Transportasi berkelanjutan telah menjadi isu strategis dalam pengembangan perkotaan di Indonesia akibat meningkatnya kemacetan lalu lintas, polusi udara, dan ketergantungan yang tinggi pada kendaraan pribadi. Meskipun berbagai kebijakan telah diterapkan, seperti pengenalan bus listrik dan perluasan sistem transportasi umum, penerimaan dan partisipasi masyarakat masih relatif rendah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pemasaran sosial dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku menuju adopsi transportasi berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang memengaruhi efektivitas pemasaran sosial dalam kebijakan transportasi berkelanjutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan literatur, survei, dan analisis kebijakan transportasi yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran sosial memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran publik dan mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku melalui kampanye pendidikan berbasis digital dan intervensi perilaku yang dipersonalisasi. Namun, efektivitasnya masih dibatasi oleh faktor praktis seperti kenyamanan, aksesibilitas, infrastruktur pendukung, dan resistensi terhadap kebiasaan perjalanan yang sudah mapan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi transportasi berkelanjutan yang sukses memerlukan sinergi yang kuat antara kebijakan publik, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan strategi pemasaran sosial yang didukung data dan partisipatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif dan kebijakan transportasi berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran Hotways Chicken, emerging F&B brand yang menargetkan Gen Z Indonesia, menggunakan pendekatan SWOT-IFAS-EFAS sebagai framework strategis utama. Berbeda dengan literature review tradisional, penelitian ini menempatkan SWOT-IFAS-EFAS quantitative matrix sebagai metodologi analisis primer, dengan literature peer-reviewed sebagai evidence base untuk memvalidasi dan memperkuat setiap faktor strategis yang teridentifikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Hotways memiliki skor IFAS 3.42 (above average 3.0) dan EFAS 3.30, menempatkan brand pada Quadrant I positioning yang mengindikasikan Growth-Expansion Strategy. Kombinasi lima faktor kekuatan (Nashville differentiation, digital-first positioning, professional management, One Stop Kitchen operational excellence, Instagram-worthy design) dan lima kelemahan (limited brand awareness, financial constraints, trend dependency, operational scale, menu differentiation) menciptakan profil internal yang solid. Secara eksternal, lima peluang signifikan (e-commerce growth window 34.84% CAGR, personalization technology, tier-2/3 market potential, franchise efficiency, authentic cuisine trend) melampaui lima ancaman teridentifikasi (intense competition, rising input costs, algorithm volatility, health preference shift, regulatory uncertainty). Penelitian merekomendasikan SO Strategy (Strength-Opportunity): memanfaatkan kekuatan internal untuk menangkap peluang eksternal melalui tiga tiers implementasi strategis dengan timeline Q1-Q3 2025 sebagai critical market window. Implikasi praktis signifikan untuk emerging F&B brands dalam konteks Indonesia dan Southeast Asia yang menghadapi dynamic market conditions dengan resource constraints.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis formulasi strategi bisnis Daisy Group, sebuah perusahaan logistik nasional skala menengah, dalam menghadapi volatilitas industri logistik Indonesia yang ditandai dengan biaya tinggi (14,29% PDB), perang tarif yang tidak teregulasi, dan penegakan kebijakan Zero ODOL (Over Dimension Overload). Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif yang didukung oleh metode Quantified SWOT (IFAS/EFAS), penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan Teori Niche Market dan Strategi Focus Differentiation Porter. Hasil analisis menempatkan perusahaan pada Kuadran I (Growth) dengan skor IFAS 3.30 dan EFAS 2.85. Temuan kunci penelitian ini adalah penerapan "Strategi Ujung Tombak" (Spearhead Strategy) melalui anak usahanya yaitu Perusahaan Bongkar Muat (stevedoring) yang mengadopsi budaya keselamatan Jepang secara ketat. Kemampuan teknis ini digunakan sebagai diferensiator utama dalam menangani kargo berisiko tinggi (produk baja dan alat berat), yang kemudian membuka jalan bagi layanan logistik terintegrasi lainnya. Perusahaan juga menunjukkan disiplin strategis dengan membatasi ruang lingkup layanan pada area pelabuhan (port-side) untuk proyek-proyek strategis negara (℅: MRT dan pembangkit listrik) guna memitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa spesialisasi teknis dan kepatuhan standar keselamatan adalah mekanisme pertahanan paling efektif bagi perusahaan menengah di tengah konsolidasi industri.

