Abstract

As a result of offline transactions becoming it will be easier for UMKM participants to complete transactions. Digital technology has a significant disadvantage compared to UMKM. Emerging technology uses the more powerful and long-lasting potential of UMKM. Social media and online shopping can help UMKM entrepreneurs make money. It is understood that UMKM students have not actively participated in digital growth, particularly due to their limited understanding of digital marketing. The goal of the community outreach program at UMKM Desa Leuweung Kolot is to provide digital marketing training as a means of generating revenue and as a requirement for any technology-based marketing network.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training teaches how to become an independent business owner and create and maintain a business environment by prioritizing entrepreneurial traits and behaviors, such as being innovative, accepting risks, taking responsibility, and respecting diversity. The bucket-building entrepreneurship training held by group 22 in the thematic KKN program in 2023 at the University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor, apart from aiming to provide provisions for Ciampea Udik villagers, also intends to encourage entrepreneurial motivation. The effect of training on the entrepreneurial basis of residents was studied through data collection by filling out a questionnaire after the training. The results showed that almost all participants stated that the bucket training activities benefited them. Many of the participants wanted to start entrepreneurship by using social media, and some were interested in trying entrepreneurship after they graduated from school. From the activities carried out, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship training activities make bucket very influential on the participants' motivation in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase the creativity of partners in processing products made from Adenium plant raw materials so that they become products that have added value and can be economically valuable. The methods used in this activity are counseling, interviews, literature study, field observation and training. Apart from increasing knowledge, responses from participants in the form of feedback and enthusiasm of participants in following and participating in activities show that the objectives of counseling and training activities have been achieved. The results obtained are an increase in knowledge in processing Adenium plants into bonsai and increased creativity of partners in making bonsai. Increasing the marketing of Adenium bonsai plant cultivation is carried out through online Digital Marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine how religious modernization in Tanjung Harapan Village, Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung Regency is influenced by the Community Service Program (KKN). Even though the majority of the residents of Tanjung Harapan Village are Muslim, they still adhere to traditional interpretations of Islam. The Tanjung Harapan Village Community Service Program seeks to increase religious tolerance in everyday life. The community is involved in the research process through Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques. The Tanjung Harapan Village community was involved in the design, implementation and assessment of the KKN program in this research. Research findings show that the KKN program implemented in Kebonrejo Village has increased religious moderation in the village. Children in Tanjung Harapan Village are given an understanding of religious tolerance and moderation with a deeper understanding of Islamic principles, children in Tanjung Harapan Village are now better prepared to overcome social inequality and tolerate a wider range of religious beliefs.

Abstract

Based on the 1945 Constitution, Article 33 paragraph 3 states: the earth and the natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. That the residents of Cilibende RT.002, RT.003, and RT.005 RW.002, Babakan Village, Bogor Tengah District, Bogor City control and enjoy, and make use of, the land, for the economic benefit of these residents, some sell, their houses are used as boarding houses by students IPB UNIVERSITY BOGOR Vocational School, so that the land is economically beneficial, and has provided payment of property tax costs to the Bogor City Government, all of which can benefit economically. The theme of the extension is that IPB BOGOR/IPB UNIVERSITY BOGOR will carry out the construction of buildings controlled by Cilibende residents. That IPB BOGOR/IPB UNIVERSITY BOGOR has no legal relationship with the land controlled by Cilibende residents. Abstract

Indonesia is a state of law, which must be implemented by all parties, both society and government. The definition of law is: Regulations regarding human behavior in social interactions. Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. In this Law, the state considers a marriage to be valid if the marriage is registered as stated in Article 1 paragraph (2) which states: expressly when registering the marriage. The purpose of marriage is: 1) to obtain happiness and peace while building a family, 2) regeneration of humanity (reproduction) or obtaining offspring, 3) fulfillment of biological needs, 4) maintaining honor. 5) for worship/following the sunnah of the prophet. A valid marriage means there is a prospective husband and wife, a guardian for the marriage, there are witnesses to the marriage, and there is an agreement and consent, according to Article 14 of the 1991 Compilation of Islamic Law, for those who are Muslim.

Abstract

West Java has the highest number of MSMEs, namely 1.49 million business units. Of this number, 3,000 are MSMEs in Klari District, which includes Karanganyar Village. Most of the residents of Karanganyar Village work as farmers or farm laborers. One of the plants cultivated in Karanganyar Village is the Sncha Inchi plant, where the seeds from this plant are made into finished goods such as snacks and sancha inchi oil. The business carried out by the people of Karanganyar Village is in the spotlight of academics, especially in terms of financial planning and management. A good business is a business that is able to plan and manage finances well. In managing finances, there needs to be a plan called a budget. A budget is a periodic quantitative plan (an amount) prepared based on a program that has been approved. Considering the importance of budgets, in Karanganyar Village, especially Sancha Inchi business people, need to be given training in preparing systematic budgets. It is hoped that sancha inchi business people in Karanganyar Village can implement budget preparation at the beginning of each period so that the sancha inchi business process runs smoothly. After the training was carried out, the farmers' ability to prepare budgets increased and the management of the Sanchi Inchi farmer/business group business budget became better.

Abstract

In this study I will discuss the urgency of the cultural development of literacy for the children of sukaharja village. The purpose of this writing is for children of an early age to learn the extent of the importance of literacy culture's early application. And it can also support applications of national literacy movements. As it is known that the literacy in Indonesia has been reduced in proportion to other countries. Indonesia already ranked 64th from 65 countries in 2012. For this reason it should be recognized the importance of reading early on, because reading is able to know of knowledge that has no boundaries. The study USES qualitative methods with an open reading site. It will show from this study that a literary culture is desperately needed for recognition and has been embedded at an early age. Through this program, I hope that parents or especially children can open up new insights into science through reading. Because also books are a window to the world.

Abstract

Mixalkha Village is a village located in the Yangiyol district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The background of community life in this area is very good and the surrounding community is very friendly. In terms of education, the condition of education in Mixalkha village is quite good and the learning process in surrounding schools is carried out well and conducive. However, in Mixalkha village almost all students are only fluent in the local language, namely Uzbek, and some are able to speak Russian. However, English language skills are very lacking. This is due to the lack of response and motivation from the surrounding community, including students to learn English which is considered less used in community activities. Even in schools, English lessons are less popular and not considered very important. Therefore, instilling motivation to learn and understand English is very important. By holding the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, it is hoped that students can instill the important values ​​of having an understanding of English to the surrounding community, especially students located in Mixalkha village, Yangiyol district. The KKN activity was held at a course location, Go Action Course, which is strategically located in the middle of the village, so that local residents can see and observe the development process of students who participate in the KKN program. It is hoped that in the future the community will be more enthusiastic and motivated to learn and master English, especially in the era of globalization like today.

Abstract

Work discipline is obedience to all provisions in the organization, both written and in the form of mere promises, that without such obedience, all the goals of the organization will not be achieved. This article aims to improve work discipline in the field of content creators. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of spoken or written words about observable human behavior. The results of this study indicate that in improving work discipline in the field of content creators, there still needs to be an increase for employees in the content creator division from research conducted by researchers. This study aims to determine how much influence Work Discipline has on Content Creator PT. Pojok Satu Indonesia.
