<![CDATA[This study examines the impact of the Duolingo app on enhancing the listening skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Langgenharjo 01 Juwana. Using a quasi-experimental design, this research involved 23 students categorized into a treatment group and a comparison group. The experimental group used Duolingo for listening exerciseswhereas the control group utilized traditional listening approaches. Data was gathered through initial and final assessments, followed by statistical analysis using the t-test and N-gain test. Findings demonstrated a notable enhancement in the listening abilities of the experimental group relative to the control group. The mean pre-test score for the experimental group stood at 61.25, which rose to 80.83 in the post-test. In contrast, the control group's average score increased slightly from 56.45 to 58.81. The t-test results indicated a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05), confirming that Duolingo effectively enhances students' listening skills. These findings support the use of technology-based learning tools in language education, particularly for listening comprehension. Duolingo's interactive and gamified approach increases student engagement and motivation, making it a valuable supplement to traditional learning methods. This study suggests that integrating Duolingo into the curriculum can enhance students' listening skills and overall language proficiency.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee performance is one of the determining factors for the success of an agency or organization in achieving its goals. One company that has performance problems is CV Cafitex in Sukoharjo. CV Cafitex is a Goyor woven sarong industrial company located in Sukoharjo. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on employee performance at CV Cafitex in Sukoharjo, the significance of the influence of the work environment on employee performance at CV Cafitex in Sukoharjo. Analyzing the significance of the influence of work loyalty on employee performance at CV Cafitex in Sukoharjo This research uses CV Cafitex employees in Sukoharjo as objects. The research method used is a quantitative method, using SPSS 25.0, to analyze the data. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of CV Cafitex in Sukoharjo. The sample used in this research was 47 CV Cafitex employees in Sukoharjo. The sampling technique uses proportional cluster random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study are Y = 4.633+ 0.738 X1 + 0.037 X2 + 0.039 X3 . The t test results show that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that changes in leadership style significantly influence the performance of CV Cafitex employees in Sukoharjo. The work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of CV Cafitex employees in Sukoharjo so that the higher the work environment obtained by employees, the employee performance will not increase. Work loyalty does not have a significant effect on the performance of CV Cafitex employees in Sukoharjo so that the higher the work loyalty of employees, the employee performance will not increase.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee (BBNKB) service in the Riau Province One-Stop Integrated Administration System at the Simpang Tiga Revenue Management Unit in Pekanbaru City along with its inhibiting factors. This research method was qualitative, by conducting interviews with selected informants and the results were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study showed that: 1) The Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee (BBNKB) service at the Simpang Tiga Revenue Management Unit in Pekanbaru City is still not fully optimal. This is due to several things, although the costs applied have referred to applicable regulations, the service process is still not optimal, especially in terms of completion time due to the limited number of officers who carry out physical vehicle checks. Lack of innovation in service, minimal socialization, and public perception that the BBNKB procedure is complicated and not urgent, especially for the management of BBNKB II for used vehicles, this further worsens the level of public compliance. Efforts made to improve services are still more oriented towards paying 1-year and 5-year taxes, while there has been no change in the BBNKB service. Many people still think that the requirements and procedures for managing motor vehicle transfer fees (BBNKB) are complicated and require large costs. 2) Inhibiting factors consist of low public awareness of paying BBNKB and the issue of eliminating BBNKB. <![CDATA[Aceh Besar Regency has abundant water resources, but they have not been utilized optimally, especially surface water, one of which is the Krueng Aceh River that crosses Aceh Besar Regency. This is what makes Aceh Besar Regency have the potential for water resources that can be utilized for the daily needs of its people, both for drinking water and other needs, but these efforts have not been achieved optimally and need to be improved in the future through Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) activities. One of the villages not far from the Krueng Aceh River in Aceh Besar Regency is Ateuk Anggok Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency, but currently does not have clean water facilities and infrastructure, especially clean water pipe networks, so that the community only uses underground water sources, namely shallow wells. The title of this research is Modeling of Water Distribution Pipe Network System Based on the WaterGEMS Program. The total length of the planned distribution pipe is 3629.41 m which can distribute clean water to 28 points in the Ateuk Anggok Village area with a total clean water requirement of 0.78 L/second or 0.03 L/second per point. The results of the pipe network modeling with the type and size of the planned pipe diameter obtained a Nominal Pressure (PN) value of 0.98 bars and it is planned to use the HDPE PN10 SDR 17 pipe type. The maximum flow rate that can be passed is 0.84 L/sec while the maximum requirement is 0.78 L/sec, meaning that the planned pipe dimensions are sufficient to meet the maximum water needs. The maximum flow velocity in the pipe network is 0.17 m/sec where the HDPE PN10 type pipe has a maximum permitted speed of 3 m/sec.]]>

