The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha, and all composite reliability values for each construct were obtained to have a value greater than 0.7. The survey data was entered in SmartPLS version 3.2.9 for analysis. Direct effect analysis with path coefficients helps test the hypothesis of direct influence between variables at a significance level 0.05. There is a significant direct relationship between Digital business education and Entrepreneurial Intention among students of 0.327 (P-Value 0.002). Indirect effect analysis helps test the hypothesis of indirect influence between variables mediated by a variable. Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors behind the readiness of accounting education students as prospective teacher. This study applies the Theory of Planned Behavior. Research population consists of Undergraduate Students of Accounting Education in State University of Malang on batch 2019-2022, totaling 251 students. From those population, 155 students are chosen to use slovin technique to determine measurement of sample. To make sure the proportional representative of every batch, proportionate stratified random sampling method was applied in taking sampling. The questionnaire is used as data collecting technique which is analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling  Smart PLS 3. It was found in this study that family environtment and self-efficacy in teaching directly influence to the interest. Meanwhile, the perception of teacher profession does not significally affect to the interest. Family environtment and self-afficacy in teaching increase personal the readiness to be a teacher. Eventhough the perception of teacher profession does not influence the teaching readiness, but the readiness of teaching is influenced by interest. Interest is proven to mediate the influence of family environment on teaching readiness. In addition, interest also successfully mediate the influence of teaching self-efficacy on teaching readiness. However, interest does not play a strong enough role as an intervening variable in the relationship between perception of the teaching profession and teaching readiness. The benefit of this study is to provide input to higher education institutions as a basis for conducting more in-depth curriculum evaluations.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between stock returns and the financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before, during, and after the Covid-19 epidemic (2018–2019, 2020–2021, and 2022–2023). Financial performance indicators are the return on invested capital (ROIC), earnings per share (EPS), working capital turnover, total asset turnover, cash ratio, debt-to-equity Ratio, debt-to-asset Ratio, Current Ratio, and cash ratio. The study's primary sources are BUMN's annual financial reports and stock price data. A multiple linear regression model examined the connection between stock returns and financial performance. According to the findings, the variables influencing stock returns varied throughout time. Before the pandemic, cash ratio and earnings per share (EPS) significantly enhanced stock returns, reflecting investor attention to liquidity and profitability during economic stability. During the pandemic, total asset turnover emerged as the key variable impacting stock returns, emphasizing the necessity for efficient asset management amidst economic uncertainty. After the pandemic, earnings per share (EPS) and return on invested capital (ROIC) became the most influential factors, indicating investors' focus on profitability and the ability to generate investment returns. The study concludes that the COVID-19 epidemic has significantly impacted the correlation between stock returns and financial performance. These results provide corporate management and investors with important information for creating flexible financial plans that adjust to shifting market conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of project-based entrepreneurship education, income expectations, and family support on the entrepreneurial interest of class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Bulakamba. The background of this study is the low interest of students in entrepreneurship. The method used is a quantitative survey with a sample of 219 respondents through proportional random sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that project-based entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest; income expectations have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest; family support has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. These findings provide important implications for schools and teachers to continue to develop the quality of project-based entrepreneurship education and improve students' understanding of the potential income from entrepreneurship. Families are also expected to provide support in fostering this interest. Students are expected to be active in participating in entrepreneurial activities, have positive thoughts about business prospects, and be able to convince their families of their choices. This study has limitations, one of which is the use of Google Forms media which requires an internet connection, while some respondents experience access constraints. Researchers help provide connections as a solution. On the other hand, there are other factors outside the research variables that may influence entrepreneurial interest, so further research is expected to add variables to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study examined the impact of ESG disclosure implementation on manufacturing companies and their profitability, with capital structure as a mediating variable. This gap in research is due to several inconsistent findings with previous studies on the relationship between ESG disclosure and company performance, particularly in emerging markets like Indonesia. This study used quantitative analysis and PLS-SEM to examine 42 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2024. The results indicate that environmental, social, and governance disclosures positively affect company profitability, mediating the relationship between capital structure and ESG disclosure. These findings will contribute to understanding how ESG implementation affects company performance in emerging markets and provide practical insights for companies implementing ESG practices. These findings contribute to understanding the dynamics of ESG implementation in emerging markets, highlighting the influence of each ESG component on company performance. This study also emphasizes the importance of strategic alignment between sustainability initiatives and corporate financial management to optimize performance in the face of the ever-changing business landscape in Indonesia.
