Abstract

Marriage is a bond of body and soul aimed at forming a harmonious family (sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah), yet differences in personality and external pressures often trigger conflicts. This qualitative study, employing a literature review method, aims to identify conflict-triggering variables, describe constructive resolution strategies, and analyze the correlation between the implementation of POAC and domestic stability. The results of the analysis indicate that conflict management is not merely about suppressing disputes, but rather a conscious process of managing resources and communication. The use of integration strategies and the application of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling functions have proven to be vital instruments in preventing destructive escalation and achieving sustainable harmony

Abstract

The formation of religious values in students is one of the important goals in national education and madrasah education, which is greatly influenced by the leadership of the madrasah principal. In their leadership role, madrasah principals have the responsibility to guide, mentor, and set an example in instilling religious values in the entire madrasah community. However, in reality, the religious values that madrasahs strive to instill have not been fully internalized and reflected in the daily behavior of students, especially in their daily lives outside the madrasah environment. The objectives of this study are to: 1.) Identify the leadership strategies of the madrasah principal in shaping religious values at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 8 Banyuwangi. 2.) Identify the obstacles and challenges faced by the madrasah principal in building religious values at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 8 Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the Madrasah Principal and guidance counselors (BK) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 8 Banyuwangi. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation.The field findings were as follows: 1.) The principal's leadership strategy in shaping the religious values of students through habituation and exemplary behavior. This strategy is implemented through regular religious activities and the principal setting an example of religious attitudes and behavior to the entire madrasah community. 2.) The obstacles and challenges faced by the principal in building religious values are that students are not yet fully able to internalize and apply religious values within themselves, especially when they are outside the madrasah environment, such as at home. The main challenge is the lack of support from families and the influence of social media, which significantly affects the behavior and attitudes of students in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. In this study using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population used in this study amounted to 60 employees of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (r), determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of the t test show that work motivation obtains a t count value <t table (-0.270 <2.002) and a significant value of 0.788> 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho1 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected. This means that there is no influence between work motivation and employee performance (Y). Work discipline obtained a calculated t value > t table (8.169 > 2.002) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that there is an influence between work discipline and employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, the results of the F-test showed a calculated F value of 37.353 > 3.16 (calculated F value > F table) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is an influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination test, or r-square, is 0.567, indicating that work motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance by 56.7%. The remaining 43.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study evaluates the transparency and realization of school financial management at the Junior High School (SMP) level over the past decade (2015–2026). Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA protocol, 31 national articles from databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA were analyzed. The results indicate a significant paradigm shift from manual-traditional management to a professional, digital-based system, particularly through the adoption of the Application for School Activity Plans and Budgets (ARKAS). While approximately 58% of the reviewed literature shows high levels of transparency involving active stakeholder participation, the actual budget realization still faces structural challenges. The primary obstacles identified include limited human resource competence, administrative complexity, and regulatory rigidity. This study concludes that while transparency has improved, strengthening managerial training and digital infrastructure remains essential to ensure that financial management effectively supports the sustainable improvement of educational quality.

Abstract

Ensuring that educational programs produce measurable learning outcomes requires a strong accountability system within schools. This study examines school program accountability through the perspective of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), an educational approach that emphasizes student competency achievement as the primary indicator of learning success. The research applies a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing various academic journals, books, and scholarly publications related to school management and the implementation of OBE. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed descriptively to identify major concepts of accountability in educational management. The findings indicate that accountability in the OBE framework highlights transparency in program implementation, effective educational management, and the achievement of student learning outcomes. In addition, active involvement of stakeholders such as teachers, parents, and the community becomes an essential component in maintaining accountability. Continuous evaluation and systematic reporting also play an important role in ensuring that educational programs are implemented effectively and improved over time. Therefore, implementing school accountability based on OBE can contribute to improving educational quality and supporting sustainable development of student competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the collaborative role between educators and administrative staff in improving the effectiveness of learning at SMP 13 Medan. The method used is descriptive qualitative through semi-structured interviews. The results of the study indicate that collaboration between teachers and administrative staff has been running well through harmonious communication, clear division of tasks, and optimal administrative and technical support. Teachers focus on pedagogical aspects, while educational staff support the smooth operation of learning, including the provision of student data and infrastructure. This synergy is able to improve work efficiency, enrich learning resources, and create a more structured and oriented learning to the needs of students. In addition, coordination through work meetings also strengthens the alignment of educational goals. Thus, collaboration between educators and educational staff is a strategic factor in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning in schools.

Abstract

“This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work ethic on teacher performance at Sindangkasih 1 State Senior High School. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. In this study, the sample taken was the entire population of teachers at Sindangkasih 1 State Senior High School, the population of which was 31 teachers. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study showed that the leadership style obtained from Sindangkasih 1 State Senior High School teachers had very good criteria. The work ethic of Sindangkasih 1 State Senior High School teachers had very good assessment criteria and teacher performance at Sindangkasih 1 State Senior High School teachers had good criteria. Together, leadership style and work ethic had a significant influence on teacher performance. Partially, leadership style had a significant influence on teacher performance. Partially, work ethic had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.”

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital marketplaces has increased the complexity of pricing strategies and consumer demand behavior. In a highly transparent and competitive environment, pricing plays a crucial role in shaping purchasing decisions. This study aims to identify pricing strategies, analyze their impact on consumer demand, and examine research gaps from a managerial economics perspective. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a PRISMA approach was applied, involving identification, screening, evaluation, and synthesis stages. A total of 10 key articles from various databases were selected for in-depth analysis. The findings reveal a shift from cost-based pricing toward more adaptive approaches, such as value-based pricing, competition-based pricing, and dynamic pricing. These strategies significantly influence consumer demand, which is affected by price elasticity, perceived value, product quality, and digital market conditions. Behavioral and technological factors further intensify these dynamics. Additionally, the study highlights several research gaps, particularly the limited empirical evidence, insufficient integration of technology, and concerns related to price fairness and non-economic factors. Therefore, pricing strategies should be designed in a data-driven and adaptive manner to effectively stimulate consumer demand in digital marketplaces.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening School-Based Management (SBM) through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based digital innovations. Amidst the demands of the Society 5.0 era, digital transformation has become a strategic necessity to create adaptive and efficient school governance. The method employed is a library research approach, examining 30 reputable national and international journals published between 2021 and 2026, retrieved from the Google Scholar database. The results indicate that AI integration significantly strengthens SBM across five key dimensions: (1) automation of school administration to reduce manual workloads; (2) strengthening transformational leadership through a symbiotic collaboration model between humans and AI; (3) personalization of student management via adaptive learning systems; (4) revolutionizing evaluation systems through automated assessment and instant feedback; and (5) improving the quality of evidence-based decision-making. Despite challenges such as infrastructure limitations and managerial resistance, this study concludes that enhancing digital literacy and organizational readiness are pivotal to the success of SBM transformation in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal as an instructional leader in improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The subject of this study is the school principal, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and supported by documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the principal has performed his role as an instructional leader quite optimally through academic supervision, teacher development, and the implementation of innovative learning programs. The principal also encourages the use of active learning models such as Problem Based Learning and the integration of technology in the learning process. In addition, efforts to improve learning quality are carried out through teacher training programs, learning evaluation, and continuous feedback. However, there are still challenges such as differences in students' abilities and teachers' readiness to implement innovative learning. In conclusion, the role of the principal as an instructional leader has a significant impact on improving the quality of learning. Therefore, strengthening teacher professional development and optimizing the use of learning evaluation results are highly recommended.
