Abstract

This article seeks to analyze and describe the application of contingency leadership style in the educational institution of Taman Kalijaga Permai State Elementary School, Cirebon City. This study uses qualitative research through case studies by conducting in-depth interviews on the leadership of the Principal of Taman Kalijaga Permai State Elementary School, Cirebon City, by making the basic concepts of contingency leadership style, namely tasks, relationships, organizational structure. The results of this study were able to provide an increase in positive relationships between leaders and those led, able to increase motivation within employees in the work environment, and able to manage orders with other employees effectively and efficiently. There is comfort, increased work motivation due to self-awareness that grows from interactions made by leaders to colleagues, subordinates in their organization. Flexible, willing to learn and adaptable nature provides changes in environmental dynamics. The conclusion of this research is that leadership by applying the principles of contingency leadership is able to face various situations and challenges in an organization. The leadership performed recognizes the importance of adaptability, situation recognition, staff involvement, and continuous leadership development. The implication is that leaders who support these principles will be more successful in leading their institutions or organizations effectively. However, in its application, it is not absolute that this contingency leadership style can be applied in all situations and circumstances, because abnormal circumstances will require the leader to adjust his attitude in making the right decision. In that situation the leader will use an authoritative or transactional style to solve the problem to match expectations. Styles other than contingency are not dominant only at certain times. This indicates that the dominant contingency leadership style compared to other leadership styles shows the successful management of the institution or organization. This shows adaptability and awareness of the circumstances that occur, is the key to successful leadership that continues to change.Keyword : Leadership Implementation; Contingency Leadership; Islamic Education

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan kemampuan guru dalam penguasaan teori belajar relatif masih rendah. Skor yang diperoleh rerata 6,85 dan impangan baku sebesar 0,8. Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan perubahan kemampuan guru dalam penguasaan teori belajar . Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam penguasaan teori belajar dan pembelajaran yang mendidik. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pre and post test design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas atau sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 <0,05, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan kemampuan guru dalam penguasaan teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan supervisi klinis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the purpose and purpose of the creation of beings (kholiqul basyar) as a religious foundation of Islamic education purposes. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative method that is by way of library studies, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study show that man was created by Allah Swt to the Earth, none other than as a caliph (preserver) and as a servant. Man is given the task by Allah Swt as a Caliph that is to prosper the Earth and its contents, while Man as a servant is that man is given the task to serve Allah Swt by bringing the vision and mission of Allah Swt to get his pleasure and can be applied through the educational process, as should be applied in Islamic education.Keyword: Kholiqul Basyar; Religious Foundation; Islamic Education. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui maksud dan tujuan penciptaan makhluk (kholiqul basyar) sebagai landasan religius tujuan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yakni dengan cara studi kepustakaan, mencari dan mengumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan manusia diciptakan oleh Allah Swt ke bumi, tidak lain adalah sebagai khalifah (pemelihara) dan sebagai hamba. Manusia diberi tugas oleh Allah Swt sebagai khalifah yaitu untuk memakmurkan bumi dan seisinya, sedangkan manusia sebagai hamba adalah bahwa manusia diberikan tugas untuk mengabdi kepada Allah Swt dengan membawa visi dan misi dari Allah Swt untuk mendapatkan keridaan-Nya dan dapat diterapkan melalui proses pendidikan, seperti yang harus diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam.Kata Kunci: Kholiqul Basyar; Landasan Religius; Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Spirituality is a breakthrough to encourage teacher motivation in increasing the capacity and quality of work. The process of working with spirituality will be able to realize the creativity of teachers in their performance towards quality learning. This study aims to determine the influence between spirituality and teacher creativity on the performance of Akidah Akhlak Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Demak Regency. The research approach used is quantitative research, while the research design used is descriptive with expost facto research type. The research data was obtained using the correlational method by distributing questionnaires to respondents of 165 Akhlak teachers in Madrasah Aliyah in Demak Regency. Based on the results of the questionnaire, teacher spirituality together with teacher creativity affected the performance of Akidah Akhlak teachers in Madrasah Aliyah throughout Demak Regency. From the results of multiple linear regression, it is known that Y = 0.590 x X1 + 0.173 x X2 + 12,012. From the regression line equation above, it can be seen that 0.590 > 0.173 which means that the teacher's spirituality factor which is worth 0.590 is greater than the teacher's creativity value, which is 0.173 so that teacher spirituality is more influential than teacher creativity on teacher performance.Keyword: Teacher Spirituality; Teacher Creativity; Teacher Performance.

