Abstract

Pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) secara langsung merupakan tonggak awal munculnya orang kuat lokal (local strongman). Fenomena ini salah satunya terjadi di Kabupaten Demak melalui keterlibatan Noer Halim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Noer Halim dalam membajak pasangan lawan guna membangun koalisi yang dominan, sekaligus mengidentifikasi perannya di luar posisi sebagai penyandang dana utama (voter funder) salah satu calon Bupati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan di Kabupaten Demak. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Noer Halim dalam membentuk koalisi pada Pilkada Demak tahun 2020 bertumpu pada taktik "pembajakan politik" (political hijacking). Strategi ini dilakukan dengan cara menarik pasangan calon lawan untuk memperlemah kekuatan politik rival sekaligus mengamankan basis suara mayoritas. Mengingat penelitian ini terbatas pada konteks kontestasi pemilihan bupati, peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas kajian terkait peran local strongman dalam ranah dinamika politik yang lebih luas, seperti pada tingkat legislatif maupun kebijakan publik.

Abstract

Ecotourism is a form of sustainable tourism that has the potential to provide economic benefits to local communities while maintaining environmental sustainability. The presence of ecotourism destinations is expected to create business and employment opportunities that can improve the welfare of surrounding communities. This study aims to examine the impact of ecotourism on the income of local communities around the Wisata Alam Taman Rusa tourism destination in Aceh Besar Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of village officials, tourism managers, business owners, workers, and other relevant stakeholders selected purposively. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors influencing tourism development. The findings indicate that the existence of Wisata Alam Taman Rusa has positively affected local community income through the creation of business opportunities and employment. In addition, tourism activities contribute to village revenue and support local economic development. Therefore, sustainable ecotourism management has significant potential to enhance the welfare of local communities.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally transformed consumer behavior, particularly in the context of purchasing high-involvement products such as ornamental birds. This study aims to examine the influence of social media utilization, service quality, and seller knowledge on consumer purchase decisions at the El Rozy Lampung Color Dove Farm. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, involving 200 respondents selected through purposive sampling from a population of 250 consumers. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that social media utilization, service quality, and seller knowledge each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously. Notably, seller knowledge emerged as the most dominant factor influencing consumer purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.551 reveals that these three variables collectively explain 55.1% of the variance in purchase decisions. These findings contribute to the marketing literature by highlighting the critical role of seller expertise in specialized markets and offer practical guidance for ornamental bird farms seeking to optimize their digital marketing strategies and service quality to enhance consumer trust and purchasing outcomes.

Abstract

Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 adalah pajak atas penghasilan berupa gaji, upah, honorarium, tunjangan, dan pembayaran lain dengan nama dan dalam bentuk apapun sehubungan dengan pekerjaan atau jabatan, jasa, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh orang pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penghitungan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 atas gaji karyawan pada Koperasi Primkoppolres Kediri Kota dalam rangka perencanaan pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan PPh pasal 21 gaji karyawan Koperasi Primkoppolres Kediri Kota telah dilakukan secara benar berdasarkan Ketentuan Undang-Undang Perpajakan

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between information capacity, personal motivation, social motivation, and behavioral skills in HIV/AIDS prevention among young people. A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 108 students from a private university in Semarang City selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis to examine the relationships among variables. The findings showed that most participants had high information capacity, high personal motivation, low social motivation, and good behavioral skills in HIV/AIDS prevention. However, no statistically significant relationship was found between information capacity, personal motivation, social motivation, and behavioral skills related to HIV/AIDS prevention (p > 0.05). These findings indicate that improving knowledge and motivation alone may not be sufficient to promote preventive behaviors among young people. This study concludes that information capacity, personal motivation, social motivation, and behavioral skills were not significantly associated with HIV/AIDS prevention behavior. The novelty of this study lies in examining the integrated Information–Motivation–Behavioral Skills (IMB) model among Indonesian university students and demonstrating that these constructs alone may not adequately explain HIV/AIDS preventive behavior, highlighting the need to consider additional contextual and environmental factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi bahan ajar IPAS berbasis ADLX Introplex melalui integrasi kearifan lokal dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa akibat penggunaan bahan ajar yang kurang kontekstual dan belum mengakomodasi potensi lokal. Pendekatan ADLX Introplex digunakan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran yang menekankan pengalaman belajar adaptif, eksploratif, dan kontekstual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (isi sesuai metode: eksperimen semu / PTK / R&D) dengan subjek penelitian siswa (isi jenjang dan lokasi). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes hasil belajar, observasi aktivitas siswa, dan angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar serta efektivitas implementasi bahan ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bahan ajar IPAS berbasis ADLX Introplex yang terintegrasi dengan kearifan lokal mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan keaktifan, motivasi, dan pemahaman konsep siswa karena materi yang disajikan lebih dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar ini dinilai efektif dan relevan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah

Abstract

This study examines firm value dynamics in the industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2024 by analyzing the effects of asset growth, capital structure, and operating cash flow. A quantitative explanatory approach was applied using secondary data from the annual reports of 16 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using panel data regression with EViews 13, and the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was identified as the most appropriate model based on the Hausman test. The results show that, partially, asset growth and operating cash flow do not have a significant effect on firm value. This indicates that asset expansion without productivity improvement and operating cash flow that is not effectively allocated to high-return investments are insufficient to enhance firm value. In contrast, capital structure has a positive and significant effect, highlighting the importance of financing decisions in value creation. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence firm value, with an adjusted R-squared of 0.544, indicating moderate explanatory power. This suggests that other factors such as corporate governance and macroeconomic conditions may also affect firm value.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of tourism experience dimensions—hedonism, novelty, local culture, refreshment, meaningfulness, involvement, and knowledge—on tourist satisfaction. The research addresses a gap in the literature, as limited studies have simultaneously investigated multiple dimensions of tourism experience, particularly within the context of artificial tourist attractions. The study focuses on tourists who visited Atlantis Land Surabaya in 2025. This study highlights the need to improve the management of Atlantis Land Surabaya in order to strengthen its image and enhance the tourism competitiveness of Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that, collectively, all dimensions of tourism experience significantly influence tourist satisfaction. However, at the individual level, not all variables demonstrate significant effects. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing tourism experiences by fostering innovation and creating more interactive and integrated offerings. Strengthening these aspects is essential to improving overall tourist satisfaction and ensuring the competitiveness of the tourist attraction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic social capital in the development of local tourism in Gunung Pawon, Payangan, Ambulu, Jember. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore how Islamic values such as trust (amanah), norms (shura), reciprocity (ta’awun), social networks (silaturahim), and shared goals (ukhuwah Islamiyah) are applied in community-based tourism management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving tourism managers, MSME actors, and visitors. The findings show that Islamic social capital plays a crucial role as the foundation of tourism management, strengthening cooperation, transparency, and community participation. Trust builds openness in management, norms guide collective decision-making, networks support promotion and communication, reciprocity enhances economic benefits for local communities, and shared goals unite stakeholders in developing sustainable tourism. Overall, Islamic social capital contributes significantly to the sustainability of Gunung Pawon tourism by fostering harmony, economic empowerment, and community-based development.

Abstract

Pelayanan persalinan di masyarakat telah mengalami perubahan besar. Lebih dari 1 dekade terakhir tren persalinan di dunia berubah dari normal berpindah menjadi persalinan SC (Sectio Caesarea). Peningkatan prevalensi persalinan normal dan caesar yang tidak selalu diikuti dengan pemahaman yang memadai mengenai indikasi medisnya menunjukkan perlunya penelitian yang lebih mendalam tentang studi komparasi faktor risiko non medis pada persalinan normal dan caesar di RSUD Cut Meutia Aceh Utara untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih tepat dan berbasis bukti, dari sisi non-medis. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif menggunakan desain case control. Sampel penelitian ini pasien yang melahirkan normal di RSUD Cut Meutia Aceh Utara sebanyak 48 orang dan yang melahirkan caesar sebanyak 48 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner pada tanggal 10 sampai 17 Juni 2025, sedangkan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik menggunakan Stata.Hasil analisis menunjukkan hanya kualitas tidur ibu yang menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna secara statistik antara persalinan pervaginam dan caesar (p = 0,035) dan yang dominan dengan terjadinya persalinan normal dan caesar  di RSUD Cut Meutia Aceh Utara (P = 0,035 < 0,05).Disarankan bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Utara terkait untuk meningkatkan program edukasi dan penyuluhan rutin kepada ibu hamil mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesehatan selama kehamilan, khususnya kualitas tidur, pengelolaan penyakit penyerta, serta pola hidup sehat. Penyuluhan sebaiknya melibatkan keluarga terdekat agar dukungan terhadap ibu hamil semakin optimal, serta disertai pemantauan kesehatan ibu secara berkala di fasilitas kesehatan
