Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial motivation on the performance of MSMEs in the tourism sector in Samiran Village, Selo, Boyolali. A quantitative approach was used in this study with the population of all MSMEs in the tourism sector in the location, totaling 45 MSMEs. Census techniques are applied in sampling, making the entire population the subject of the study. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression and t-tests. Before the regression analysis, validity, reliability, and classical assumptions tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) were performed. The results of the partial t-test showed that entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, respectively. The determination coefficient (R2) of 0.878 shows that 87.8% of the variation in MSME performance can be explained by these three independent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how price, service quality, and product quality which are considered independent variables affect purchasing intent. Using the purposive sampling method, 42 respondents were chosen for the research sample. Questionnaires were used to gather data, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods in SPSS version 26.0. Research instrument reliability and validity were confirmed by the results of the reliability and validity test. In addition, the regression model passes the traditional assumption test for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of the hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) and multiple linear regression analysis were as follows: (1) The quality of the service has a positive and substantial effect on the interest to buy. (2) The quality of the product also has a positive and significant effect on the interest to buy. At the same time, there is a statistically significant relationship between interest in purchasing and the three independent variables of price, service quality, and product quality. R2 shows that the model's independent variables can explain a large portion of the variance in purchase intent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial literacy and personal characteristics on innovative ability with entrepreneurial inspiration as a mediating variable in 11th grade students at State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in Mojokerto Regency. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 350 respondents selected proportionally. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that entrepreneurial literacy had a significant positive effect on innovative ability and entrepreneurial inspiration. Personal characteristics were also found to influence innovative ability and had a stronger effect on entrepreneurial inspiration than entrepreneurial literacy. Furthermore, entrepreneurial inspiration has a significant positive effect on innovative ability and is proven to mediate the influence of entrepreneurial literacy and personal characteristics on innovative ability. The mediation that occurs is partial, which means that entrepreneurial literacy and personal characteristics still have a direct effect on innovative ability, but this effect is strengthened through entrepreneurial inspiration. These findings indicate that developing the innovative abilities of vocational high school students requires not only improving their entrepreneurial knowledge, but also shaping their personal character and creating inspiring learning experiences. The practical implications of this study are the need for schools to strengthen practice-based curricula and build a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem; teachers playing an active role as facilitators capable of fostering inspiration; and policy makers supporting entrepreneurial education programs that are integrated with the business and industrial world. Thus, this study contributes to strengthening theoretical and practical understanding of the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy, personal characteristics, entrepreneurial inspiration, and innovative abilities in vocational school students.

Abstract

In this digital era, HR management is key to improving employee productivity and well being. Digital transformation requires organizations to adapt not only in business processes but also in workforce management. This includes the implementation of information technology, process automation, and more flexible work approaches. This study adopted a literature review method to explore how HR management can optimize employee productivity and well-being through digital innovation. The results show that utilizing technology in HR management processes can increase work efficiency. However, this also carries the risk of causing technostress, which can negatively impact employee mental well-being. Therefore, a management strategy that balances digital efficiency and employee emotional well-being is needed. This can be achieved through stress management training, mental health support, and the development of a work culture that supports work-life balance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Entrepreneurship Education (EE) and Entrepreneurial Role Models (ERM) in fostering Entrepreneurial Action (EA) among Indonesian high school students, using Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) as a mediating factor. While national economic growth relies on entrepreneurship, Indonesia's entrepreneurship rate remains low, highlighting a critical gap in high school students' transition from learning to action. Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) on data from 322 public high school (SMA and SMK Negeri) students in Mojokerto, the results show that EE and ERM significantly and positively influence EA both directly and indirectly through EI. Specifically, ERM exhibits a stronger indirect effect on EA (β = 0.268) compared to EE (β = 0.196), confirming that the presence of successful figures is more effective in galvanizing students' intention to act compared to classroom learning. This research validates the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Social Cognitive Career Theory in the context of Indonesian youth, emphasizing that EI serves as a crucial psychological bridge linking external motivators to tangible entrepreneurial behavior. The findings suggest that educational policy should integrate experiential learning with active, diverse role model exposure to cultivate robust entrepreneurial action in future generations

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education and digital literacy on entrepreneurial intention among vocational high school (SMK) students in Malang City, with entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with hypothesis testing methods. The research sample involved 226 twelfth-grade students from several SMKs in Malang City. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between digital literacy and entrepreneurial intention, as well as a full mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. These findings confirm that entrepreneurship education and the improvement of digital literacy play an important role in strengthening the entrepreneurial confidence and entrepreneurial intention of vocational high school students, in order to prepare them to become graduates who are ready to work or create their own jobs
