Abstract

This study analyzes the strategies for internalizing cultural values at MAN 2 Kota Mataram and their contribution to educational quality. The study is based on the strategic role of madrasahs in integrating religious, academic, and social dimensions as a response to globalization and character crises. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, analyzed through the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that religious values are reinforced through routine religious activities, discipline is enhanced by school regulations and digital attendance systems, academic culture is promoted through advanced classes and competitions, and social responsibility is cultivated through community service programs. Visionary leadership of the principal was found to be the dominant factor ensuring the consistency of these implementations. The study concludes that internalizing madrasah cultural values fosters positive habitus, enhances educational quality, and provides a replicable model for other institutions. Its contribution lies in strengthening the literature on Islamic education management by offering an integrative, culture-based approach to quality development.

Abstract

Milkindo Agrotourism, located in Malang Regency, was an educational tourism destination that combined modern livestock and agricultural activities. This study examined the influence of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

Abstract

Child marriage remains a significant global issue, particularly affecting young girls' education and future prospects. This study explores strategies for intervention and prevention of child marriage through a critical literature review, focusing on the role of education. Using a library research approach, the study highlights the intersectionality of child marriage with socioeconomic factors, gender inequality, and cultural traditions. The findings suggest that increased access to education and critical pedagogy can serve as effective tools for empowering girls and preventing early marriages. Moreover, the study emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts between educational institutions, communities, and policymakers to create sustainable change.

Abstract

The development of a green economy is a strategic issue in realizing sustainable development, especially in potential areas such as Lake Toba. However, the role of socio-cultural factors in supporting the green economy has not been extensively researched empirically. This study aims to analyze the influence of Community Awareness, Environmental Knowledge, and Local Cultural Beauty on Green Economic Development in the Lake Toba area. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 25. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to local respondents The results of the study showed that Community Awareness and Environmental Knowledge did not have a significant effect on the green economy, while the Beauty of Local Culture had a significant effect. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.4053 indicates that the three variables explain the 40.5% variation in the development of the green economy. These findings confirm the importance of a cultural approach in supporting the sustainability of the Lake Toba region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between online game addiction and emotional changes among school-age children at UPT SDN Garuda Makassar. The phenomenon of increasing gadget and online game use among children has become a major concern because it can affect their emotional and social aspects. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all fifth- and sixth-grade students totaling 37 respondents, with 34 students meeting the inclusion criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed statistically using a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents experienced online game addiction (18 students or 52.9%) and emotional changes (18 students or 52.9%). Based on the bivariate test results, a p-value of 0.007 (p < 0.05) was obtained, indicating a significant relationship between online game addiction and emotional changes among school-age children.

Abstract

Muhammad Iqbal emerged during a period of intellectual stagnation in the Muslim world in the early 20th century, introducing a fresh and visionary idea: the reconstruction of religious thought. In his seminal work, The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam, Iqbal proposed a way out of this stagnation by revitalizing the Islamic intellectual heritage while engaging in a critical dialogue with modernity. This study aims to examine the key concepts of Iqbal's project, including his critique of Greek philosophy, his dynamic view of ijtihad (legal reasoning), his theory of the "Khudi" (Self), his dynamic concept of God and the universe, and his vision of spiritual democracy. Using a qualitative approach with philosophical-hermeneutic analysis, this research concludes that while Iqbal's thought has been widely appreciated as a revitalizing force for Islamic intellectualism, it has also faced criticism concerning its practical implementation and philosophical consistency. The study finds that Iqbal's ideas remain profoundly relevant today, particularly in navigating the challenges of modernity without sacrificing Islamic identity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of immersive learning on student motivation and learning independence at Padangsidimpuan Public Elementary School 200306. The background of this research stems from the need to provide a learning process that is not only oriented towards final results, but also encourages students to understand the meaning of learning, think critically, and take responsibility for their learning process. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The study subjects included 50 fifth-grade students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data collection instruments included a learning motivation questionnaire, a learning independence observation sheet, and documentation of learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using a t-test to determine significant differences between the two groups. The results showed that the implementation of immersive learning had a positive and significant impact on increasing student motivation and learning independence. Students participating in immersive learning demonstrated greater enthusiasm, active question-asking, and the ability to manage assignments independently compared to those in the control group. These findings indicate that immersive learning strategies can be an effective alternative in developing reflective, independent, and problem-solving-oriented learners. Thus, the implementation of immersive learning in elementary schools needs to be continuously strengthened through teacher training, the development of teaching materials, and a learning culture that fosters students' ongoing curiosity.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents both opportunities and challenges for elementary education. Teachers play a strategic role in preparing young learners to understand and adapt to technology critically, creatively, and ethically. This study aims to analyze the role of elementary school teachers in integrating AI concepts through simple coding activities, as well as to identify the strategies and challenges encountered during implementation. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that teachers serve as digital learning facilitators, innovators in designing coding-based learning activities, and ethical guides who help students use technology responsibly. Simple coding activities effectively foster students’ logical thinking, creativity, and digital collaboration skills. However, limited technological infrastructure and insufficient teacher training remain major obstacles to sustainable implementation. Therefore, systemic support through educational policy, professional development, and adaptive curriculum design is essential. Integrating AI concepts through simple coding in elementary schools not only enhances digital literacy but also cultivates ethical awareness and social responsibility toward technology. With collaborative support from educators, institutions, and policymakers, elementary education can become a foundational stage for shaping a generation that is intelligent, creative, and morally grounded in the era of artificial intelligence

Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Relationship Between Workload and Work Stress Among Employees at PT Everbright Rantauparapat Branch.” Workload was measured through indicators of targets to be achieved, working conditions, use of working time, work standards, and work stress was measured through indicators of task demands, role demands, organizational leadership, and interpersonal demands. The research population consisted of 36 people with a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were obtained from Likert-scale questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, it was found that the research data met the normality assumption, as indicated by a significant value of 0.087, meaning that the data were normally distributed. In addition, the results of the linearity test showed a significance value of deviation from linearity of 0.500, which means that the relationship between workload and work stress is linear. Furthermore, the results of the simple linear regression test showed that there was a relationship between workload and work stress with a result of 0.534, meaning that there is a fairly strong relationship between workload and work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resources (HR) in marketing educational services, with a focus on the competence, motivation, and professionalism of educators and administrative staff. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies at several educational institutions. The formulation of the research problem includes: (1) how HR competency influences the effectiveness of marketing educational services, (2) the influence of HR motivation and job satisfaction on service quality, and (3) the role of HR integration in educational marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that HR has a strategic role in shaping the image and quality of educational services; HR competency and training improve marketing and service capabilities; HR satisfaction and motivation influence the quality of interactions with students and parents; and HR integration in marketing strategies is a key factor in the success of institutional promotion and branding. In conclusion, the success of marketing educational services is highly dependent on HR management and development, so educational institutions need to pay special attention to improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of HR to support competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
