It analyzed the effect of digital communication, supply chain services and tourism with Quantitative data collected from Indonesia tourists and social media users. Probability sampling was used to collect data in a random manner. This method was used in a study that used Structural Equation Modeling and the SEM-PLS method. Results showed that digital supply chain and communication services had a significant positive impact on the interest of visitors. This led to a significant increase in their choice to visit a location. Additionally, this led to a significant increase in the impact of their decision on whether or not to visit.

Abstract

The completeness of the files and the accuracy of the diagnostic code have an important role in the smooth verification of claims and are the basis for the approval of fee billing by BPJS to Hospitals. From the results of initial observations of 10 samples of claim files for delivery cases submitted to BPJS, it was found that 4 (40%) files passed verification and 6 (60%) files were pending due to incomplete claim files such as no supporting reports and DPJP signatures and coding information which are not in accordance with BPJS Health, resulting in delays in the claim payment process which causes material losses for the Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of the file and the accuracy of the delivery diagnosis code for the smooth verification of BPJS claims. this type of research is observational with a descriptive design. The population in this study was 137 files with 58 samples taken by simple random sampling which were processed univariately using a frequency distribution. The results of the study were claim files for complete and smooth delivery cases 31(53%), complete claim files but not smooth verification 22(38%) and incomplete claim files and not smooth verification 5(9%), while the delivery diagnosis code was accurate and smooth verification 31(53%), diagnostic codes accurate but verification not smooth 5(9%) and diagnostic codes inaccurate and verification not smooth 22(38%). It is recommended that the Hospital should make efforts to improve the accuracy of the diagnostic code through training, monitoring and regular evaluation to minimize the occurrence of claim returns.

Abstract

Management Science has been in existence and evolving for about 3,000 years, spanning three distinct eras: prehistoric, historical, and modern. It's evident that knowledge of management is an integral part of human existence. In this article, we aim to introduce a novel perspective on Management, emphasizing the idea that effective management begins with self-mastery before extending to external management endeavors. The approach taken in this article involves merging established management theories with principles from the Alqur'an, Hadith, and works like "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," "Maximum Achievement," and "Kubik Leadership." Management, in essence, is defined as the art of collaborating with people and utilizing organizational resources to accomplish predefined objectives. In simpler words, it's about employing resources to achieve set goals through effective interactions with people. Islamic teachings emphasize two main purposes for human creation: worshiping the Creator and acting as stewards or natural managers (others management). When fulfilling the role of steward or nature manager, Islamic teachings stress the significance of self-management as a foundation for behavior. This concept is mirrored in the principle of sidiq (fairness), which forms a trust-building self-mirror, ultimately leading to self-growth. The Seven Habits, as presented by Covey, provide guidelines for high effectiveness, emphasizing the importance of personal mastery. Conclusion of this article emphasizing before managing external aspects of one's life and environment through established management theories, it is essential to begin by nurturing oneself. This process involves drawing inspiration from the teachings of the Alqur'an and Hadith, as well as other referenced literature mentioned within this article.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide qualitative evidence related to the variables of this study from sources derived from national and international indexed journals or scientific articles found through Google Scholar. Researchers then make recommendations from their own perspectives. The research method used in this qualitative study uses a mini-review approach to achieve the research objectives. A mini-evaluation of the variables is done by reading and analyzing dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles. Research results, although still minimal and far from perfect, meet expectations and at least contribute to science and knowledge, especially in the areas of marketing management, service quality variables, customer satisfaction, and revenue improvement. I found out that there is. Just as customer satisfaction variables affect hotel room occupancy, service quality also affects hotel room occupancy. Increasing the above variables should always be done within the study population, especially for guests staying directly at the hotel. It should also be done in future research. There are gaps in other variables that could be used for future research, such as price, advertising, location, loyalty and brand image variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Company Size (SIZE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability (ROA) on Company Value at BUMN Commercial Banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The sample of this study consisted of 4 banks from 2012 - 2019 using saturated sampling as a sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the ERM, Company Size and Profitability variables have a significant effect on the Value sometimes with a significance level of less than 5%, while DER partially has no significant effect. The results of simultaneous regression analysis show that ERM, SIZE, DER and ROA together affect Firm Value. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of the results of this study is 0.665, which means that the four variables are able to influence 66.50% and the rest is influenced by other proportions that are not variables in this study
