Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze capacity building, obstacles in increasing capacity building and efforts/solutions to overcome these obstacles. This is based on the imbalance between the operation of the pilot training system and the needs of the pilot. There were 20% of pilot trainees who had their training postponed and of the 16 required trainings, around 30% of the pilots trained only attended 4 of the trainings. Total training does not include 13 Specialized Training. This research was conducted at PT Garuda Indonesia from April to August 2021. This study used a qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, literature study, and interviews with 7 informants. The concept used in this research is capacity building. The results of this study are that the system for increasing capacity building is very good because Garuda Indonesia has its own training plan, but in practice there are currently obstacles due to the Covid-19 pandemic, where out of around 16 basic training, only 4 trainings are carried out. by prospective pilots and no specialized training has been followed. PT. Garuda Indonesia provides a forum for all its employees in the form of associations in each field, such as that of Garuda pilots, there is an association called the Garuda Pilots Association (APG) which accommodates various suggestions, inputs, complaints and various improvement efforts from all existing pilots to submitted to the leadership through the APG

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the business feasibility of the Spicypedia UMKM. The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative with an analysis of 7 aspects of business feasibility studies which include legal aspects, marketing aspects, technical aspects, sosial economic aspects, management/organizational aspects, environmental aspects and financial aspects. The technique of collecting data in this study is by observing objects at the company, documentation, and direct interviews with the parties concerned. The results of the analysis of the legal aspects stated that it was not yet feasible, while for the other 6 aspects it showed positive results that the business being carried out by the Spicypedia MSME was feasible to do.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and service quality have on consumer satisfaction (Study at The Body Shop of Botani Square Mall in Bogor). The research method used is quantitative methods. The sample consisted of 160 respondents who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling method. The data was analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially product quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, with a value of 0.369 or 36.9%. Partially, service quality also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a value of 0.176 or 17.6%. Simultaneously, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a value of 0.392 or 39.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the Culinary Business Feasibility Study at Coffee Shop Pilona Coffee in the 202 periode sighted from financial and non-financial aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach and includes case study research, thus the results of this research are descriptive analysis namely in the form of written or spoken words from the observed behavior especially related to how the culinary business method is carried out at the Coffee Shop in Tangerang City for the 202 period. The results of the research state that the development of the Coffee Shop business owned by Mr. Urip Nursalim is very feasible to carry out and keep running and even developed. Consideration of this feasibility is based on non-financial aspects, namely market aspects and marketing aspects including Product, Price, Place and Promotion, while the financial aspect, namely PP (Payback Period) occurs for 0.5 years or 5 months, NPV > 0, that is Rp. 130,703,893, P value > 1 amounting 3.3 and the IRR value for this investment is 58.5% higher than the interest rate in 2021.

Abstract

The crowding of coffee shops in the city of Depok is one of the impacts of lifestyle changes and the increasing demand for coffee consumption by the community. Consumers also often make coffee shops as a place to gather with friends, do assignments and working. At the present time self-actualization can be done by following various kinds of current trends such as trends in technology, music, fashion and culture etc. This is increasingly interesting to study in order to find out how psychological and sociological theories influence consumer purchasing decisions, which are considered to be more consumptive and the higher the enthusiasm for coffee shops. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-actualization and hangout lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Konnichiwa coffee in Depok City. This type of research is quantitative, non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling method using 110 respondents who have made purchases at Konnichiwa coffee. Data collection used a questionnaire on Googleform with a Likert scale of 1-5 with 22 statement items. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the self-actualization variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The hangout lifestyle (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Self-actualization (X1) and hangout lifestyle (X2) have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions on konnichiwa coffee in Depok City.

Abstract

The Impact of Attitude, Motivation and Family Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship of Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem Campus STIAMI Institute Batches of 2017 - 2020 The research aims to examine the impact of attitudes, motivations and family environment on entrepreneurial interest of Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem campus of the STIAMI Institute batches of 2017 - 2020. The type of this research was associative causal research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents and processed using SPSS v26. The data used in this research are Primary data and Secondary data. The population in this research was Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem Institute of STIAMI batches 2017 – 2020. The sample is taken with random sampling method. The sample used was 265 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that (1) Attitude has a positive and significant effect on interest in Entrepreneurship 26,5% (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in Entrepreneursip 51% (3) Family Environment has a positive and significant on interest in Entrepreneurship 10% (4) Attitude, Motivation and Family Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effects on interest in Entrepreneurship 61% and 39% has been influenced by other factors which were not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

In the current technology, there is a competition between traditional business have contributed to developing its effort through technology. The growing competition among small businesses pushes each traditional entrepreneur and implementing online sales to the current businesses listed. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze how the practices of the e-commerce system, constraints in the application of the e-commerce system, and find out what is the solution to overcoming obstacles to the Warmindo Abang Adek Jakarta. The method used by researchers is an in-depth interview method of business owners Warmindo Abang Adek Jakarta. Based on the results of the research, the e-commerce application on Warmindo Abang Adek Jakarta concurs with e-commerce and conventionally. The application of e-commerce has a contributing role in sales volume and competition. Therefore, Warmindo Abang Adek Jakarta has been listed as a go-food partner since 2016 which was the first known to the public, but the owners don’t understand the e-commerce system. forasmuch any online business or place will run smoothly if the owner understands the cooperation current system. From this research, it can be known that it’s important to overcome obstacles to Warmindo Abang Adek efforts. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and price on residential product purchase decision at PT Lentera Indonesia Sejahtera North Tambun. The research method used was a quantitative method. The data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population of this study was consumers who had taken or had a housing credit agreement at the Green Srimahi Residence 2 PT Lentera Indonesia Sejahtera North Tambun. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with the Census Sample method (saturated sample) with 68 samples. The analysis of the data used was a multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistic software version 28. The results showed that, partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the Product Quality variable on Purchase Decision by 63.4%, partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the Price variable on Purchase Decision by 66.3%, partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the Product Quality and Price variables on Purchase Decision by 72.1%, the remaining 29.9% was explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how much influence product innovation andproduct quality had on the purchasing decisions of customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi. This study employed a quantitative approach by using a survey method. The sample in this study were customers who had ordered customized jerseys at Republic Jersey at least once and obtained as many as 160 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that Product Innovation (X1) partially positively and significantly affected Purchasing Decisions (Y) for customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 29.5%. Product Quality (X2) positively and significantly affected Purchasing Decisions (Y) for customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 46.3%. Taken together, Product Innovation (X1)and Product Quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect on PurchasingDecision (Y) customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 48.5%. Last, the remaining 51.5% was influenced by other variables that were notresearched such as promotion, prices and location

Abstract

Tutoring is the provision of assistance to children in solving learning problems that they do not understand. Free tutoring referred to in this study is the provision of assistance to school subjects that are not understood, approaches and services to children so that they recognize themselves and are able to make the right decisions in their learning activities. This research was conducted in Lopang village, Kembangbahu district, Lamongan district with 26 respondents. This study aims to analyze whether or not there is an effect of free tutoring on learning motivation, with the data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The approach used is quantitative with a simple linear regression model with SPSS. In SPSS the significance is written by default as 0.05. From the hypothesis test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the free tutoring variable has a significant effect on children's learning motivation in Lopang village. This is shown in the Summary data where the R Square value or coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.090, which means that the independent variable or free tutoring affects the dependent variable as much as 9%, the remaining 91% is influenced by other factors. With a value (Sig.) of 0.138, which means a probability value greater than 5%, which is 0.05, it indicates that Free Tutoring has no effect on Learning Motivation.
