Abstract

SIMPEG is organized to manage personnel data quickly, precisely and accurately to support personnel administration management policies. The Bantul Regency Government has built and developed a web-based SIMPEG with the name SAPA ASN (State Civil Apparatus Integrated Service Application System) since 2017. In practice there are still various problems, including that there are still different main sets for this policy, as well as implementation which is still ongoing. There is a group of ASN who still do not understand the benefits of the policy, and also the changes in data and its dynamics are still not in sync with ASN data in the national civil service section. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, namely wanting to describe the phenomenon being studied in depth. The object of the research is the implementation of the SIMPEG SAPA ASN policy in Bantul Regency. The research subjects were BKPSDM leaders, SIMPEG operators and ASN as system users. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data analysis starts from data identification, data reduction, data interpretation, research conclusions, and to determine the validity of the data, data triangulation is also carried out from observations, interviews and documentation data. The research results show that the implementation of the SIMPEG SAPA ASN policy at BKPSDM in Bantul Regency has gone quite well, this cannot be separated from the capacity of the implementers which is sufficient to support the implementation of the policy. Judging from the perception and consistency of policy implementers and policy makers, it is also relevant so that there is no gap between the two. Success is also due to the support of adequate supporting infrastructure and the availability of budget to maintain and repair system supporting hardware. The implementation of SIMPEG helps all ASN in Bantul, especially in storing data, making data changes and other personnel information.

Abstract

Leadership is something that is quite dynamic and evolves over time. Many have put forward their ideas about leadership. One of them is the concept of leadership put forward by Ki Hadjar Dewantara which includes 3 aspects that are independent and interrelated. This management concept does not differentiate people based on their levels, but rather based on their roles. This role can be front, middle, and back. In the sense that the leader must be able to adapt to the situation, sometimes the leader's role is in front (leading, directing and directing), sometimes his role is in the middle (mediator, being neutral and impartial) and sometimes behind (to support, encourage and give freedom to members to be creative according to their respective talents). This article discusses the concept of leadership according to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the influence and strategies that can be done in applying this concept.

Abstract

In the era of rapidly developing social media, political campaigns have experienced changes in approach and strategy. Social media is an online medium where users can easily participate, share, create content, which includes blogs, social networks, forums, and virtual worlds. Political campaigns have experienced significant changes on social media, especially on the popular TikTok platform. This research aims to analyze the creative campaign strategy of presidential candidate Anis Baswedan on TikTok. Anis Baswedan's campaign on TikTok succeeded in creating interesting, creative content and interacting with the audience effectively. With an innovative approach, this campaign was able to expand the reach of political messages and gain significant support from young voters. It is important to adapt political campaign strategies to the latest social media trends to achieve success in political communication in the digital era. With a focus on the case study of presidential candidate Anis Baswedan's creative campaign on the TikTok platform, literature analysis was used to investigate literature related to research methods relevant to political campaigns and social media. The research results provide insight into the strategies, tactics, and impact of political campaigns on social media and facilitate a better understanding of interactions between candidates and voters in a digital context.

Abstract

Tanjung Luar Village is a fishing village located in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The existence of this village is the center of local fishery production. Tanjung Luar fishermen mostly use boats to catch fish. The ships used are 2-5 GT in size. The fishing gear used by fishermen is fishing line. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of fish caught and the composition of the fish caught. This research was conducted for 2 months from March to May 2023 in Tanjung Luar Village. The data used is by direct observation in the field. Fish sampling was carried out using simple random sampling method with data analysis using the slovin formula to determine trips and identification books to identify fish caught. The results showed that the types of fish were grouped into 7 orders, 12 families and 14 genera dominated by the main types of fish caught using troll line, namely Skipjack with a percentage of the total catch of 56.3% and Tuna fish with a percentage of the total catch of 28.3%. Meanwhile, the main catch using hand line was grouper with 2.04% of total catch, 2.68% white snapper and 3.53% elder brother fish. By-catch that has an economic selling value is dominated by beard and moon fish with a total percentage of 0.22% and 0.56% respectively.

Abstract

Karya tari yang diberi judul Umbua-Umbua ini terinspirasi dari kegiatan mengusir burung yang menitikberatkan pada fungsi wayang masyarakat padi dalam membantu melindungi padi dari serangan hama. Untuk menggarap konsep yang lahir dalam sebuah karya tari, seniman memaknai fungsi wayang masyarakat sawah. Kemudian para perajin memanfaatkan sifat-sifat topi, pagar jerami dan tali sobek. Eksplorasi gerak berkaitan dengan perkembangan gerak yang dihasilkan oleh efek gerak wayang dari ladang yang ditarik dengan tali kemudian dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan lahan pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam lahirnya karya ini meliputi observasi, pengolahan data, eksplorasi, improvisasi, pembentukan dan evaluasi. Karya tari ini terdiri dari tiga bagian, bagian pertama menggambarkan suasana sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan manggaro, bagian kedua menafsirkan respon hama terhadap gerak wayang orang di sawah, dan bagian ketiga mengolah suara-suara yang dihasilkan. oleh properti untuk menakut-nakuti hama. Abstract

General elections should be an important stage in social and state life, because in this election, the community is involved or involved as a fundamental element that determines the functioning of democracy. Democracy will its purity is maintained in the hands of election organizers and the people. One phenomenon that often occurs during elections is political crime and legal irregularities that tarnish the image of the democratic party are money politics political). This research aims to analyze the juridical practices of money politics by political elites with the aim of buying people's votes and destructive forms of political behavior government building. The research method used is normative legal research equipped with analytical, conceptualization and comparative approaches by prioritizing data secondary with qualitative analysis. The research results show practice money politics carried out by political elites with the aim of buying people's votes, among others other: money is the root of problems and damage to the building of government and democracy, and the power of the practice of bribery has entered the deepest pores or tissues of life society is proven, both to fight for and reap the values of goodness, justice, and human dignity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM pada mata pelajaran Dasar Desain; (2) mendeskripsikan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM pada mata pelajaran Dasar Desain; (3) menganalisis hasil belajar siswa menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM pada mata pelajaran Dasar Desain. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yakni: (1) studi pendahuluan; (2) merancang desain perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM; (3) validasi dan revisi media, dan (4) ujicoba empiris perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM dan revisi final. Desain penelitian ujicoba empiris dilakukan dengan menggunakan The One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Untuk menganalisis perbedaan skor hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah pengajaran menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM, digunakan uji-t (t-test). Penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) hasil validasi terhadap perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM pada: silabus sebesar 4.70, RPP sebesar 4.80, dan LKS sebesar 4.70, dan dinyatakan sangat valid sehingga layak digunakan sebagai perangkat pembelajaran; (2) keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM dinyatakan efektif, karena diperoleh ketuntasan belajar siswa ≥ 75 secara individu maupun klasikal; dan (3) terdapat perbedaan skor hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model PBM.

Abstract

Money laundering offenses, especially those related to narcotics, have garnered serious attention in Indonesia's legal system. This article provides an overview of the legal aspects of money laundering associated with narcotics crimes, focusing on the case of the defendant, Mohd. Azwar. The research employs a case study method and legal analysis to uncover the relationship between narcotics offenses and money laundering committed by the defendant. The results indicate that the defendant engaged in a series of financial transactions inconsistent with his income as a seafood trader, indicating money laundering from narcotics-related crimes. Although the defendant received a one-year prison sentence, the author argues that the sentencing should reflect the concept of Concursus or concurrency offenses, in line with Article 3 of Law Number 8 of 2010. In conclusion, there is a need for fair law enforcement and a broader understanding of the concept of concurrency in responding to money laundering offenses related to narcotics.

Abstract

Pentingnya integritas nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam pendidikan anak usia dini untuk memperkuat pembentukan karakter dan moralitas anak, menekankan perlunya memastikan bahwa pendidikan akhlak tidak hanya diajarkan secara konseptual, melainkan diimplementasikan secara aktif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki penerapan nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam pendidikan akhlak anak usia dini melalui studi literatur yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur melalui pengumpulan data yang berasal dari artikel, jurnal, dan buku-buku yang relevan dengan fokus kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai metode dan strategi yang digunakan dalam penerapan nilai-nilai agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak anak usia dini, termasuk penggunaan materi ajar yang relevan, metode pengajaran yang interaktif, dan integrasi nilai-nilai dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Political communication has an important role in shaping the image strategy of potential leaders in the eyes of the public. Appropriate political branding is aimed at increasing electability through forming positive public opinion towards candidates. This research aims to analyze which message designs and political communication channels are most effective in building a strong reputation and image for a potential leader. A literature study was carried out on several references related to political communication strategies in relation to candidate imaging. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study methodology, namely by looking for various references regarding the image of potential leaders, both from books and scientific journals. Apart from that, political communication strategies that encourage positive differentiation towards political opponents also play an important role in increasing electability. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of coordinating all elements of political communication in order to maximize the effectiveness of a candidate's image.
