Abstract

Qualitative research concept articles: phenomenology, grounded theory, ethnography, case studies, and narratives are scientific literature articles within the scope of research methodology. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of research methodology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sinta. The results of this article are: 1) Phenomenology plays a related role to the concept of qualitative research; 2) Grounded theory is related to the concept of qualitative research; 3) Ethnography is related to the concept of qualitative research; 4) Case studies relate to the concept of qualitative research; and 5) Narrative relates to the concept of qualitative research.

Abstract

  Enhancing Operational Performance through Green Manufacturing Practices: Case Studies from TQM Implementation in the Indonesian Industrial Sector. This study explores the impact of environmentally friendly manufacturing practices on the performance of the Indonesian industrial sector, with a specific focus on Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation. The research aims to evaluate the application of green manufacturing, examine its effects on operational parameters, identify key success factors, and provide strategic recommendations. A mixed-methods approach, comprising surveys, interviews, and case studies, was employed to gather quantitative and qualitative data from various industries in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate a positive correlation between green manufacturing practices and performance indicators. High-performing companies achieved cost savings, resource optimization, and greater energy efficiency. Success factors included employee involvement, technology adoption, and regulatory compliance. In conclusion, integrating green manufacturing within the TQM framework is crucial for sustainable industrial development. The study emphasizes the need for proactive and collaborative decommissioning strategies and continuous improvement cycles.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of competence, motivation, self-efficacy, and fulfillment on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The research method uses a literature review study. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) competence influences employee performance; 2) motivation influences employee performance; and 3) self-efficacy influences employee performance; 4) compensation affects employee performance; 5) job satisfaction influences employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to promote innovation in the development of technology and management solutions that can improve the overall performance of the cold chain. By identifying research gaps and lingering challenges in managing agricultural cold chains, this research aims to encourage the development of new and sustainable solutions that can improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. This research is quantitative research by making observations to the respondent. The respondents who completed the questionnaire were farmers who use logistics services in Bekasi and its surroundings. Questionnaire questions are distributed directly to respondents. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS 25 by looking for the results of the influence between existing variables, namely independent and dependent variables. Harvest Handling and Electricity variables are not significant in influencing Cold Agriculture, while Cold Storage and Reefer Containers have a significant influence. Therefore, pay more attention to effective cold storage practices and integration of reefer containers in improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural cold chains. This could include improved cold storage infrastructure, the use of more advanced technology in reefer container management, and increased training for practitioners in equipment handling and use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and relationship quality on the satisfaction of outpatients of Hermina Pasteur Bandung Hospital. The results of this study are expected to be input for Hermina Pasteur Hospital in organizing health services, especially in increasing satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. Data collection used is an interview using a questionnaire accompanied by observation techniques and literature, sampling using consecutive sampling. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2023. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The results showed that in general, brand image, relationship quality, and patient satisfaction tend to be quite good. There is an influence of brand image and relationship quality on patient satisfaction both simultaneously and partially at Hermina Pasteur Hospital. Hermina Pasteur Hospital must carry out service recovery for patient complaints or complaints quickly, so as not to cause dissatisfaction from patients, to handle patient complaints quickly the hospital can form a customer care program

Abstract

This study focuses on how implementing a green marketing mix strategy can influence consumer purchasing intentions. The green marketing mix strategy involves using environmentally friendly concepts in every element of the marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, and promotion. Data were analyzed using the Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0) application to identify the implementation of the green marketing mix strategy and analyze the influence of the green marketing mix strategy on consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to KFC Tanjung Duren consumers. Based on the hypothesis testing in this research, the results show that Green Place has a positive relationship but does not have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Green Price has a positive and significant relationship with Purchasing Decisions, Green Product has a negative and significant relationship with Purchasing Decisions, Green Promotion has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall, the Green Marketing Mix analysis shows that environmentally friendly promotions and prices play an important role in consumer purchasing decisions.

The Pembina State Kindergarten Library plays an important role in developing students' love of reading. The activity that will be developed is library science, with library science. Pembina State Kindergarten can stimulate children's interest in reading. Literacy activities developed by the library include borrowing and returning books, telling stories, and reading to children. Pembina State Kindergarten students take turns observing three activities that help Pembina State Kindergarten students develop a love of reading. Children read books, they need to read.