Abstract

K.H. Hasyim Ash'ari was a great scholar in the 19th century from Java. He was known not only as a cleric figure and founder of the largest organization in Indonesia and even in the world of NU (Nahdlotul Ulama), but more than that he was also known as a National Hero whose first President Ir Soekarno had established him as one of the national heroes that was worth remembering - one of the most famous services in building the independence of the Indonesian people is through his fatwa on the Resolution of Jihad. The important concept of bermadzhab in his view is the result of dialectical life in solving the multidimensional crisis problems experienced by Muslims especially in Indonesia-hejaz. Namely the existence of differentiation between religious groups, including schools in Islamic law. So this thought seeks to offer the concepts of diligence, doctrine and imitate. Thinking about the importance of adamab in his books "ahlis sunnah wal Jama'ah treatise" and "treatise fi taakkudi bi akhdzil madzahibil arba'ah", even though in the grouping of the stages of history is weak, but the thought is a genuine product of renewal of Islamic law from K.H. Hasyim Ash'ari, in a sociological perspective, can be categorized as an effort to purify Islamic teachings with the solution of rationalism in the schools and return to the khittoh of the salafus sholih scholars. Beliau dikenal tidak hanya sebagai seorang tokoh ulama dan pendiri organisasi terbesar diindonesia bahkan didunia NU (Nahdlotul Ulama), namun lebih dari itu beliau juga dikenal sebagai seorang Pahlawan Nasional yang mana Presiden pertama Ir Soekarno telah menetapkannya sebagai salah satu pahlawan nasional yang patut dikenang jasa-jasanya dalam membangun kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia salah satunya yang paling masyhur adalah lewat fatwanya tentang Resolusi Jihad. Konsep pentingnya bermadzhab dalam pandangan beliau adalah hasil dialektika kehidupannya dalam menyelesaikan problematika krisis multidimensi yang dialami oeh umat islam khususnya di indonesia-hijaz. Yaitu adanya diferensiasi antar kelompok keagamaan, tak terkecuali madzhab-madzhab dalam hukum islam. Sehingga pemikiran ini berusaha memberikan tawaran-tawaran konsep berijtihad, bermadzhab dan bertaqlid. Pemikiran tentang pentingnya bermadzhab didalam kitabnya “risalah ahlis sunnah wal jama’ah” dan “risalah fi taakkudi bi akhdzil madzahibil arba’ah”, walaupun dalam pengelompokan terhadap tahapan-tahapan sejarah lemah, tetapi pemikiran tersebut adalah produk genuine pembaruan hukum islam dari K.H. Hasyim asy’ari yang dalam perspektif sosiologis dapat dikategorikan sebagai upaya pemurnian ajaran islam dengan solusi rasionalisme ber-madzhab dan kembali ke khittoh ulama salafus sholih. Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 impact systemic and significant in all aspects of life, one of them on the education system. Changes in the education system especially in the learning required to innovate so that learners did not trouble to receive the material, especially in Elementary School (SD) and Kindergarten (TK), given the learning which is usually carried out for conventional prosecuted and forced into distance learning or done online.This study uses the method of critical analysis that describes the idea of a particular object. As for the object of study is the thought or idea of man are revealed on the primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques from the research literature (library research) by way of studying the manuscripts, books, records, journals, articles, and so on, which discusses the learning of Islamic education and innovation education of Islam that occurred in the era of Pandemic Covid-19.The results of the study explained that the utilization or innovation learning of Islamic Religious Education should be carried out, especially in some of the learning methods. The Internet as a learning medium can be an alternative method of learning Islamic religious education, this can be in the form of e-learning, or applications that facilitate the delivery of learning material, so that the learning process more interesting and not boring.Keyword: Learning; Islamic Education; The Pandemic Covid-19. Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak sistemik dan signifikan diseluruh aspek kehidupan, salah satunya pada sistem pendidikan. Perubahan sistem pendidikan terutama pada pembelajaran dituntut untuk berinovasi supaya peserta didik tidak kesulitan untuk menerima materi, terlebih di jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), mengingat pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara konvensional dituntut dan dipaksa menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau dilakukan secara daring.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kritis yang menggambarkan gagasan mengenai objek tertentu. Adapun objek kajiannya adalah pemikiran atau gagasan manusia yang terungkap pada data primer dan data sekunder yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan cara menelaah naskah, buku, catatan-catatan, jurnal, artikel, dan sebagainya yang membahas tentang pembelajaran pendidikan Islam maupun inovasi pendidikan Islam yang terjadi di era Pandemi Covid-19.Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pendayagunaan atau inovasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam harus segera dilakukan, terutama dalam beberapa metode pembelajaran. Internet sebagai media pembelajaran dapat menjadi alternatif metode pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, hal ini bisa dalam bentuk e-learning, atau aplikasi-aplikasi yang memudahkan penyampaian materi pembelajaran, sehingga proses pembelajaran semakin menarik dan tidak membosankan.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran; Pendidikan Islam; Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

