International Journal of Education Vocational and Social Science(IJEVSS ) is  a peer-reviewed journal which welcomes submissions involving a critical discussion of policy and practice, as well as contributions to conceptual and theoretical developments in the field. It includes articles based on empirical research and analysis (quantitative, qualitative and mixed method) and welcomes papers from a wide range of disciplinary and inter-disciplinary perspectives. The journal embraces the broad range of settings and ways in which vocational and professional learning takes place and, hence, is not restricted by institutional boundaries or structures in relation to systems of education and training. Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the Political Strategy of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerinda) to Fulfill Women's Representation in the Pontianak City Provincial Legislatives Council Ahead of the 2024 Election. in the Pontianak City Regional People's Legislative Council ahead of the 2024 general elections. In this study the approach used was a qualitative approach, qualitative research, namely research used to examine the conditions of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. The results of the research are as follows: Increasing the quota for women's representation in the political sphere is a form of affirmative policy implementation. steps to accelerate the government in realizing gender equality. To achieve this goal, collaboration between the government, political parties, voters and women candidates is required. Stages of preparing a slick participation strategy from political parties, so that the quota for women's representation will increase. Women have the same rights as men to participate in various aspects of life. Related to politics that takes care of the lives of many people, including women themselves. Adequate representation of women in the legislature will be urgently needed. This can be seen in the legislative conditions in the past where women's representation was minimal so that women's interests were neglected. It is hoped that the 30 percent quota for women's representation will provide opportunities for women to be more involved, especially in the political sphere. Abstract

Research on business continuity is an interesting topic to investigate, given the intense competition in the business world. The purpose of this study is to develop Green Process Innovation Performance from Green Strategic Intentions with the help of Intervening Variables, namely Green Intellectual Capital consisting of Green Human Capital, Green Organizational Capital, and Green Relational Capital. The population that became the subject of this study were MSME business actors engaged in Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The sampling method used is the census method, and the number of samples used is 115 respondents, which is part of the total population. The results of the model generated from this study are expected to make a positive contribution to the UMKM players of Batik Tulis Lasem in an effort to maintain the continuity and sustainability of their business, especially in the environmental aspect. The results of this study can also be articulated in the form of suggestions for management and formulation of scientific articles, as well as the development of measurement instruments. The managerial advice generated from this research can be useful for local governments in formulating policies and programs aimed at supporting the continuity of entrepreneurs, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The fashion business in the city of Semarang has very intense competition, so the uniqueness and excellence of the products offered to consumers becomes a challenge. This requires creativity, innovation, and the courage to try new products. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, and E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) on Competitive Advantage. The problem of this research is "Building Competitive Advantage from the Perspective of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, and E-WOM in UMKM fashion in Semarang City" after the COVID-19 pandemic. The population of this study was fashion MSMEs in Semarang City, with the number of samples used being 100 samples from the respondent population. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. This research technique uses two approaches: 1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis, on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2) Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The output of this study can make a positive contribution to UMKM fashion in an effort to be able to realize their business continuity, both in the form of managerial implication suggestions and formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments. Managerial advice is aimed at the local government in formulating program policies to maintain the existence of entrepreneurs after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of student interest in becoming a technopreneur. This study uses three variables namely academic support, computer capability, and government policy as the determining factor. This research is quantitative research with a data collection approach through a questionnaire with a sample size of 120 student respondents at Semarang State Polytechnic. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the resulting regression equation Y = 0.080 + 0.597 X1 + 0.450 X2 + 0.190 X3. With the t-test results show that partially academic support and computer capability affect student technopreneur interest. However, the government policy variable has no partial effect on student technopreneur interest. The results of the F test obtained Sig value = 0.000 which shows simultaneously the variables of academic support, computer capability, and government policy have a significant effect on student technopreneur interest.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To measure the effect of the Basic Program in improving the quality of education at the Elementary School (SD) level in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. (2) Measuring the effect of the school literacy program on improving the quality or quality of education at the elementary school (SD) level in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. And (3) Measuring the effect of the school leadership program on improving the quality or quality of education at the Elementary School (SD) level in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study used a quantitative approach using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS version 20.0, LISREL version 8.80 for data processing. The population in this study were school principals and teachers/educators totaling 133 people and the sample was taken using the total sampling method to take the entire population of 133 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that (1) the Basic Program has proven to be influential in improving the quality of education at the Elementary School (SD) level in Dompu Nusa Tenggara Regency. (2) The school literacy program has an effect on improving the quality of education at the Elementary School (SD) level in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. And (3) the school leadership program has an effect on improving the quality of education at the elementary school level in Dompu District, West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of increasing the availability of employment in Makassar City, especially at the pharmacy company partner blessing light. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature/literature studies. Data analysis was carried out by describing the results of interviews and analyzing the findings. From the results of this study, it was found that the effects of company capital, wage levels, and production value on increasing the availability of employment at partner pharmacies, blessing light.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has negatively impacted many aspects of human life, including tourism. Whereas previously the tourism sector was a major contributor to the economy of world countries and absorbed a large workforce, thereby reducing unemployment. Through the use of metrology to support tourism in the Caping Mendawai Tourism Village during the Covid-19 pandemic, this research aims to analyze the role of metrology in supporting Indonesian tourism from a political perspective. A descriptive approach and a qualitative methodology were used in this study. From a political perspective, the research findings revealed a metrology implementation model to support the growth of the Caping Mendawai tourism village during the Covid-19 Pandemic, specifically the cooperation between state actors within it. Tourism can then be revived through the implementation of this which is also supported by digital innovation. Along with the capacity for innovation and adaptation, people are expected to have more than one source of income besides tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to determine consumer behavior and the impact of increased use of online shops in the Makassar area during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research will discuss behavioral theory, consumer behavior, purchasing decisions, and online business. This research was conducted using a qualitative narrative approach and used the problem study method to share results. The problem study method is an in-depth and detailed investigation of an incident and can be an incident, environment, or exclusive situation that discusses or means something. Researchers conducted research on online shop users until they received saturated data and found answers that depended on the research subject. Data analysis used in this research includes organizing data, reading data (memos), writing data into code, grouping into coding topics, interpreting data, and presenting data (Cresswell, 2018). Based on the research results, there are two discussions, namely Consumer Behavior in Online Shopping and the Impact of Increasing Use of Online Shop Businesses.

Abstract

Parents are the characters of the mother who gave birth to the child and the father, who is basically similar to the child in terms of honesty and behavior. Apart from that, parents play an important role in shaping the personality of young people to be personal, respectful, honest, loving, responsible, affectionate, affectionate and upholding, I will do it. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of the level of entrepreneurship education and technological advances on interest in entrepreneurship in the millennial generation. The data collection technique in this research is in the form of a questionnaire. In this research, the method used was a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 30 students at Makassar State University as the millennial generation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis models, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) with the SPSS 21 application. The results show that: (1) entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the millennial generation; (2) technological advances have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the millennial generation