<![CDATA[Understanding number patterns is an essential aspect of elementary mathematics education. However, many fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate struggle with this concept. This study aims to analyze the types of difficulties students face and explore effective learning solutions. A qualitative descriptive research method was used, with data collection techniques including observation, diagnostic tests, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that students' difficulties involve understanding number pattern concepts, applying patterns to contextual problems, and the lack of interactive teaching methods. To overcome these issues, the "Guess the Pattern with Number Cards" game method was implemented. Evaluation results showed significant improvements in students' understanding of number patterns and increased their motivation to learn. This study highlights the importance of innovative and interactive teaching approaches in helping elementary school students grasp mathematical concepts effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[Bahasa daerah memiliki peran penting dalam identitas budaya, tetapi dominasi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa asing mengancam keberlangsungannya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tantangan dan solusi dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara bahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia di era modern. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan observasi di sekolah serta keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dominasi bahasa Indonesia dalam pendidikan dan pekerjaan, kurangnya literasi dalam bahasa daerah, serta pengaruh media sosial menjadi faktor utama yang menyebabkan penurunan penggunaan bahasa daerah. Namun, dengan integrasi bahasa daerah dalam kurikulum, pembuatan konten digital berbasis bahasa daerah, serta penguatan peran keluarga dalam komunikasi sehari-hari, pelestarian bahasa daerah dapat dilakukan secara efektif. Data penelitian dipaparkan dalam bentuk tabel untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai tren penggunaan bahasa daerah di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan strategi yang tepat, keseimbangan antara bahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia dapat dijaga sehingga keduanya tetap berkembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan matematika untuk siswa kelas 4-6 Sekolah Dasar sering kali menjadi tantangan karena kompleksitas materi dan keterbatasan sumber daya pembelajaran yang interaktif. Dalam era digital, teknologi dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah website edukasi matematika berbasis teknologi digital, yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, sehingga membantu siswa memahami konsep matematika secara lebih interaktif. Salah satu fitur utama yang dikembangkan adalah Quiz Matematika, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa melalui evaluasi interaktif. Fitur ini menyediakan soal-soal yang dapat diacak dan memungkinkan siswa untuk menguji pemahaman mereka secara mandiri. Pengujian unit menggunakan Vitest dilakukan untuk memastikan semua fungsi dalam fitur Quiz beroperasi dengan baik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa website ini berhasil menyediakan fitur interaktif seperti akses materi, evaluasi soal, dan manajemen data yang dapat dioperasikan dengan mudah. Kesimpulannya, platform ini efektif mendukung pembelajaran matematika siswa dengan antarmuka yang user-friendly dan potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut melalui fitur multimedia.]]>

<![CDATA[Literasi sains merupakan kemampuan individu dalam memahami konsep sains, menerapkan pengetahuan ilmiah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta berpikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah berbasis sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemampuan literasi sains pada anak sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes literasi sains dan angket yang diberikan kepada siswa SD di beberapa sekolah yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi sains siswa bervariasi, dengan sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan literasi sains meliputi kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, ketersediaan sumber belajar, serta dukungan orang tua di rumah. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan pendidikan sains sejak dini melalui metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kontekstual.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of digital technology has created a significant impact on the use of Indonesian, especially among students. Easy access to social media, chat applications, and digital learning platforms have changed the way students communicate and interact. On the one hand, the digital era offers advantages in the form of increased access to learning and creativity in language, but on the other hand, challenges also arise, such as the increasing use of everyday language, abbreviations that are not in accordance with the rules, and excessive acceptance of foreign terms. This study aims to investigate how the evolution of Indonesian in the digital era affects students at SMP Negeri 7 Medan and the role of teachers in guiding them to continue using correct and good Indonesian. By applying a qualitative approach through literature research and interview analysis, this study found that teachers face various difficulties in maintaining the use of Indonesian according to the rules amidst digital developments. With the right strategy, the digital era can be an opportunity to strengthen the use of Indonesian among students.]]>
