Abstract

This study entitled the effect of work motivation on the performance of train drivers UPT Lubuk Linggau train crew. This study aims to determine the effect work motivation on the performance of train drivers UPT Lubuk Linggau train crew. The population in this study were all machinists in the Lubuk Linggau train crew which were sampled as many as 22 respondents. Sampling is done by saturated or census samples. The technique used is a simple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of train drivers Lubuk Linggau train crew with the value of the t test results obtained the t value of the work motivation variable was 7.452 greater than the t table value of 1.721 and significant t of 0,000 < α (0,05). The work motivation variable regression coefficient of 0.412 indicates that any change or increase in work motivation variable of 1 will result in an increase or affect the train driver’s performance by 41.2%. work motivation variables can be explained or affect the performance variable of drivers UPT Lubuk Linggau train crew while the rest is equal 26.5% are influenced by other factors not discussed in this study such as discipline, commitment, organizational culture and other factors.

Abstract

 The retail business today is a business that is growing and in great demand. The intense competition among retail businesses is caused by the increasing number of shopping centers. This competition makes companies in the retail sector try to retain their customers andbecome the retailer of choice for customers. Therefore, it is not uncommon for many companies to try to research promotions on customer satisfaction. This is because if customers are dissatisfied with the services that have been provided, then it is possible thatcustomers are not loyal to the company. Promotion is a marketing activity that is commonly carried out by marketers to provide information on a product and encourage consumers to purchase the product. In addition, good service can also support the success of promotions, so as to achieve customer satisfaction. There fore this study aims to find out in more detail about the Effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Alfamart Palembang branch. This type of research is quantitative research, in which survey methods are used in this study using questionnaires or questionnaires to obtain more accurate data. The population in this study were all customers of the Palembang branch of Alfamart, with a sample of 80 customers that the researchers met during the research. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. by using 2 independent variables in the form of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. the sample was tested as many as 27 employees of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Banyuasin District Secretariat. The test was carried out by using multiple linear regression analysis of the CSS for Windows version 17.0 program. based on the results of the study showed that simultaneous independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test, the variables of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee placement and job satisfaction on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees (2023). The research design uses the causality method with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The research object was 78 South Sumatra BPR Bank employees. The data collection method that the author uses in this research is by using a questionnaire which is carried out technically via Google Form (Online). The results of the research show that Employee Placement and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees. Furthermore, between the two independent variables in this research, the variable that has a more dominant influence is the Employee Placement variable, namely 0.512 (Positive) on the Individual Performance variable, while the remaining variable is Job Satisfaction, which is 0.271 (Positive).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Kayuagung Regional General Hospital (RSUD). Respondents who became the object of research were inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital who had been allowed to go home or do outpatient care. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of samples calculated using the Slovin formula and a sample of 85 respondents was taken. The data used is primary data collected through a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique used is correlation analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of calculations in regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test) it was found that the quality of rehabilitation services had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital. Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) it was found that the variable quality of rehabilitation services had an influence of 53.8 percentin shaping the satisfaction variable of inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital, while the remaining 46.2 percent was determined by other variables outside the regression model. Based on the descriptive analysis of the percentage of respondents' answers to the questionnaire, it was concluded that patient satisfaction was dominated by the influence of the responsiveness indicators of medical officers who were considered alert and fast in serving inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how leadership has a positive and significant effect on the commitment of members of advanced and prosperous farmer groups in Sukaraja village, Suak Tapeh sub-district, Banyuasin district. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique or census where the entire population in this study are members of the advanced and prosperous farmer group, Sukaraja village, Suak Tapeh subdistrict, Banyuasin district, totaling 91 people used as research samples. The analysis technique of this research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, t Test, and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). Based on the test of the hypothesis in this research, it shows that: 1) Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the correlation coefficient value of the relationship between leadership and commitment is very close. 2) Leadership has a partially positive and significant effect on commitment.

Abstract

The house is a basic need in the form of a building that functions as a residence or place to live and a means of gathering a family. Housing is a very important need for society. The products offered by developers to consumers must of course be oriented to consumer needs and consumer satisfaction. Research on the effect of price, location and building quality on customer satisfaction in Pesona Indah Betung housing has been conducted in July 2023. The purpose of this study was to analyze the price, location and quality of buildings in Pesona Indah Betung housing on customer satisfaction. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The number of respondents was 108 people. The results of this study hypothetically t are price and location have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, while building quality has a negative effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test for price and location variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, while building quality has a negative effect on customer satisfaction in Pesona Indah Betung housing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of education and training as well as work environment on employee performance. The respondents in this research were employees at the Qodratullah Langkan Banyuasin Islamic Boarding School. Based on the Slovin formula, the total sample in this study was 69 respondents. The hypothesis in this research uses multiple regression analysis. The research results in the F test (simultaneous) show that education and training as well as work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of the t test (partial) show that the work environment significantly influence employee performance. So, it can be concluded that education and training as well as work environment influence employee performance significantly, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze marketing strategies in increasing visitor satisfaction at the Sumber Rejeki Fishing Pool in Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra as well as the impact of implementing the 7 P marketing mix which includes Products. Price, place, people, promotion, process and physical evidence. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the data analysis technique uses an interactive qualitative analysis model. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that by implementing the 7P concept, this fishing pond has succeeded in optimizing the visitor experience and has had a significant impact, especially in increasing the number of visitors and repeat customers. It is hoped that the Sumber Rejeki Fishing Pool will continue to maintain and improve the implementation of the service marketing mix and pay special attention to the priorities expressed by visitors, such as expanding parking lots and increasing human resources. By continuing to maintain and improve the implementation of the service marketing mix, Sumber Rezeki Fishing Pool can strengthen its position as the main destination for fishing and recreation lovers in Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company age, company size and management quality on the investment risk of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2021-2023 period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. This research uses quantitative methods. This research uses secondary data. The number of samples used was 60. The data analysis techniques used in this research include: Descriptive statistical analysis, then carrying out classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The results obtained from this research are: (1) Company age (X1) has a positive effect on investment risk (Y); (2) Company Size (X2) has a positive effect on Investment Risk (Y); (3) Management Quality (X3) has a positive effect on Investment Risk (Y); (4) Company Age (X1), Company Size (X2), and Management Quality (X3) have a positive effect on Company Value (Y)