The implementation green and smart port concepts has rapidly developed worldwide, including in Indonesia, although still faces various challenges. This research analyzed the factors influence port performance, with focus on determining role the use modern stevedoring equipment as mediating variable in relationship between implementation green and smart ports and effectiveness of port performance. Research location at Pertamina Port and Logistics Jakarta, which has implemented green and smart ports. Research conducted quantitatively with saturated sample of 102 respondents who all employees handle green and smart ports, using 5 point Likert Scale. Data analyzed using SEM-PLS software and results showed that use of modern stevedoring equipment and implementation of green and smart ports had significant effect with p-value 0.000, 0.006, and 0.008, and increased effectiveness port performance by 97%. This emphasizes the importance of using modern stevedoring equipment and optimal implementation of green and smart ports for enhance effectiveness of port performance.

This study aims to investigate the effect of FIDS (X1), boarding lounge facilities (X2), and service quality (X3) on the level of passenger satisfaction (Y) at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The research method used is quantitative. Data was collected through a survey method with the distribution of questionnaires, as many as 105 respondents who were airport passengers were the subjects of the study. Data analysis using multiple statistical techniques, reliability tests, validity tests, normality tests, determination tests, t and F tests with SmartPLS software. The results of this data processing showed that X1, X2, X3 were able to predict the variability of construct Y by 74.9%, and the remaining 25.1% was explained by other constructs outside those studied in this study, with overall passengers feeling quite satisfied with the relationship between variables at Soekarno-Hatta airport.

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through the quality of service presented by PT KAI's C-Access Application. In this study, a quantitative approach was used, and data collection was carried out by online survey. The population in this study were KRL Commuterline users who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method, namely random sample selection from the population using the C-Access application. A total of 207 respondents filled out the questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using Path Analysis to evaluate and develop the effectiveness of the application. The results showed that there is a significant influence between the quality of service provided through the C-Access application on the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of the analysis show that the higher the quality of service perceived by customers, the higher the level of satisfaction they feel with the service.

This study aims to examine the relationship between loading and discharging equipment facilities, labor competence, and work productivity at PT Temas Depot Tembang. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach through observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving 32 workers. The findings indicated a significant correlation between the facilities used for loading and discharging equipment, labor competence, and work productivity. It is expected that improving facilities and worker competence will help overcome operational constraints and increase work productivity. Data analysis using the saturated sample technique was conducted using SPSS to identify correlations between variables that support the hypothesis that improvements in both aspects will contribute positively to work productivity.

The Argo Parahyangan train is one of the services provided by PT.KAI (Persero) with Jakarta-Bandung relation is much in demand by the public. The newly commencement Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train, with a short time of 36-44 minutes, a maximum capacity of 601 passengers, and a ticket price similar to the Argo Parahyangan train make new competition with the Argo Parahyangan train. This study aims to determine the characteristics and factors influencing modal shifts and calculate the probability of switching Argo Parahyangan train passengers to the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection method used in this research is conducting an online interview survey using revealed preference and stated preference techniques. The total sample in this study was 165 respondents on the results of the slSlovinormula calculation of total Argo Parahyangan Train Passengers in one week mode shift analysis using the binomial logit analysis.

This study was conducted to determine whether customer satisfaction is influenced by the usefulness and ease of use of the technology system on the self check-in machine so that it can be optimized and reduce check-in queues at the Soekarno-Hatta airport check-in counter. This research was conducted at Soekarno-Hatta airport. The method used in this research is quantitative with structural equation model analysis, the data collected using questionnaire techniques distributed to passengers at Soekarno-Hatta airport who use self check-in machines with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the calculation show that there is an effect of the easy of use of the self-check-in machine on passenger satisfaction and the usefulness of the self-check-in machine has proven significant with a P value below 0.000, indicating this study confirms that the easy of use of the self-check-in machine affects passenger satisfaction and the usefulness of the self-check-in machine affects passengers satisfaction. With this research, it is hoped that it can help Soekarno-Hatta Airport to develop a self check-in machine system that is safe and easy to use.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at PT Crieta Jakarta from January– December 2022. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis. Sample selection used the Solvin formula with a sample size of 33 respondents. The analytical method applied in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method, which is fist tested throught classical tests and causal tests using E-Views software. The data used in this research are primary data from the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was tested using the t test. The research results show that service quality and price each have a positive effect on PT. Crieta Jakarta customer satisfaction, but service quality has a significant effect while price No. significant effec. As well as service quality and price have a simultaneous influence of 68.51% on Customer Satisfaction PT Crieta Jakarta for the period January-December 2022.
