorized as still low and needs to be improved through the implementation of numeracy-based learning. Aspects of school principal support, teacher readiness, and various ICT infrastructures are potential assets in implementing numeracy-based learning strategies. Developing learning models as part of a strategy to improve students' numeracy competency is very much needed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an adaptive learning model according to the character and needs of students by integrating ICT according to availability in each school (according to asset-based thinking). This model can also hone students' social skills in communication, cooperation, and collaboration. For future researchers, the results of this research can be used as study material in research on developing learning models to improve numeracy competencies further.

Abstract

الوسيلة مهم جدا في عملية التعليم لدى استخدام الوسيلة يجعل التعليم جذابا و الفصل حيا و يؤدي إلى سهولة الفهم حتى تحقيق هدف التدريس، أما إحدى الوسيلة في تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية استيعاب المفردات بشكل الوسيلة التعليمية كتاب الوسادة. المنتج المتطور لكتاب الوسادة (soft book) يشمل على بعض الأدوات كمثل قماش و دكرون و الصورة. وأهداف البحث فيها: أ) لمعرفة كيفية تطوير الوسيلة التعليمية كتاب الوسادة (soft book) لترقية استيعاب المفردات في تعليم اللغة العربية . ب) لمعرفة فعّاليّة الوسيلة التعليمية من كتاب الوسادة (soft book) لترقية استيعاب المفردات في تعليم اللغة العربية. أما إستخدام هذا البحث بمنهج البحث التطوير بنموذج ADDIE تتكون من خمس المراحل هي التحليل و التصميم و التطوير و التنفيذ و التقييم. وطريقة جمع البيانات بالملاحظة و المقابلة و الإستبانة و الاختبار. و النتيجة من تحكيم خبير مادة المفردات بنسبة 82% و تحكيم من خبير تصميم الوسائل التعليمية بنسبة 88 % وتحكيم من خبير تعليم اللغة العربية بنسبة 87% . و النتيجة من تجربة المنتج باستخدام t-test بطريقة spss يدل على tabel < t hitung t هي 5195 <2030حتى تطوير الوسيلة التعليمية كتاب الوسادة (soft book) تكون فعالية لتطبيق على تعليم اللغة العربية.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the kinship relationship and the length of time of separation between the Bantaeng dialect and the Turatea dialect. The method used in this study both in data collection, analysis, and objective presentation of data is quantitative. This study focuses on objects without influencing or regulating natural phenomena regarding the basic vocabulary of the Bantaeng and Turatea dialects of the Makassar language. The results showed that (1) Two hundred of Moris Swadesh's vocabulary, 4 of which were excluded because they did not meet the requirements for further study, so that the words compared were 196 words left. From this data, it was found that there were 142 words or 72.44% of words that have identical pairs between Bantaeng dialect and Turatea dialect in phonemic correspondence, 5 words or 2.55%, phonetically similar 9 words or around 4.59%. (2) Makassar language with Bantaeng and Turatea dialects is a single dialect based on a standard error of 0.7 from the actual situation. From a comparison of Moris Swadesh's basic vocabulary, it is known that the Bantaeng dialect and the Turatea dialect are the only dialect at 171 years.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are actions on two or more alternatives so that a person can make a decision if there are alternative choices. The literature on improving purchasing decisions still has inconsistencies such as viral marketing in several articles proven to have a positive and significant influence but other research is not proven to have a positive and significant influence on decisions. purchases. This research aims to further explore what variables have an influence on increasing purchasing decisions and adding purchasing decisions as a mediator. This research aims to determine the influence of viral marketing, digital marketing and consumer loyalty mediated by partial and simultaneous purchasing decisions. This research involved 102 respondents using scientific products with a sampling technique using non-probability purposive sampling, while data processing used SPPS 2.6. The results show that viral marketing, digital marketing and consumer loyalty have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Mediation analysis shows that purchasing decisions are able to mediate viral marketing on consumer loyalty and purchasing decisions are able to mediate digital marketing on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Job satisfaction reflects a person's feelings that appear in the employee's positive attitude towards work and everything that is faced in the company's environment. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work competence, work culture, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of Ros in Hotel Yogyakarta using quantitative methods and collection using questionnaires with a sample of 60 employees. Sampling using sampling saturated sampling techniques, while for data processing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job competence does not have a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, work culture and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research discusses the exploration of Rhoma Irama's song lyrics which contain messages of religious moderation. This is the first and only research on religious moderation messages in Rhoma Irama's song lyrics. The aim of this research is to describe the lyrics of songs by Rhoma Irama as one of the reinforcements for the idea of ​​religious moderation initiated by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion as well as becoming a strategic issue in the era of President Jokowi's leadership. The method used in this research is qualitative description using skillful free-involved listening techniques. From the results of this research, regarding the exploration of song lyrics by Rhoma Irama which contain messages or values ​​strengthening religious moderation, ten song works were found.

