Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of location and product quality on consumer purchase decisions at the Exsha Frozen Food Cinere Store. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, as well as t-test and f-test. The results of the t-test showed that the location variable (X1) had a t-calculated value of 11.415 > t-table 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that location has a significant effect on the purchase decision. The product quality variable (X2) also showed a tally of 17.889 > t-table of 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the f-test showed that the location and quality of the product simultaneously had a significant effect on the purchase decision, with an f-count of 160.790 > f-table of 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The value of the determination coefficient (R square) of 0.555 indicates that 55.5% of purchase decisions are influenced by the location and quality of the product, while the remaining 44.5% are influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

The research in this thesis aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Xinghao Technology, South Tangerang. The method used in this study is a saturated sample with a population of 110 people, where all members of the population are used as respondents. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution. The data obtained are analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results show that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 49.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table (5.958 > 1.982). Job stress does not significantly influence employee performance, with a determination coefficient value of 18.8% and a hypothesis test of t count < t table (-1.989 < 1.982). Simultaneously, these two variables influence Employee Performance (F count > F table) with a regression equation of Y = 18.972 + 0.532X1 + 0.006X1 and a determination coefficient value of 49.7% indicating that 50.3% is influenced by other factors. This means that if there is an increase in the variables of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress, it will affect employee performance. The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance is the job satisfaction variable of 49.7%. The hypothesis test is obtained from the value of F count > F table (17.598 > 3.08). So it can be concluded that Job Satisfaction (X1) and Job Stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study is intended to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Mandiri and Bank BRI during the 2019-2023 periode using the RGEC approach, analysis is conducted through four aspects, Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, and Capital. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing secondary data obtained from the banks’annual reports. The Results show that overall both banks fall into the healthy category. Bank Mandiri experienced fluctuations in NPL and LDR ratios, while BRI recorder an increase in NPL at the end of the period. In terms of GCG, Bank Mandiri was ranked 1 (very healthy), whereas BRI was ranked 2 (healthy). The earnings performance measured by ROA, NIM, and BOPO, of both banks remained positive despite the impact of the pandemic, and their capital ratios consistently exceeded the industry standards.

Abstract

The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression, along with the classical assumption tests consisting of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of SPSS version 24. The results show that partially Current Ratio  no significant effect on Return On Asset with thitung -1.556 < ttabel 2.365 and significance 0.171 > 0.05. Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on Return On Asset with thitung 26.130 > ttable 2.365 and significance 0.000 (<0.05), while TATO also has a positive and signifikan effect on Return On Assets with thitung 8.762 > ttable 2.365 and significance 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover significantly affect Return On Asset with Fhitung 282.170 > Ftabel 4.76 and significance 0.000 < 0.05. The value of R² 0.993 indicates that 99.3% of  Return On Asset, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the process of consumer trust construction among Indonesian Generation Z toward influencer marketing practices increasingly mediated by artificial intelligence (AI). Amid the proliferation of AI-algorithm-supported digital content, fundamental questions about how trust is built, maintained, and even dismantled in technology-based influencer ecosystems have become increasingly critical. This study employs an interpretive phenomenological approach with data collection through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 18 Generation Z informants (aged 18–27 years) who actively consume social media content in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted through Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) procedures, yielding three main themes: (1) the dualism of trust between authenticity and suspicion of AI-based content; (2) the construction of influencer digital identity as a trust proxy; and (3) community mediation as a social validation mechanism. Findings reveal that Generation Z possesses digital literacy enabling them to detect AI-based manipulation, yet paradoxically maintain loyalty to influencers perceived as authentic even when using AI tools. This research contributes to the development of digital trust theory and provides practical implications for marketers in designing ethical and transparent influencer marketing strategies in the AI era.

Abstract

This study examines the meaning of digital financial literacy for school financial managers in Indonesia amid the ongoing massive digital transformation of the education sector. Despite government efforts to promote digital transformation in education through various regulations and programs, an in-depth understanding of how school financial managers—treasurers and administrative heads—interpret, internalize, and practice digital financial literacy in their daily work routines remains scarce. This study employed an ethnographic approach over nine months across six public junior and senior high schools in DKI Jakarta and West Java provinces, collecting data through participant observation, in-depth interviews with 18 informants, and analysis of school financial documents. Findings reveal that the meaning of digital financial literacy for school financial managers is polysemic: it is simultaneously perceived as a tool of administrative compliance, a source of technological anxiety, a medium of professional empowerment, and an arena for occupational identity negotiation. This research contributes to the development of a contextually grounded financial literacy framework responsive to the realities of Indonesian public educational institutions, while offering empirically-based policy recommendations for capacity-building programs targeting school financial managers.

