Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Pendidikan berperan strategis dalam mendukung tata kelola pendidikan berbasis data di Indonesia. SIM Pendidikan dimanfaatkan untuk pengelolaan data peserta didik, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, serta mendukung perencanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi kebijakan pendidikan. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan berbagai sistem informasi pendidikan, seperti Dapodik dan EMIS, namun pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya optimal dan menunjukkan perbedaan tingkat pemanfaatan antar wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan kegagalan implementasi SIM Pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan sumber akademik terpercaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi SIM Pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh komitmen pimpinan dan dukungan kebijakan, kesiapan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi, kesesuaian sistem dengan kebutuhan pengguna, serta pelatihan berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, kegagalan implementasi disebabkan oleh rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur dan akses internet, kurangnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan, tingginya beban administrasi, serta lemahnya integrasi antar sistem informasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan SIM Pendidikan memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan menggunakan Model Job Accomplishment Matrix (JAM) pada PT. MC PET Film Indonesia. Evaluasi kinerja karyawan menjadi aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan tahun 2024 yang diperoleh dari dokumen internal perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengolah skor dan persentase pencapaian kinerja berdasarkan indikator Job Accomplishment Matrix (JAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 karyawan yang dinilai, nilai kinerja berada pada rentang skor 70 hingga 95 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 85 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sebanyak 60% karyawan berada pada kategori kinerja baik, 30% pada kategori cukup, dan 10% pada kategori kurang. Hasil penilaian per indikator menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kehadiran karyawan tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 90%, sementara indikator produktivitas kerja dan pencapaian target memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82%, serta kualitas kerja sebesar 80%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kinerja karyawan telah memenuhi standar perusahaan, meskipun masih terdapat perbedaan tingkat pencapaian antar karyawan. Model Job Accomplishment Matrix (JAM) dinilai mampu memberikan gambaran kinerja karyawan yang lebih objektif dan terstruktur serta dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of Management Information Systems to the accuracy of school policies. The utilization of Management Information Systems is an important factor in supporting data-based and accurate decision-making processes. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving school management, teachers, and administrative staff. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that Management Information Systems have a positive contribution to the accuracy of school policies, particularly in program planning, academic and administrative data management, and school performance evaluation processes. However, the effectiveness of system utilization is still influenced by human resource competencies and the level of data integration across school units. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing Management Information Systems as a foundation for accurate and accountable school policy formulation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong lembaga pendidikan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia secara efektif dan berbasis data. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SIM SDM) Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran SIM SDM Pendidikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data penelitian diperoleh dari artikel-artikel ilmiah nasional yang relevan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa SIM SDM Pendidikan berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas administrasi kepegawaian. Selain itu, SIM SDM berfungsi sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan yang menyediakan informasi akurat dan tepat waktu bagi pimpinan lembaga pendidikan. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala dalam implementasinya, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kompetensi pengguna, SIM SDM Pendidikan tetap menjadi instrumen strategis dalam mendukung manajemen pendidikan berbasis data.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of the reward system on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya using the Behavior Observation Scale (BOS) model. This evaluation is crucial to ensure that the rewards given by the company are able to motivate work enthusiasm and achieve targets optimally. The results of the study indicate that positive work behavior can be reinforced through appropriate and fair rewards, which in turn encourages employees to maintain discipline, responsibility, and achieve targets in accordance with company standards.

Abstract

This article aims to examine and explain the intervention strategies implemented at SDN 16 Air Tawar, with the goal of increasing the participation and empowerment of all school members. The underlying problem of this study is the lack of active participation of some school members in school activities and the underutilization of the potential and assets of teachers, educational staff, students, and parents. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies involving the principal, teachers, educational staff, students, and parent representatives. The research data revealed that an intervention approach emphasizing the empowerment of school assets, the maintenance of interpersonal relationships, and the strengthening of teamwork has the potential to strengthen a sense of belonging, collective responsibility, and collaboration among the school community. These findings indicate that participatory approaches and effective communication can build active engagement among school members. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that planned intervention strategies based on school needs contribute positively to improving the quality of school management and a supportive organizational atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the levels of individual resistance to change in organizational development at SDN 04 2×11 Kayutanam. Organizational change in schools is an essential process to improve educational quality; however, it often encounters obstacles in the form of resistance from school members. This research employed a descriptive approach using a survey method. The research subjects consisted of teachers and administrative staff at SDN 04 2×11 Kayutanam. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations and analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results indicate that the level of individual resistance to change is categorized as moderate, with variations influenced by work experience, understanding of change objectives, and managerial support from school leadership. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership and organizational communication in reducing resistance and supporting successful school organizational development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of mental health and work-related conflict on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool. The population and sample were 76 West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency employees. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency employees who had worked directly at the agency.  The results showed a positive and insignificant effect between Mental Health and Job Satisfaction. There was a positive and insignificant effect between Work-related Conflict and Job Satisfaction. There was a positive and significant effect between Mental Health and Employee Performance. There was a positive and significant effect between Work-related Conflict and Employee Performance. There was a negative and significant effect between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction did not mediate the effect of Mental Health on employee performance. Job Satisfaction did not mediate the effect of Work-related Conflict on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the principal’s leadership style and the E-Performance System influence teacher performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at Junior High School 24 Padang. The study used SPSS version 23 for data processing. The population consisted of 53 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied. Data were collected using documentation techniques. The data analysis employed outer loading tests, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the principal’s leadership style has an effect on teachers’ work discipline at SMP Negeri 24 Padang, while the E-Performance System does not have an effect on work discipline. The principal’s leadership style also influences teacher performance, whereas the E-Performance System does not affect teacher performance. Work discipline influences teacher performance. Work discipline mediates the effect of the E-Performance System on teacher performance. Work discipline does not mediate the effect of the principal’s leadership style on teacher performance...

Abstract

School culture is understood as a set of values, norms, beliefs, and collective practices that shape organizational behavior. In situations of educational policy change, transformational leadership is seen as capable of encouraging value transformation, strengthening shared commitment, and fostering school culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected through searching and analyzing various scientific articles relevant to the themes of transformational leadership, school culture, and school leadership. The literature sources came from accredited national journals and international journals published in the period 2016–2026. The results of the study show that the principal's transformational leadership strategy is reflected through exemplary values and strengthening discipline, articulating the school's vision, intellectual stimulation through professional learning communities, and a relational approach that pays attention to the needs and professional development of teachers. The process of shaping school culture involves instilling values, integrating them into the curriculum and school programs, and setting an example for leaders and teachers. These findings confirm that transformational leadership contributes to building a collaborative, reflective school culture that is oriented toward improving the quality of education.