In simple terms, the implementation of learning can be interpreted as the implementation or application of learning. In terms of methods, KH. M. Basori Alwi as a caregiver boarding school science of the Qur'an triggered a special teaching methods and techniques known as the “method of Jibril”. As an expert on the Qur'an KH. M. Basori Alwi does not stop applying a variety of Qur'an learning techniques that are tailored to the ability of students. In other words, The Jibril method is not designed instantly and relies on learning theories, and the Jibril method is born from the results of years of experimentation.In conducting the research, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting research on related parties in the Boarding School of Qur'anic Sciences. Data collection in this study using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.The results showed that: (1) the application of the method of Jibril in learning the Qur'an at The Boarding School of Qur'anic Sciences, namely teachers make learning benchmarks by way of mentalaqi teachers reading the Qur'an per verse then students imitate the teacher's reading until correct. (2) the implementation of the method of Jibril in learning the Qur'an at The Boarding School of Qur'an science is very effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, especially in the field of eloquence and tajwid.Keyword: Learning Implementation; Jibril Method; Qur'an Learning. Abstrak Secara sederhana implementasi pembelajaran dapat diartikan sebagai pelaksanaan atau penerapan dalam pembelajaran. Dalam hal metode, KH. M. Basori Alwi selaku pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Ilmu Al-Qur’an mencetus suatu metode dan teknik pengajaran khusus yang dikenal dengan “Metode Jibril”. Sebagai pakar Al-Qur’an KH. M. Basori Alwi tidak henti-hentinya menerapkan variasi teknik pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan anak didik. Dengan kata lain metode Jibril tidak dirancang secara instan dan mengandalkan teori-teori pembelajaran, dan metode Jibril ini lahir dari hasil eksperimen bertahun-tahun.Dalam melakuan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengadakan penelitian pada pihak-pihak terkait di Pesantren Ilmu Al-Qur’an. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Penerapan metode Jibril dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di Pesantren Ilmu Qur’an yaitu guru menjadikan patokan pembelajaran dengan cara guru mentalaqi bacaan Al-Qur’an per ayat kemudian siswa menirukan bacaan guru hingga benar. (2) Pengimplementasian metode Jibril pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di Pesantren Ilmu Qur’an sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an terutama dalam bidang kefashihan dan tajwidnya.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Pembelajaran; Metode Jibril; Pembelajaran Al-Qur-an.