Abstract

An active learning model that can be used in the classroom is the Index Card Match learning model. This learning model directs students to work together in completing tasks correctly with their friends. the use of this Index Card Match learning model can help students to make it easier to understand the material so that it can improve student learning outcomes. The main problem formulations in this study are: (1) Is there an effect of the use of the Index Card Match Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Subjects of Spatial Buildings Material at Cakru 01 State Elementary School: (1) Is there an effect of the use of the Index Card Match Learning Model on student cognitive learning outcomes (2) Is there an effect of the use of the Index Card Match Learning Model on student affective learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in the material of building space at Cakru 01 State Elementary School. The general objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of the use of the Index Card Match learning model on student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in the material of building space at SD Negeri Cakru 01. While the specific objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of using the Index Card Match Learning Model on student cognitive learning outcomes. (2) To determine the effect of the use of the Index Card Match Learning Model on the affective learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects in the material of building spaces at Cakru 01 State Elementary School. This research uses quantitative methods. The primary data source of this research is a questionnaire. While the secondary data sources are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are Normality Test and Paired Sample T-Test Test. This study successfully concluded that (1) There is an effect of the use of the Index Card Match Learning Model on student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in the material of building space at Cakru 01 State Elementary School with a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is an Effect of Using the Index Card Match Learning Model on Student Cognitive Learning Outcomes with a sig value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is an effect of the use of the Index Card Match learning model on the affective learning outcomes of students in the mathematics subject of space building material at Cakru 01 State Elementary School with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Industrial technology currently continues to develop and has entered the era of society 5.0, this also has an impact on the education sector. This development requires innovation in the education sector to be able to face the various challenges that arise. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of design thinking in digital-based learning innovation to face the era of society 5.0. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study (library research). In the Design Thinking Method there are five stages, namely, Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. These stages are then implemented in digital-based learning innovations. The results obtained in this research indicate that the design thinking method can be used as an appropriate method for teaching staff in developing digital-based learning innovations that are representative in the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

In the field of law enforcement, cases of violence perpetrated by the police often occur within the context of police investigations. Acts of violence during police inquiries are complex and controversial. Police violence in the investigative process, aimed at obtaining evidence or confessions, cannot be justified under any circumstances. In Islamic law, acts of violence by law enforcement officials during investigations are also prohibited, as regulated in the fiqh jinayah which outlines clear penalties for offenders. The objective of this research is to comprehend the occurrence of violence during police investigations and examine the jurisprudential perspective on such cases. This study falls under legal research, particularly normative juridical research, involving an examination of legal principles. It is a literature review where data is obtained from existing literature. The research employs descriptive analysis and an analytical approach to the phenomenon of violence in police investigations. After analysis, it can be concluded that acts of violence in police investigations violate Regulation of the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) Number 8 of 2009 and Regulation of the Chief of the Indonesian National Police Number 14 of 2011. From the perspective of fiqh in criminal jurisprudence, cases of violence during investigations can be categorized as jarimah Qishash and jarimah ta'zir, where perpetrators of violence should receive similar punishment. The application of ta'zir depends on the discretion of the judge imposing the penalty. Recommendations regarding these cases include the necessity for investigations to adhere more closely to established regulations, such as those set by the Chief of Police or fiqh jinayah, concerning the investigative process. Relevant authorities should also conduct stricter oversight of investigative procedures to prevent further violence during investigations.
