Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of work discipline and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. This study used a survey method (questionnaire). population and sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results of the t test variable Work Discipline (X1) and Supervision (X2) on employee effectiveness (Y) obtained t count 5.126 > t table 2.042 then ho is rejected and ha is accepted. This means that the variables of work discipline and supervision partially have an influence on the work effectiveness of the employees of the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. So it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and supervision have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Test (R), it can be seen that the influence of the work discipline variable on employee work effectiveness is 0.362 or 36.2% while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors, while the magnitude of the influence of the supervisory variable on work effectiveness is 0.417 or 41 .7% while the rest is influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that work discipline and supervision affect the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the DPRD Secretariat Ogan Ilir Regency. The research took samples using the Propotionate Sampling technique because employees at The DPRD Secretariat consists of Civil Servants, Non-Permanent Employees who proportionally stratified. The research method is done by testing relationship (associative hypothesis) two variables, namely variable X (Culture Organization) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using Product Moment Correlation. sample that used in this study were Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants fixed as many as 65 respondents by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of Product Moment correlation calculations show that organizational culture greatly influences employee performance at the Ogan Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat, this can be seen from the r test with 65 respondents and an error rate of 5%. Based on rtable = 0.2441 and rcount = 0.995 where rcount is in the correlation coefficient interval of 0.80 – 0.100 which indicates a very strong correlation. Then the value of rcount is greater than rtable (0.995> 0.2441) so that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This relationship has an influence of 99% and the remaining 1% is the influence of other factors. From these results the researcher hopes that the Leaders at the DPRD Secretariat of Ogan Ilir Regency pay more attention to the organizational culture of employees so that they can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates on stock prices for the precious metals sub-sector and the like listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2009 - 2018. This research uses a quantitativedescriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24.00 program. Hypothesis testing uses the t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneously). This study aims to find the relationship between the independent variables, namely interest rates (X1), inflation (X2) and exchange rates (X3) with the dependent variable,namely stock prices (Y). The sample used in this study is with an error rate of 5%, namely by using a sample of 14 (fourteen) companies in the metal and similar sub-sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2009 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable interest rate (X1) has a significant positive impact on stock prices in the Metals and the Like Subsector. While the inflation variables (X2 and Exchange Rate (X3) have a significant negative impact on the share prices of the Metals and the Like Subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009 - 2018. Interest Rates, Inflation and Exchange rates as a whole have a significant influence on stock prices. The independent variables in the form of Interest Rates, Inflation, and Exchange Rates are only able to influence stock prices in the basic and chemical industrial sectors by 12%, the remaining 88% is the influence of other causes or factors not examined.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the Financial Regional Managemen Information System (SIMDA) affects the regional financial managemen of the Government of Oga Ilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of impemeting a financial regional managemen informatioan system (SIMDA) on tge regional financial management of the OgAN iLir Government. The type of resersch esed in this study is desctiptive quantitative namely the analysis carried out in data in the form of numbers to apply an explanation of these number. The sample in this study was a saturated sample of 76 people consisting of the head of the OPD and the treasure within the Ogan Ilir Regency Government. The data collection technique used in this study was by way of direct interviews and quetionnasires. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant effect of the implementation of The Regional Managemet Information System (SIMDA) on financial management of the regional financial management of the Ogan Ilir Regional Government, Where it is know that e result of the hypothetical test now that the calculated t value for tge regional management information system variable (x) is 5.310 whilw the t table with significant level (α) of 0.05 (5%) and df=n-k-1 (76-1-1) 74 is 1.665. So, it can be concluded that H0 is reject and Ha is accepted and reject by H0 and the significant value x 0.002 is smeller than 0.005. So, it was concluded the regional managemen information system significantly affects financial quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the public relations strategy, corporate image and the role of public relations strategy on corporate image at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Refinery Unit III Plaju. The research method used is a quantitative approachwith data collection techniques namely, questionnaires, and literature study. The type of research used is explanatory research. A sample of 80 people from the community and Instagram followers of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Refinery Unit III Plaju. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the public relations strategy has a significant effect on the corporate image of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Refinery Unit III Plaju. The results of the analysis, the authors show that the optimization of strategies through the media has no effect on the company PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Refinery Unit III Plaju. This is evidenced by the results of the t test for indicators of strategy optimization through the media with a t count value of 0.97 which is less than t table 1.664 and a significant value of 0.357 greater than 0.05.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of claim service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara Palembang Branch. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the census. Respondents in this study were all employees of the PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara Palembang Branch of i.e. 98 customers. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using SPSS. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were Claim Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara Palembang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employeeperformance at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. This study takes samples using the saturated sample technique because the population is relatively small. Employees of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University consist of Civil Servants (PNS), Non-PNS BLU Employees. The research method is carried out by testing the relationship (quantitative associative) of two variables, namely variable X (Work Environment) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using the Classical Assumption correlation. This study, from a population of 41 people, used a sample of 41 people to fill out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the calculation of the Classical Assumption correlation show that the work environment affects employee performance, this can be seen from the r-test with 41 respondents greater than rtable with an error rate of 5%. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination whichstates that there is a strong correlation between the Work Environment variable and the Performance variable, so it can be seen that rcount is greater than rtable (0.829 > 0.308), meaning Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Work Environment and Performance of employees of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of Bhabinkamtibnas work effectiveness on performance of village head in managing village funds at Sembawa district Banyuasin. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were all employees of the village office of the Sembawa district of i.e. 121 employees. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using pearson product moment correlation. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were Bhabinkamtibnas work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on performance of village head in managing village funds at Sembawa district Banyuasin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation (X) on teacher performance (Y) at 187 Palembang Elementary School. This research is quantitative and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to respondents to be answered. The sample used is a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, namely 42 teaching staff. The method of data analysis is simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Service Products and Service Solutions) version 24. The results of this study indicate that partially work motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) at 187 Palembang Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer perceptions on the decision to use the postnew normal Grab application (especially transportation services) in the city of Palembang. This study took samples using a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. Nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. The results of the research based on regression calculations and hypothesis testing show that consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the post-new normal Grab application (especially transportation services) in the city of Palembang, as well as the decision to use the post-new normal Grab application (especially transportation services) in the city of Palembang. Palembang is more dominated by the influence of indicators because it is equipped with Grab protect, namely plastic partitions to protect drivers and passengers.