Abstract

A motivational strategy in learning is a plan that includes a series of activities spescifically designed and developed to meet certain educational goals. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the goals of an ideal education plan in accordance with educational values. Therefore, teachers must have a learning motivation strategy to inspire students to learn in a fun, interesting and not monotonous way. To achieve the goal of increasing student motivation, teachers must increasingly choose and apply motivational teaching strategies, methods, and methods that are in accordance with these abilities. The purpose of this study is describing teachers strategies applied in increasing student motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects and describing the increase in students learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. Abstrak Strategi motivasi dalam pembelajaran adalah suatu rencana yang mencakup serangkaian kegiatan yang dirancang dan dikembangkan secara khusus untuk memenuhi tujuan pendidikan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, perlu diwujudkan tujuan dari rencana pendidikan yang ideal sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, guru harus memiliki strategi motivasi belajar untuk menginspirasi peserta didik agar belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan, menarik dan tidak monoton. Untuk mencapai tujuan meningkatkan motivasi siswa, guru harus semakin memilih dan menerapkan strategi, metode, dan metode pengajaran motivasi yang sesuai dengan kemampuan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan strategi guru yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam serta mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic religious education teaching methods in increasing the critical reasoning of public high school students in West Kalimantan. This research method is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to understand social phenomena in depth. Researchers use this type of research, specifically case studies. This type of research allows researchers to explore perspectives, experiences, and meanings that may be hidden in the data collected in relation to analyzing the effectiveness of PAI teaching methods in improving the critical reasoning of state high school students in West Kalimantan. Meanwhile, the research subjects were two PAI teachers from different high schools. The results of the research show that the quality of teachers and teaching methods in PAI classes is still a major concern. Learning methods that tend to be conventional and less interactive can affect students' involvement and critical reasoning. Students' interest in religious subjects tends to be low, partly due to the perception that the teaching material is less relevant to everyday life and the lack of student involvement in learning. Abstract

Lately, the issues of radicalism have become an interesting topic in some circles, especially academics. The issue of radicalism has become a topic of discussion in the public domain lately due to the very structured radical movements in Indonesian which are marked by the emergence of new groups, sects, groups and groups in the name of Islam. Based on the background of the problem above, the authors conducted a study with the aim of: (a) To find out the extent of the level of radicalism among the Kertasmaya community, (b) To understand the methods of the ANSOR Dhikr Assembly of Dhikalul in depth in an effort to prevent radicalism. (c) To understand and study the efforts conducted by the ANSOR Rijalul Assembly to be able to stem radicalism in the district. The method used in this research is the researcher uses a qualitative approach. This is based on the problems and objectives to be achieved, namely only trying to describe or describe comprehensively about the data obtained in the field about Radicalism (Study on Dhikr and Halaqoh in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency) regarding certain behaviors, events, or places in detail and In-depth data collection is done by observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that Dhikr and Halaqoh in Preventing Radicalism in Kertasmaya Subdistrict through the Assembly of Dhujalul Ansor. Abstrak Belakangan ini isu-isu radikalisme ini menjadi topik yang menarik di beberapa kalangan, khususnya akademisi. Isu radikalisme ini menjadi perbincangan di ranah publik akhir-akhir ini akibat begitu terstrukturnya gerakan radikal di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan munculnya beberapa, aliran, sekte, kelompok dan golongan baru yang mengatasnamakan Islam. Berdasarkan latarbelakang masalah diatas penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan: (a) Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat radikalisme dikalangan masyarakat Kertasmaya. (b) Untuk memaham metode-metode Majelis Dzikir Rijalul ANSOR secara mendalam dalam upaya mencegah radikalisme. (c) Untuk memahami dan mempelajari upaya yang diakukan Majelis Rijalul ANSOR untuk dapat membendung radikalisme di kecamatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini didasarkan pada permasalahan dan tujuan yang hendak dicapai yaitu hanya berusaha untuk menggambarkan atau mendiskripsikan secara komprehensif mengenai data yang diperoleh di lapangan tentang Radikalisme (Studi pada Dzikir dan Halaqoh di kecamatan Kertasemaya Kabupaten Indramayu) mengenai prilaku, peristiwa, atau tempat tertentu secara rinci dan mendalam Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Dzikir dan Halaqoh dalam Mencegah Radikalisme di Kecamatan Kertasmaya melalui majelis Dzikir Rujalul Ansor.