Abstract

This research aims to build a substantive theory of how Generation Z understands, constructs, and negotiates the concept of sustainable careers in the context of modern organizations in urban areas of Indonesia. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, entered the job market with a value orientation, career expectations, and relationship to work that was fundamentally different from their predecessors, but theoretical understanding of how they interpret the concept of a long-term career is still very limited and largely framed through the lens of previous generations. This study uses a constructivist Grounded Theory design following the framework of Charmaz (2014) which allows the development of theories that are directly rooted in the participants' experience data without being burdened by pre-existing theoretical propositions. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with twenty-two young Generation Z workers aged 22 to 27 years old who worked in various formal organizations in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Denpasar, selected through theoretical sampling which was carried out iteratively until it reached theoretical saturation. Data analysis through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding resulted in a substantive theory called "Careers as a Portfolio of Meaning", which describes how Generation Z constructs careers not as vertical ladders to be climbed in one organization, but as a portfolio of experiences, competencies, and impacts that continue to be actively and dynamically curated. This theory has a core category of "negotiation of the meaning of continuous work" mediated by three main contextual conditions, namely organizational flexibility, value resonance, and visibility of personal impact. The findings of this study contribute substantially to the development of career management models that are responsive to the unique characteristics of Generation Z as well as strategic implications for organizations looking to retain their best young talent in the long term.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the dynamics of the professional identity of manufacturing sector employees in the face of an increasingly intensive wave of automation. Automation based on robotic technology and artificial intelligence has fundamentally changed the structure of work on the production floor, raising fundamental questions about how workers build, maintain, and change their professional identities in the midst of changes they cannot fully control. This study uses a Narrative Analysis approach that allows researchers to explore the construction of identity through the stories told by the participants themselves about their work life journeys. Data collection was conducted through in-depth narrative interviews with twelve employees working in the automotive and electronics manufacturing sector in the Central Java region who have experienced an automation transition in their workplaces for at least the past two years. Narrative analysis results in three main identity configurations, namely: identities that have collapsed and have not been reconstructed, identities that are in active negotiation, and identities that have been positively transformed. The findings of this study make an important contribution to the understanding of the psycho-social dimensions of technological disruption on the industrial workforce, as well as provide concrete implications for the design of worker empowerment and mentoring programs in the era of automation. Theoretically, this study enriches the conceptual framework of professional identity by including techno-social variables as determinants of identity dynamics that previously received less attention in the literature of vocational psychology and contemporary human resource management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of food quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Angkringan 88, Depok City. The method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 95 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The population in this study were consumers at Angkringan 88, Depok City, and the number of saturated samples was 95 respondents. Data collection methods used questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that food quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 49.4%, and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (9.522 > 1.986). Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 56.4%, and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (10.974 > 1.986). Food quality and service quality simultaneously significantly influence customer satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 17.836 + 0.372X1 + 0.478X2, with a coefficient of determination of 63.0%, while the remaining 37.0% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained F count > F table or (12.761 > 9.10).

Abstract

This study aims to explore and comprehensively understand the influence of service quality and promotion on member satisfaction at Koperasi Makmur Al Kausar Pamulang through the direct experiential perspectives of active members. Cooperatives as community-based financial institutions play a strategic role in strengthening financial inclusion for lower-middle-income communities, yet the challenge of maintaining member satisfaction amid increasing competition from formal financial institutions has become increasingly pressing. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological design, involving 15 informants who are active members of Koperasi Makmur Al Kausar Pamulang with a minimum membership duration of one year. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, subsequently analyzed using inductive thematic analysis. The findings identify four main themes describing the dynamics of member satisfaction: (1) perceptions of staff responsiveness and empathy as the most influential service quality dimension; (2) accuracy of promotional information as a trust determinant; (3) gaps between service expectations and reality as sources of dissatisfaction; and (4) trust-based social relations as the cooperative's competitive advantage over formal financial institutions. This study contributes to a more contextualist understanding of cooperative member satisfaction in suburban urban environments such as Pamulang, while providing evidence-based recommendations for cooperative management to enhance service quality and promotional strategy effectiveness.
