Abstract

 This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of digital marketing through social media training and utilization of local marketplaces. In the digital era, digital marketing skills are very important so that MSMEs can survive and compete. This activity was carried out in Taman village, Taman Sidoarjo District in the form of intensive training that includes theory and direct practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing social media and utilizing the marketplace as a means of sales.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the capacity of MSME actors in Sepanjang Village in utilizing digital marketing through social media and local marketplace training. The activity was carried out in the period from April 20 to June 20, 2025, with a participatory and practice-based approach. A total of 30 participants took part in the training which included creating business accounts, content strategies, managing online stores, and using analytical features. The impact of the training included improving digital skills, expanding market access, increasing sales, and the formation of a digital community network for MSMEs. This activity shows that structured and applicable digital training can be an effective solution in encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs in the Sepanjang area. The sustainability of the program is recommended through further training and intensive mentoring to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Machine Learning (ML) is increasingly being applied in various fields of life, along with the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Because the application of ML science is increasingly popular, people, especially in Indonesia, must start to understand ML in more depth. People who do not study technological advances will be left behind by the times and lose to people who know the latest technology. Therefore, a webinar is needed to provide knowledge to the public about ML science. This webinar held not only provided knowledge, but also experience in processing data with ML technology. This webinar was carried out in 3 stages, namely: the initial stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. In the implementation stage, this ML webinar used the discourse and discussion method during the material presentation session and used the Direct Instruction method during the data processing practice session with Weka software. At the end of the webinar, participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire processing showed that the implementation of this webinar was considered very useful by the participants. This was evident from 71.1% of respondents stated they strongly agree, 24.4% of respondents stated they agree, and 4.4% of respondents stated they quite agree. Overall, other assessment aspects such as the method of delivering the material, the understanding level of the material, interaction with participants, the friendliness of the speaker, the selection of webinar time, and the quality of the webinar audio/video were also considered very good by participants

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to enhance the brand awareness of Minyn Collection MSME products in Sembung Village, Tulungagung, through digital marketing communication training focusing on the use of TikTok. Minyn Collection, a clothing convection business, still faces challenges in reaching a broader market. The training was designed to provide both theoretical understanding and practical skills related to digital marketing strategies, content production, and the use of TikTok features as a promotional tool. The results show that participants gained improved understanding, motivation, and the ability to apply digital marketing directly. This program had a positive impact on increasing the competitiveness and presence of local products in the digital ecosystem. It is recommended that similar training be conducted continuously to optimally support the digital transformation of MSMEs.

Abstract

The current development of digitalization for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) faces increasingly complex challenges in increasing and maintaining competitiveness. Optimization of marketing strategies is very crucial, to ensure that MSMEs can survive, but have an advantage in business competition in the digital era. This study aims to develop innovation in digitalization for the sustainability of MSMEs. The methodology of this study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis through case studies of MSMEs from various industrial sectors. Data was obtained from interviews with MSME survey actors, and analyzing documentation internally. The findings show that MSMEs have succeeded in implementing marketing strategies by innovating from the products they make, managing human resources effectively, utilizing digital technology that continues to develop, and implementing marketing strategies in a targeted manner. This study can be concluded that MSMEs are able to implement digital-based marketing strategies to the development of the business environment and the use of modern technology which are key factors in achieving competitive advantage. MSME recommendations are practically a development in market analysis capabilities, improving digital skills, and implementing structured management practices. The implementation of recommendations for MSMEs is expected to increase competitiveness and contribute more to economic growth locally and nationally.

Abstract

Business sustainability in MSMEs requires efforts to increase competitiveness through ecopreneurship and technopreneurship approaches. The ecopreneurship approach prioritizes environmental management to provide economic and non-economic benefits to MSMEs. The technopreneurship approach prioritizes the use of digital devices to increase business efficiency. Community service in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, provides insights, knowledge, and skills through assistance to MSMEs in the food, beverage, and fashion sectors. The socialization activities offer insight into waste management and the use of environmentally friendly containers. The technopreneurship approach uses the marketplace application to increase turnover and business efficiency. The activities conclude that the community service of the Faculty of Economics and Business provides direct benefits to MSME-level entrepreneurs and achieves the set targets by opening up insights and skills in the food, beverage, and fashion sectors in Sepanjang Village, Taman District.

Abstract

Digital literacy is a real effort activity to communicate, relate, thinking, and other else by utilizing digital media. It’s being admitted that building the digital literacy is not an instant thing. Moreover, for MSME premurs who generally less educated and newbie in using internet technology, of course limiting their space and opportunities to adapt the digitization of business processes during the new normal because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide counseling/training and practice to the activity’s partners regarding aspects of data security and control in order to build adequate digital literacy for MSME, especially the culinary industry. The activity‘s partner is the owner of Restaurant "Seafood67 & Soto Lamongan". The results of the survey and discussions with partners provide the identified problems that the owner of the restaurant has experienced hacking of the merchant application account in marketing their products; and often experience difficulties in recording financial transactions.

Abstract

Kunci keberhasilan penjualan produk terletak pada pengembangan bentuk kemasan dan visualisasi desain yang mampu meningkatkan daya tarik pembeli. Permasalahan terkait kemasan juga dialami oleh pelaku usaha di kelurahan gedangan kabupaten sidoarjo. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha, khususnya di bidang makanan, masih menggunakan kemasan sederhana, bahkan tanpa mencantumkan merek. Kemasan hanya berfungsi sebagai pelindung produk agar mudah dibawa dan lebih tahan lama. Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam teknik pembuatan kemasan produk. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyuluhan, pelatihan teknik pembuatan kemasan, serta pendampingan selama proses pembuatannya. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditujukan untuk pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Antusiasme tinggi dari pelaku usaha menjadi faktor pendukung keberhasilan program. Penguasaan strategi pengemasan produk diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka
