Abstract

The RANDAI learning model is one of the learning models that can be used in biology learning. This model can be applied by using learning media that supports the implementation of the syntax of the learning model, one of which is in the form of a digital book. This study aims to produce an Integrated RANDAI-Based Digital Book on Local Potential on Biodiversity Materials for Class X SMA/MA. This research is a research and development research using the Plomp development model. The subjects in this study were 3 biology lecturers, 1 biology teacher and 31 students. The data obtained in this study are in the form of validity and practicality data. This study resulted in a very valid and practical RANDAI-Based Digital Book Based on Local Potential on Biodiversity Materials for Class X SMA/MA with a validity value of 92.53% meeting the very valid criteria and the practicality value by the teacher with a value of 91.91% meeting the very criteria. practicality and practicality scores by students with a value of 86.93% meet the practical criteria. Key words: Digital Books, RANDAI Learning Model   Abstrak. Model pembelajaran RANDAI adalah salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi. Model ini dapat diterapkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang mendukung pelaksanaan sintaks dari model pembelajaran tersebut, salah satunya dalam bentuk buku digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Buku Digital Berbasis RANDAI Terintegrasi Potensi Lokal pada Materi Keanekaragaman Hayati untuk Kelas X SMA/MA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang dosen Biologi, 1 orang guru biologi dan 31 orang peserta didik. Data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berupa data validitas dan praktikalitas.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan Buku Digital Berbasis RANDAI Terintegrasi Potensi Lokal pada Materi Keanekaragaman Hayati untuk Kelas X SMA/MA yang sangat valid dan praktis dengan nilai validitas 92,53% memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dan nilai praktikalitas oleh guru dengan nilai 91,91% memenuhi kriteria sangat praktis dan nilai praktikalitas oleh peserta didik dengan nilai 86,93% memenuhi kriteria praktis. Abstract

Technology-based teaching materials were developed to assist student learning activities. The use of teaching materials that can be used in the form of e-modules is one of the teaching materials that can help students to learn. In order for e-modules to be attractive to students, it is necessary to develop more attention to student interests. This study aims to produce comic-based e-modules equipped with factual videos for class VII science lessons on environmental pollution, global warming and the earth's layers. This research is a development research that adapts the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE model development stage consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and Evolution. The stage before testing the e-module is validated first. Validation consists of material validation and media validation. The validation of the very category material and the very good category of media validation, so that the e-module was declared worthy to be tested. The e-module was piloted at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Jambi class VII. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the comic-shaped module equipped with factual videos in the seventh grade science lesson was declared effective. Key words: E-Module, Comic Based, Factual Video   Abstrak Bahan ajar berbasis teknologi dikembangkan untuk memebantu kegiatan belajar siswa. Penggunaan bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan berupa e-modul merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat membantu siswa untuk belajar. Agar e-modul yang menarik bagi siswa maka perlu pengembangan yang lebih memperhatikan minat siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk menghasilkan e-modul berbasis komik dilengkapi video faktual untuk pelajaran IPA kelas VII pada materi pencemaran lingkungan, pemanasan global dan lapisan bumi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengadaptasikan model pengembangan ADDIE. Tahap pengembangan model ADDIE Terdiri dari analysis, design,  development, implementation dan Evolution. Tahap sebelum diujicobakan e-modul divalidasi terlebih dahulu. Validasi terdiri dari validasi materi dan validasi media. Validasi materi kategori sangat dan validasi media kategori sangat baik, sehingga e-modul dinyatakan layak untuk diujicobakan. E-modul diujicobakan di SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Jambi kelas VII.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa modul berbentuk komik dilengkapi video faktual pada pelajaran IPA kelas VII dinyatakan efektif.  Kata kunci:E-modul, Berbasis komik, Video faktual

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the creative thinking skills of students after learning by using the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematical, and Al-Qur'an (STEMA) approach to the Digestive System material. This type of research is pre-experimental with the research population being is Junior High School 8th grader. The sample of this research was selected using purposive sampling technique. The research design used in this study is a one group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used in this research is a description test of 5 questions, each of which has been declared valid and reliable. Based on the data prerequisite test, it is known that the pretest and posttest data are normally distributed and have the same variance (homogeneous). From the results of the analysis, it is known that the average value of the pretest and posttest in the experimental class is different, with the average value of the pretest being 30.47 while the posttest is 50.25. The results of hypothesis testing using paired t-test, namely the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is an effect of the STEMA approach on the creative thinking ability of students on the Digestive System material. Key words: creative thinking ability, STEMA approach, Digestive System material Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematic, and Al-Qur’an (STEMA) pada materi Sistem Pencernan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan populasi penelitian 1 kelas VIII SMP. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah soal tes uraian sebanyak 5 soal yang masing-masing telah telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan uji prasyarat data diketahui bahwa data pretest maupun posttest berdistribusi normal dan memiliki kesamaan varians (homogen). Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest di kelas eksperimen terdapat perbedaan, dengan nilai rata-rata pretest yaitu 30,47 sedangkan posttest 50,25. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan paired t-test yaitu nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh pendekatan STEMA terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi Sistem Pencernaan. Abstract

Scientific literacy is related to the ability of students to understand the process of the occurrence of science. In order to make it easier for students to improve scientific literacy skills, a media in learning is needed. Powtoon is an interesting application that can improve students' scientific literacy skills. The purpose of this research is to produce audio-visual learning media containing scientific literacy using the Powtoon application on biodiversity material for class X high school students. This research is research and development with the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) model. The research subjects were two lecturers from the Biology department, FMIPA UNP, one Biology teacher at the UNP Laboratory Development High School, and 32 students from class X MIA 1 SMA UNP Laboratory Development. The data obtained in this study are in the form of validity and practicality data. This research produces an Audio-visual Learning Media with Science Literacy Using Powtoon Application on Biodiversity Materials that is valid and practical. Key words: Science Literacy, Powtoon, IDI   Abstrak. Literasi sains berkaitan dengan kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami proses terjadinya ilmu pengetahuan. Agar memudahkan peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains diperlukan sebuah media dalam pembalajaran. Powtoon merupakan aplikasi menarik yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media pembelajaran audio-visual bermuatan literasi sains menggunakan aplikasi powtoon  tentang materi keanekaragaman hayati untuk peserta didik kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model Instructional Development Institute (IDI). Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes of Lubuklinggau State High School students using a Virtual Laboratory in class XI MIA in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year on the Excretion System material. Methods: The sample of this study was 133 students, consisting of 68 control class students and 65 experimental class students, selected using simple random sampling technique. The design used is the pre-test and post-test control group design. Quantitative research data in the form of students' cognitive learning outcomes, namely pre-test scores and post-test scores. Results: The results showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes using a virtual laboratory as seen by the Independent t test (sig 0.000 < 0.05) and the sample paired t test to see the effect of using a virtual laboratory in the experimental class (sig 0.000 <0, 05). This means that using a virtual laboratory can have an influence on student learning outcomes in the experimental class. Conclusion: There is an increase in student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri Lubuklinggau by using a Virtual Laboratory. Key words: Learning Outcome, Virtual Laboratory Abstrak  Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri Lubuklinggau menggunakan Laboratorium Virtual pada kelas XI MIA semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020 pada materi Sistem Eksresi. Metode: Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 133 siswa, terdiri dari 68 siswa kelas kontrol  dan 65 siswa kelas eksperimen, dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Desain yang digunakan yaitu desain pre-test and post-test control group design. Data penelitian kuantitatif berupa hasil belajar kognitif siswa yakni nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar menggunakan laboratorium virtual dilihat dengan uji Independent t test (sig 0,000 < 0,05) dan uji sample paired t test untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaaan laboratorium virtual pada kelas eksperimen (sig 0,000<0,05). Artinya dengan menggunakan laboratorium virtual dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri Lubuklinggau dengan menggunakan Laboratorium Virtual. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Laboratorium Virtual.

