Abstract

The Koperasi Merah Putih is designed as an instrument of people-centered economic development that emphasizes the principles of mutual cooperation, participation, and village self-reliance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2025 on the Koperasi Merah Putih in realizing the welfare of village communities. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data are analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the government policy has a clear direction and is relevant to village needs, although consistency of implementation at the local level varies. Cooperative institutions have been formally established, yet they still face constraints related to managerial capacity and weak accountability. Community participation in cooperatives remains relatively low, influenced by limited financial literacy and a lack of sense of ownership. From an economic empowerment perspective, cooperatives provide access to capital, entrepreneurship training, and market opportunities, although the benefits have not been evenly distributed. Tangible impacts include increased member income, reduced dependence on moneylenders, and strengthened social solidarity, even though these effects are still limited to certain areas. Therefore, this study affirms that the success of Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2025 is strongly determined by the strengthening of cooperative governance, enhancement of human resource capacity, community participation, and sustained regulatory and financial support. The Koperasi Merah Putih has significant potential to become a driving force for village development if managed in a transparent, accountable, participatory, and sustainable manner.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy is a fundamental breakthrough in Indonesia's higher education system that aims to transform the conventional learning paradigm into a more flexible, innovative, and high-quality education. This study aims to analyze the implementation, challenges, and policies of MBKM in higher education institutions through a qualitative approach using a literature review method. The results of the study show that MBKM provides significant benefits in expanding student learning opportunities, improving graduate competencies, and building creativity and independence. However, the implementation of MBKM also faces a number of challenges, such as expanding communication, improving facilities, and adapting policies at the university level. Nevertheless, MBKM is expected to bring positive energy to the world of higher education in Indonesia by giving students a more active role and autonomy in their learning. Further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the effectiveness and efficiency of MBKM implementation in the context of Indonesian higher education.

Abstract

This research focuses on exploring how innovation in business activities and awareness of environmental issues affect the application of green economy principles in MSMEs. This study employs a survey method based on a quantitative approach, with data collected from 100 MSME actors through a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. Findings reveal that environmental awareness has a significant and positive role (p = 0.020) on its own. In addition, business innovation produces a stronger and more dominant effect (p = 0.000). When combined, these two factors significantly shape the adoption of green economy practices. The R² value of 0.859 shows that 85.9% of the changes in green economy implementation are explained by both variables. Promoting sustainability in MSMEs depends on strengthening environmental consciousness alongside continuous innovation in business practices. This study integrates environmental awareness and business innovation into a single model to explain the implementation of the green economy in MSMEs. This study presents a new context in rural MSMEs that has rarely been explored. The findings indicate that business innovation is more dominant than environmental awareness in driving the green economy.

Abstract

This research is conducted to examine the effects of Shopping Lifestyle, Brand Ambassador, and E-Promotion on Purchasing Decisions, with Consumer Religiosity functioning as a moderating variable. A quantitative research design was applied using a survey method, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 150 respondents. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The findings indicate that Shopping Lifestyle exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (coefficient = 0.244; T-statistic = 1.94; P-value = 0.026 < 0.05). In contrast, Brand Ambassador (coefficient = 0.008; T-statistic = 0.08; P-value = 0.468) and E-Promotion (coefficient = 0.140; T-statistic = 1.64; P-value = 0.051) do not demonstrate significant effects. Furthermore, moderation analysis reveals that Consumer Religiosity weakens the relationship between Shopping Lifestyle and Purchasing Decisions (coefficient = -0.245; T-statistic = 2.245; P-value = 0.012), while it does not significantly moderate the effects of Brand Ambassador or E-Promotion. Overall, the study concludes that internal consumer characteristics play a more dominant role than external influences in shaping purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Communicative Method or Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is a language teaching approach that emphasizes language ability as a means of communication. In the context of Arabic language learning for first-semester students (beginners), this method is considered relevant as it addresses low learning motivation, limited vocabulary mastery, and students’ lack of confidence. This article aims to examine the concepts, principles, and implementation of the communicative method in Arabic language learning for first-year students of the Islamic Economic Law Program at UIN Ar-Raniry. The research method employed is a library study by analyzing various literature sources related to CLT and Arabic language teaching. The results of the study indicate that the communicative method is effective in increasing students’ active participation, speaking confidence, and mastery of basic Arabic language skills in a contextual and functional manner.

