Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects motivation on employee performance of DPD Askonas South Sumatera Province. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were all employees DPD Askonas South Sumatera Province of i.e. 40 employees. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using SPSS. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were motivation no significant effect on employee performance of DPD Askonas South Sumatera Province. This shows that the tcount value of the motivation variable is 1.937 while the t-table value is 2.024. In addition, the significance value of 0.060 is greater than the alpha value of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of non-performing loans (NPL) and return on assets (ROA) on stock returns in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. By using 2 indicators, namely Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Return On Assets (ROA) as independent variables, and Stock Returns as the dependent variable. This study uses corporate financial statement data taken from www.idx.co.id.The population of this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period with a sample of 12 companies so that the total n (data) studied for 3 years was 36. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling using multiple linear regression analysis of the SPSS for Windows Version 22 program. The results of this study obtained an R Square (R2) value of 0.185 (18.5%) which means stock returns can be explained by NPL and ROA, the remaining 81.5% influenced by other factors not included in this study. Fcount value 4.975 > Ftable value of 4.13 with a significant level of 0.013 <0.05, which means that the NPL and ROA variables have a significant effect on stock returns. Results the t test for the NPL variable is 0.616 with a significance level of 0.542 > 0.05 which means that NPL has no effect on stock returns and the ROA variable test results are 3.144 with a significant level of 0.004 <0.05 which means ROA has an effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction levels at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Belitang II Branch, through indicators of service quality variables.The sample used in this study was the customers of Bank BTPN Syariah Belitang II Branch as many as 92 respondents, the data were obtained through a questionnaire. The method used in taking this sample is the probability sampling technique; simple random sampling. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version 25 program.The results of testing the hypothesis, from the statistical test results it can be seen that tcount obtained a value of ttable with a value of 9.622> 1.662 and a sig. < 0.05 with a value (0.000 <0.05) thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the service quality variable on the level of customer satisfaction. The X coefficient value is 0.629 indicating that if the value of the independent variable (service quality) is 1, then the customer satisfaction level will increase by 0.629. If it is assumed that if the company uses Service Quality (X), the Customer Satisfaction Level (Y) will increase by 62.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Web Commerce (WCM) system in increasing profitability at PT. Hamparan Anugerah Palembang. The data used in this study are secondary data, The results showed that the profitability ratio of net profit margin (Net Profit Margin) in 2017 increased several times compared to the profitability period in several months in 2016,decreasing only 5 times, namely in April, June, July, September, and October. Meanwhile, the increase in Net Profit Margin profitability ratio occurred 7 times, namely in January, February, March, May, August, November, and December. Thus the use of the Web Commerce (WCM) system is quite efficient in increasing profitability at PT. Hamparan Anugerah Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to: find out how the quality of drug service to consumers at Faturrahman Pharmacy and find out how consumer satisfaction in receiving drug services at Faturrahman Pharmacy.The research method used in this study is associative (influence), namely this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Fathurrahman Pharmacy in Kayuagung.Data analysis uses product moment correlation analysis and uses the R formula with the data collection method through questionnaires. The subject of this study was a consumer of Fathurrahman Pharmacy and a sample of 96 respondents was determined. Based on the calculation results using the product moment coefficient formula, the value of r = 0.9993 while the r table for n = 94 (96-2) with an error level of 5% or 0.05 is 0.2006. So, r count is greater than r table (0.9993>0.2006), this means that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of Fathurrahman Pharmacy.Judging from the calculation, the value of the coefficient of determination is 99.86%. This means that the influence of personnel management information systems on employee performance is 99.86% and the remaining 0.14% is influenced by other factors. The results showed that Service Quality (X) has a correlation and affects Fathurrahman Pharmacy Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of promotion, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo Smartphones in Palembang Square, Palembang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used by researchers is purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were 96 people. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS model. The conclusion from the research that can be drawn is that there is a simultaneous influence of promotion, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo Smartphones in Palembang Square, Palembang City. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (Service Quality) on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction) is 33.1%, while the remaining 66.9% is influenced by other variables, such as service quality, location and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Highways, South Sumatra Province. The results show that partially/individually the transformational leadership style has a significant effect of 32.9% and interpersonal communication has a significant effect of 26.4% on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Public Works Department of Highways. Simultaneously/together, transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication have a significant effect of 65.8% on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Public Works Department of Highways. The application of a transformational leadership style is the factor that has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Public Works Department of Highways, South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of capital structure on stock returns of industrial sector companies in Indonesia. Capital structure in this study is measured by long term debt to capital, total debt to capitalization, short term debt to total assets, and debt to equity ratio, while the dependent variable is the stock return of companies in the Industrial Sector. This research data is panel data from Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2022. The sampling technique was non-probability and sample selection was based on purposive sampling to obtain 38 companies. The research data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that a company's capital structure can influence stock returns in the industrial sector. Capital structure refers to the composition of the sources of funds used by a company, such as share capital and debt. Each industrial sector has a preference for a different capital structure. Stable industries with predictable revenues may tend to have lower capital structures. Meanwhile, companies in fastgrowing sectors may be more inclined to use debt to fund growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CEO Power on the selection of qualified auditors with profitability as a moderator. This study uses a sample of small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the PEFINDO 25 index May 2023, the data used is company data from 2020-2022. Hypothesis testing using logistic regression analysis. The results of the study show that profitability does not moderate the influence of CEO Power on the selection of qualified auditors. The results of this study are expected to increase literacy regarding what factors can influence the selection of auditors. In addition, the CEO of the company also must consider thoroughly when selecting auditors for his/her company in order to maintain the quality of company’s financial reporting.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency.The formulation of the problem in this study is how does the influence of work motivation on the productivity of employees of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to identify the effect of work motivation on the productivity of employees of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency. The samplingtechnique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 43 respondents. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality analysis, simple regression analysis, statistical test (t) and the coefficient ofdetermination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the partial hypothesis testof Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on Employee Productivity. Theresults of simple regression analysis show that the Work Motivation Variable has a positive effect on the Employee Productivity variable. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination show that themotivation variable has a very strong relationship and influences employee productivity at the Sports Youth and Tourism Office in Banyuasin Regency.
