Abstract

Subgrade atau tanah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung struktur perkerasan jalan. Daya dukung subgrade yang rendah dapat menyebabkan penurunan kinerja perkerasan dan memperpendek umur rencana jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh subgrade terhadap umur rencana jalan dengan pendekatan uji Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP). Kajian dilakukan berdasarkan data dari dokumen Rencana Mutu Kontrak (RMK) serta referensi akademik yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas subgrade memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap desain dan ketahanan perkerasan lentur. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi yang baik terhadap tanah dasar sangat diperlukan dalam perencanaan infrastruktur jalan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of German and Indonesian grammatical structures. This research uses the contrastive analysis method to compare the grammatical structures of the two languages. The data collection technique was conducted through literature study and document analysis, in which the researcher collected examples of sentences and grammatical structures from both languages. The results show that the grammatical structures of German and Indonesian have some similarities and differences. The similarity between the two languages is the use of the sentence structure S-P-O (Subject-Predicate-Object) or in German S-V-O (Subject-Verb-Object), while the difference between the two languages is the use of cases and articles on nouns in German and the absence of cases and articles on nouns in Indonesian. This research is expected to contribute to the development of grammar theory and the learning of German and Indonesian.

Abstract

Indonesian youth realized the importance of one language to unite diverse ethnicities and cultures. In this context, they pledged the Youth Pledge in 1928, which became a commitment to make Bahasa Indonesia a national identity. To explore more deeply, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature studies. The purpose of this research is to reveal the role of the Youth Pledge in the development of the Indonesian language and its impact on national unity. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide a deeper insight into the contribution of the Youth Pledge in strengthening national identity and unity in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and advantages of learning German for Indonesian speakers. Some of the main challenges include differences in grammatical structure, case system (Nominative, Accusative, Dative, and Genitive), complex verb conjugation, and pronunciation that differs from Indonesian. On the other hand, there are several benefits to learning German, such as wide educational opportunities in Germany, better career prospects, and access to rich German culture and literature. With effective learning methods, such as the use of technology, active speaking practice, and understanding language patterns, challenges in learning German can be minimized. The results of the study show significant challenges related to differences in phonological systems, grammar, and vocabulary.

Abstract

Language is a tool to support effective communication in conveying messages. Indonesian as a national language has experienced significant development in terms of vocabulary influenced by various foreign languages, one of which is Dutch. The main factor of the influence of Dutch in the development of Indonesian is the past history in which Indonesia was once colonized by the Dutch, the colonization caused language contact between two speakers of different languages in daily activities. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a literature review and the analysis technique applied is descriptive analysis. The interaction between the Dutch and Indonesian people during the colonial period occurred in various activities such as diplomacy, buying and selling, and spreading religion. In political history, it is recorded that Dutch has the same position as Malay, until Dutch was once used as the language of instruction in several schools in Indonesia at that time. In terms of linguistics, Dutch influences Indonesian in terms of lexical, grammatical, and changes in vowels and consonants. The influence of Dutch reflects the relationship between social status, scope of use and changes in language perception.

Abstract

The Malay language has been used as a lingua franca since the 7th century during the Sriwijaya and Malacca Continentals. The Malay language spread rapidly because it was influenced by the trade and education sectors at that time. The method used in this research is the literature review method with literature study, namely reading written sources through journals, articles, and research reports as well as in-depth analysis of the influence of the Malay language in the formation of the Indonesian language which aims to examine the formation of the Indonesian language influenced by the Malay language. As for the results of the research that the Malay language became the basis for the formation of the Indonesian language, through the youth oath in 1928, the official Malay language as the basis for the birth of the language of unity, namely the Indonesian language which is used in organization, education, and the purpose of fighting the invaders. To maintain the existence of the Indonesian language, congresses were held so that the Indonesian language would continue to maintain its development.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Pancasila values as a solution to social challenges in the digital era 4.0. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach, the research analyzes how Pancasila principles can be integrated into digital ethics to mitigate the negative impacts of digitalization. The digital era has significantly transformed communication and social interaction, yet it has also introduced challenges such as the spread of hoaxes, hate speech, and political polarization. The findings indicate that Pancasila values—such as unity, justice, and humanity—can serve as a strong foundation for digital ethics. Applying Pancasila in the digital context includes upholding ethical standards on social media, developing Pancasila-based digital policies, and preventing the misuse of technology. The study highlights the importance of collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and society in fostering an ethical digital culture. Recommended strategies include enhancing Pancasila-based digital literacy, establishing regulations that support digital ethics, and creating inclusive online spaces. In conclusion, Pancasila remains not only relevant as a state ideology but also as a practical solution to social challenges in the digital era, reinforcing social cohesion and national identity amid rapid technological advancements.

Abstract

Pro bono legal assistance has become an interesting focus amidst the challenges of a legal system that is often considered far from the reach of the general public. This article examines the strategic role of free legal assistance by advocates in building a bridge of public trust in a legal system that is often seen as elitist and expensive. With an empirical approach, this study explores how pro bono services not only provide access to justice for vulnerable groups, but also create a domino effect: improving the image of the law in the eyes of the public. Data collected through interviews with legal practitioners and analysis of real cases, show that this assistance is able to erode negative stigma and prove that the law can side with the weak. This article offers a fresh perspective that pro bono is not just charity, but a social investment for a more humane and trustworthy legal system.

Abstract

This article examines in depth the strategic role of the Legal Aid Clinic (KBH) in realizing access to justice for the poor and vulnerable groups who often experience obstacles in obtaining proper legal services. In this context, KBH not only functions as an institution providing legal aid, but also as a practical learning medium for law students through a clinical legal education approach. The research was conducted using a normative and empirical legal approach, where regulatory aspects and field practices are the main focus of the discussion. KBH is a very relevant means of community service because it provides real contributions to the community while strengthening students' competence in dealing with real legal cases. Through mentoring and supervision from lecturers, students are trained to conduct legal interviews, case analysis, preparation of legal documents, and provide direct legal consultation and counseling. In addition, this article highlights the importance of institutional support, supportive regulations, and synergy between universities, legal aid organizations, and the government so that the existence of KBH does not only function as a formality, but is able to provide a substantive impact on law enforcement that is fair. Therefore, KBH becomes a meeting point between the academic world and legal practice that bridges legal idealism and social reality in the community.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital terus mengalami evolusi, dengan influencer marketing muncul sebagai salah satu metode utama untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan keterlibatan konsumen. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian terkait influencer marketing yang dipublikasi dalam jurnal manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran di Indonesia antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024, menggunakan pendekatan analisis konten. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada 43 artikel terakreditasi SINTA, serta mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek seperti jumlah publikasi, desain penelitian, subjek, metode analisis, dan instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi mengenai influencer marketing hingga tahun 2023. Namun, terdapat penurunan pada tahun 2024 yang mungkin mencerminkan pergeseran tren penelitian. Riset menunjukkan bahwa desain kuantitatif menjadi pendekatan dominan dalam menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing terhadap minat beli dan perilaku konsumen. Selain itu, kuesioner diidentifikasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data yang paling umum, sementara metode regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam mengenai pendekatan akademik terhadap influencer marketing di Indonesia, dan dapat menjadi acuan bagi akademisi serta praktisi dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih relevan dan efektif.
