Abstract

This qualitative study shows the importunateness, proceeding and conditions of micro finance in Afghanistan banking system with the illustrated case of first micro finance bank in Afghanistan. Due to importunateness of micro finance the international finance corporation (IFC) reports that 65 million enterprises in the developing economies or 40 percent of formal micro-small and medium sized enterprises(MSMEs), have an unmet funding need of $ 5,2 trillion annually equal to 1,4 times the current amount of global MSMEs loans. The data of the study for further analyzing is taken from the corporate websites of each banks form the financial statement, cash flows, and balance sheet based on specific financial periods (years). The banks are compared due to their Christistics, Advances to the customers , launching the types and subtypes of micro finance , analyzed some main items of income statement, cash flows, changes in equities and finally the first micro finance bank is compared to other banks of Afghanistan which includes in Afghanistan banking system as result: the first micro finance bank of Afghanistan took 12th place in total asset, 9th in total equities and 12th in total liabilities compared to other banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of nautical maps in supporting the use and operation of ECDIS on KM Ships. HODASCO 19 in the management of navigating on board. This research was carried out for one year on the KM Ship. HODASCO 19 with ship's type general cargo owned by PT Mandiri Sejahtera Abadi Line. This research uses an analytical descriptive method with a qualitative type of approach content. How to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed the use of navigation using ECDIS nautical maps on board KM ships. HODASCO 19 in the management of navigating includes users who are more familiar, users who cannot accidentally change navigation information, are cheaper and faster to produce, have a wider availability of official raster charts and are more accurate for finding location points.

Abstract

Nur hidaya, Analysis of the added value of patchouli distillation (a case study in Tandung village Malangke subdistrict north Luwu district. Under the guidance of Irmayani and Arman. The purpose of this study was to find out how much added value the patchouli refening small industry in Tandung village Malangke district north luwu regency added. This research was used in this research are interview, observation, docomuntation and questionnaire techniques while the data analisis on the results of research in the small industry of patchouli oil refening has an added has an added value of 22.320/kg of raw feed, while the profit recoived is 19.934

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation study strategic and quality of Student Officers on the effectiveness ability military participant to educate School Naval Staff and Command (Seskoal). This research is associative quantitative research; the research was carried out using a survey method with the technique of analysis is the data used to answer hypothesis with the technique of Structural Equation Modeling. The sample in this study was 138 respondents consisting of Student Officers, Lecturers, Educators, Heads of Work Units, and Officials Seskoal selected using random sampling with d = 0.05 with a level of 95% confidence. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS software. Research is focused on aspects of motivation study strategic and quality of Student Officers on effectiveness ability military. The results of the analysis conclude that (1) there is a direct influence of motivation study on effectiveness ability military, ( 2 ) there is a direct influence on the quality of officers student on effectiveness ability military, ( 3 ) there is direct influence by together motivation learning and officer quality students on effectiveness ability military.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership, work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Polri members in the Barelang Police Intelligence Unit in Batam. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study were all members of the Police in the Intelkam Unit Polresta Barelang Batam, as many as 45 respondents with sampling using saturation sampling technique. The data obtained in this study using a google form that has been tested for validity and reliability. These results show that the variables of work motivation, human relations, work discipline and work ethic together have a significant effect on the performance of members of the police.

Abstract

Mental health among young people needs attention; even more these days, the search for information related to mental health has risen sharply on social media. This study aims to evaluate the role of motives for media use and the use of Instagram @iamokay.id to fulfill the need for mental health information. The study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were Instagram social media followers @iamokay.id. The theory underlying the research is the Theory of Uses and Gratification. This study uses a research model that places media use as a mediating variable of the relationship between motives and fulfilling information needs. In contrast, the previous literature placed media use as the independent variable. The findings show the direct influence of the motives for media use and the use of Instagram @iamokay.id on fulfilling the need for health information. In addition, using Instagram @iamokay.id mediates the relationship between the motives for media use and the fulfillment of mental health information needs. Instagram can be an alternative source of information for the general public to eliminate mental health among young people.

Abstract

Financial distress is a condition where the financial status of a company is in a bad state or is experiencing a crisis. Financial difficulties are closely related to the bankruptcy of the company, because the company experienced difficulties before going bankrupt. The occurrence of financial distress was caused by many companies experiencing liquidation, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. The current Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on companies, one of which is the property and real estate sector. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the prediction model in predicting financial distress during the COVID-19 pandemic in Property and Real Estate companies. The data used is data on the financial statements of 48 property and real estate companies published on the IDX during 2019-2021. The results showed that from 48 companies there were 19 companies that were consistent in the distress category, three companies that were consistent in the gray area category, and 10 companies that were consistent in the non-distress category. The highest accuracy rate occurred in 2020, which was 72.92%, then the accuracy rate in 2021 was 68.75%, and the accuracy rate during the covid-19 pandemic was 66.67%.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the right strategy for SMES to prepare for economic recovery after the COVID19 pandemic. The results of the research through SWOT analysis show that business actors are in a position to develop their business or the right strategy is growth strategy, which is carried out in the form of product development and marketing networks. Network marketing can be done by developing several digital applications that are not only marketplace-based but can also be done in the form of a website to introduce new brands and business models with a franchise system and partnerships with industry (Business to Business). Business development can also be done through e-wallet payment transaction tools and strengthening marketing networks through social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the assessment of employees of economic institutions with social nuances of KSSPS BMT on the dimensions of work happiness. This research uses quantitative methods. Thirty respondents selected the sample from 10 economic organizations with social and religious nuances KSSPS BMT (IMFI). Convenience data retrieval techniques. The data from the study were carried out with descriptive analysis. The assessment of the four work happiness dimensions (spiritual, psychological, social, and physical) reached a score of 4.28. The spiritual dimension received the highest assessment, while the physical dimension got the lowest assessment. Therefore, socially nuanced economic institutions managers need to pay more attention to the spiritual dimension of work happiness

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of profitability, asset tangibility, company growth, company size, opearating leverage, and company age on the capital structure. The research sample used in this study is companies that are included in the LQ45 index list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that asset tangibility, company size, operating leverage, and company life significantly affect the capital structure.