Abstract

Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) or higher order thinking skills are part of Bloom's revised taxonomy in the form of operational verbs consisting of analysis ( C4 ), evaluation (C5) and create (C6) which can be used in the preparation of questions ( C4) . Ministry of Education and Culture , 2017 :3). HOTS is closely related to critical thinking. The ability to think critically is a very essential ability in all aspects of life, including education . The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of science questions made by junior high school science teachers with the category of HOTS questions in the First school in the Makarti Jaya district. This research was conducted in four schools in the Makarti Jaya sub-district in May - April 2021. This type of research is a qualitative research. Collecting data in this study were interviews, documentation and analysis. The results of the problem analysis in this study were based on Bloom's taxonomy and the results obtained were C1 46.25%, C2 39.08%, C3 12.05%, C4 2.61% and C4, C5 0%. Of the 307 questions analyzed which were categorized as HOTS, there were only 8 questions, with details in the C1 category, 142 questions, in the C2 category with 120 questions, in the C3 category with 37 questions and in the C4 category with 8 questions. Abstrak  Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) atau keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi merupakan bagian dari taksonomi Bloom hasil revisi yang berupa kata kerja operasional yang terdiri dari analisis (C4), evaluasi (C5) dan mencipta (C6) yang dapat digunakan dalam penyusunan soal (Kemendikbud, 2017:3). HOTS sangat erat hubungan dengan berpikir kritis. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan yang sangat esensial dalam semua aspek kehidupan, tak terkecuali di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian soal IPA buatan guru IPA SMP dengan kategori soal HOTS di sekolah Pertama sekecamatan Makarti Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di empat sekolah kecamatan Makarti Jaya pada bulan Mei-April 2021. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan datapada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan analisis. Hasil analisis soal pada penelitian ini berdasarkan taksonomi bloom dan diperoleh hasil C1 46,25 %, C2 39,08 %, C3 12,05 %, C4 2,61% dan C4, C5 0%. Dari 307 soal yang dianalisis yang terkategori HOTS berjumlah 8 soal saja, dengan rincian berkategori C1 142 soal, berkategori C2 120 soal, berkategori C3 37 soal dan berkategori C4 8 soal. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti mengenai soal UAS di empat sekolah negeri di kecamatan Makarti Jaya, dapat  ditarik simpulan bahwa soal buatan guru-guru IPA di kecamatan Makarti Jaya belum sesuai dengan kategori HOTS.

Abstract

Learning based on understanding is the result of the process of constructing knowledge, understanding and experiences of students. Materials Arthropods, especially insects and crustaceans are material close to everyday life. So that to make the learning process more interesting and motivate students and improve learning outcomes, e-LKPD teaching media is needed. The purpose of this study was to generate, determine the feasibility, and effectiveness of e-LKPD on learning outcomes. This research is a development research. This research design follows the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The e-LKPD product before being tested was validated by material experts and media experts to determine the feasibility of the products made. e-LKPD Arthropoda was validated by media expert 1 with a final percentage of 87.75%, media expert 2 by 90,91% and material expert 94.31% very good category. Thus the e-LKPD product is said to be feasible. This product was then tested at SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi involving 2 biology subject teachers, a small group, 6 students, a large group of 20 students. The test results on teachers get a percentage of 89.37%. The results of small group trials get a percentage of 87.92%, large group trials get a percentage of 86.69% including the very good category. The use of Constructivism-based Arthropoda e-LKPD is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Key words: Arthropod,e-LKPD, Construtivism Abstrak  Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Jambi, Jambi- Indonesia   Pembelajaran berdasarkan pada pemahaman ialah hasil dari proses konstruksi pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pengalaman peserta didik. Materi Arthropoda khususnya insecta dan crustacea merupakan materi dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Sehingga untuk membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik minat dan motivasi peserta didik serta meningkatkan hasil belajar maka diperlukan media ajar e-LKPD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan, mengetahui kelayakan, dan efektifitas e-LKPD terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Desain penelitian ini mengikuti model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri 5 tahap yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Produk e-LKPD sebelum diujicobakan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari produk yang dibuat. e-LKPD Arthropoda divalidasi oleh ahli media 1 dengan persentase akhir 87,75%, ahli media 2 sebesar 90,91% dan ahli materi sebesar 94,31% kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian produk e-LKPD dikatakan layak. Produk ini kemudian di ujicobakan di SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi melibatkan 2 orang guru mata pelajaran biologi, kelompok kecil, 6 orang peserta didik, kelompok besar 20 orang peserta didik. Hasil ujicoba pada guru mendapatkan persentase 89,37%. Hasil ujicoba kelompok kecil mendapatkan persentase 87,92%, ujicoba kelompok besar mendapatkan persentase 86,69% termasuk kategori sangat baik. Penggunaan e-LKPD Arthropoda berbasis Konstruktivisme efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Kata kunci: Arthropoda, E-LKPD, Konstruktivisme