Abstract

Epistemologi pendidikan Islam merupakan fondasi penting dalam merumuskan arah, tujuan, serta metode pendidikan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Salah satu pemikir Muslim kontemporer yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan epistemologi pendidikan Islam adalah Fazlur Rahman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam epistemologi pendidikan Islam dalam pemikiran Fazlur Rahman, terutama yang berkaitan dengan sumber pengetahuan, metode pemahaman wahyu, serta implikasinya terhadap praktik pendidikan Islam di era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, dengan menelaah karya-karya utama Fazlur Rahman dan literatur pendukung yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Fazlur Rahman memandang Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber utama pengetahuan yang harus dipahami secara kontekstual dan historis melalui peran akal. Ia menolak dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum, serta menekankan integrasi keduanya dalam sistem pendidikan Islam. Metode double movement yang dikemukakannya menjadi kerangka epistemologis penting dalam menjembatani nilai-nilai normatif Al-Qur’an dengan realitas sosial kontemporer. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam menurut Fazlur Rahman diarahkan untuk membentuk manusia yang beriman, berilmu, bermoral, dan mampu berkontribusi secara aktif dalam membangun peradaban yang adil dan humanis.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually superior but also possesses strong character and noble ethics. This article aims to examine the contribution of Islamic education to character development through the internalisation of spiritual, moral and social values derived from the Qur’an and Hadith. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review of various relevant books and academic journals. The findings indicate that Islamic education is capable of shaping students’ personalities through the balanced integration of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This process is achieved through the instilling of the value of tawhid, the cultivation of noble ethics, the exemplary conduct of teachers, and the application of these values in daily life. Furthermore, Islamic education also serves as a moral bulwark in facing the challenges of globalisation and technological developments that may influence the character of the younger generation. Thus, Islamic education makes a significant contribution to fostering a generation of integrity, responsibility, and the ability to navigate the changing times wisely.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the fast advancement of digital technology, which has influenced English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning, with YouTube becoming a popular platform due to its accessibility and audiovisual features. This study aims to investigate students’ perceptions and motivations toward EFL learning through YouTube. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving 150 students from the English Education Department. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed through Google Form and analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The findings reveal that students have positive perceptions of YouTube as a learning medium, with mean scores ranging from 3.85 to 4.21, indicating that YouTube is engaging, accessible, and helpful in understanding learning materials. In addition, YouTube significantly enhances students’ motivation, encouraging them to practice English skills and engage in autonomous learning outside the classroom. These results indicate that YouTube is an effective medium for supporting EFL learning. The study implies that integrating YouTube into teaching practices can create more engaging, flexible, and student-centered learning environments while supporting students’ independent learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality management of Fiqh learning, which is an integral part of the Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics (PAI-BP) subject, through the implementation of the Perfect Prayer with Sanad standard at SMK Favorit Pungging Mojokerto. Quality management in vocational high schools faces significant challenges due to the limited time allocated for religious subjects. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that structured quality management—encompassing planning, intensive theoretical and demonstration-based implementation, and rigorous independent practical evaluation—is capable of significantly increasing students' worship accuracy. This implementation not only guarantees the quality of prayer movements in accordance with the Sunnah but also enhances the confidence of grade XII students as prospective alumni who are competent in leading worship within the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ perceptions of TikTok as a medium for learning English speaking skills. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 students of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten using a five-point Likert scale. The findings reveal that students generally have positive perceptions of TikTok in supporting their speaking development. TikTok is considered helpful in improving speaking comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, pronunciation, imitation, and intonation. Among these aspects, vocabulary acquisition and intonation received the highest mean scores, indicating that TikTok effectively exposes students to authentic language use and natural speech patterns. Additionally, students tend to use imitation as a strategy to enhance their speaking skills through repeated exposure to video content. However, some neutral responses suggest that not all students fully utilize TikTok as a learning tool, as it is often used for entertainment purposes. In conclusion, TikTok has strong potential as an alternative and engaging learning medium for improving English speaking skills. Therefore, educators are encouraged to integrate TikTok into language learning activities to support more interactive and autonomous learning experiences.