Abstract

The ability of teachers to manage the class is one of the factors that determine the success of students in obtaining high learning outcomes. A teacher who is not interactive in using methods and learning models that are in accordance with class conditions will cause students to feel bored following the lesson. In addition to using good methods and learning models, teachers are also required to be able to use technology in the learning process. The use of technology is one of the supporters of the online learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of google classroom learning media on student learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Bantaeng. The research method used pre-experiment with One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population was all students of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Bantaeng in the odd semester 2021-2022 academic year. Sampling technique was simple random sampling with class XI IPA 2 as samples, totaling 23 students. The instrument in this study was ten essay questions that given before and after treatment. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of data analysis obtained the paired sample t-test, namely the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there was an influence of google classroom learning media on student learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Bantaeng. Key words: Learning outcome, Google classroom   Abstrak. Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam memperoleh hasil belajar yang tinggi. Seorang guru yang tidak interaktif dalam menggunakan metode serta model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi kelas akan menyebabkan siswa merasa bosan mengikuti pembelajaran. Selain penggunaan metode serta model pembelajaran yang baik, guru juga dituntut untuk mampu menggunakan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan teknologi merupakan salah satu pendukung terlaksananya proses pembelajaran secara daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran google classroom terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 2 Bantaeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-ekperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 2 Bantaeng pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Teknik pemilihan sampel yaitu simple random sampling dengan sampel terpilih yaitu kelas XI IPA 2 yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Instrument dalam penelitian ini berupa 10 nomor soal essay yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh melalui uji paired sample t-test yaitu nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran google classroom terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 2 Bantaeng. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Google classroom

Abstract

One of the problems found during the learning process is the use of learning methods that do not vary can cause students to feel bored and bored, so that the learning process is less effective and learning objectives are not achieved as expected. Based on this fact, it is also necessary to select appropriate and effective learning models to be able to develop students' creative thinking skills. One of the learning models that can help students obtain information, ideas, skills, ways of thinking, and express their own ideas is by using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This type of research is a qualitative classroom action research (classroom action research). This research was conducted on the fifth semester students of environmental health who took the subject of vector and nuisance control, totaling 36 people. The results showed that students' thinking skills were in the creative category on each indicator of fluency 71.86%, flexibility 68.1%, detailing 76.34% and authenticity 77.78% and student learning outcomes increased on individual and group project assignments to 78.5 % of these learning outcomes have exceeded the target of 75%. Key words: PjBL, Improving Creative Thinking Skills And Learning Outcomes Abstrak Salah satu permasalahan yang ditemukan pada saat proses pembelajaran adalah Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tidak bervariasi  dapat mengakibatkan mahasiswa merasa jenuh dan bosan, sehingga proses pembelajaran kurang efektif dan tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai seperti yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut diperlukan juga pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif untuk dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat membantu mahasiswa memperoleh informasi, ide, keterampilan, cara berpikir, dan mengeekspresikan ide diri sendiri  dengan menggunakan model Projcet Based Learning (PjBL). Jenis Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester V peminatan kesehatan lingkungan yang mengambil matakuliah pengendalian vector dan binatang penganggu yang berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan keterampilan berpikir mahasiswa dalam kategori kreatif pada setiap indikator kelancaran 71,86%, keluwesan 68,1%, merinci 76,34% dan keaslian 77,78% dan hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat pada tugas proyek individu dan  kelompok  menjadi  78,5% hasil belajar ini sudah melebihi target yaitu 75%. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of teacher innovation in strategic approaches to students during the learning process which causes students to be less enthusiastic about participating in learning. The purpose of this study was to improve the Higher Order Thinking Ability (HOTS) of high school students in East OKU District through a scaffolding approach to learning the human digestive system. The research method used is a quasi-experimental research by giving a pre-test to the experimental class. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were collected by direct observation, the test was tested through post-test and pretest, closed questionnaire to the teacher directly, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by using questionnaire analysis, observation analysis, test analysis, and Higher Order Thinking Ability (HOTS) analysis. The results showed that the experimental class had a significant increase in Higher Order Thinking ability (HOTS) and the scaffolding approach in learning biology of the human digestive system material could improve the higher order thinking skills of XI SMA students in East OKU District. Key words: Scaffolding Approach, Biology Learning, and HOTS Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh, kurangnya inovasi guru dalam strategi pendekatan kepada siswa pada saat proses belajar yang menyebabkan siswa kurang antusias mengikuti pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi (HOTS) siswa kelas XI SMA di Kabupaten OKU Timur melalui pendekatan Scaffolding pada pembelajaran sistem pencernaan manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen (quase eksperimental research) dengan memberikan pree-test pada kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi melalui secara langsung, Tes soal diujikan melalui post-test dan pretest, angket tertutup kepada guru secara langsung, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis angket, analisis observasi, analisis tes, dan analisis Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi (HOTS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen terjadi peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi (HOTS) yang signifikan dan pendekatan scaffolding pada pembelajaran biologi materi sistem pencernaan manusia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas XI SMA di Kabupaten OKU Timur.
