Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the strategic management of the Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding School sections in improving the managerial competence of the head of the Equality Education madrasah at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School (PKPPS) throughout Bekasi Regency". This study used qualitative research. Data is taken through interviews, observations and documents obtained in the field. The results of this study are known that there are 70% of heads of Equality Education madrasahs at Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools (PKPPS) low in managerial competence even though this competence is a very important requirement in managing Equality Education madrasahs at Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools owned by Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools. Then this matter must immediately get attention and solutions.  To overcome this condition, it must be studied or researched so that it can be a material for the proposal of the Religious Office program in Bekasi Regency. So that it can be budgeted in the Regional Budget (APBD). Then there is a need for strategic management by the Diniyah Education section and Islamic Boarding School so that they are able to design guidelines for planning, implementation and control of the managerial ability improvement program of the head of the Equality Education madrasah at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School (PKPPS) in Bekasi district.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made significant strides in various fields, including language-related tasks and educational applications. This study explores students' perceptions of the impact of Grammarly, an AI-powered writing assistant, on English grammar. Grammarly provides users with grammar and spelling correction, style suggestions, and writing enhancements. By investigating students' attitudes, experiences, and opinions regarding Grammarly, valuable insights can be gained into how this AI technology influences English grammar learning and writing proficiency. Through a mixed-methods approach involving surveys and interviews, data were collected from a diverse group of students across different educational institutions. The findings reveal multifaceted perspectives, highlighting the advantages, challenges, and implications of incorporating Grammarly as a grammar tool in language education. This research contributes to the existing knowledge on the integration of Grammarly and similar AI technologies, providing practical insights for educators, policymakers, and AI developers seeking to enhance English grammar instruction through innovative AI tools

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Citizen Language Behavior on Instagram Media Related to Removing Hijab. The purpose of this study is to describe comments on Instagram that are in accordance with the politeness principles. The method used is a descriptive method by describing quantitative data. This study also use the pragmatic analysis as tool of language to explore and define the language behavior that appeared on Instagram media. Furthermore, the results of this study found 101 utterances that were in accordance with the politeness principle with a percentage of 100%. The politeness principle referred to includes: (A) tact maxims of 8 utterances or 7.9%; (B) the maxim of generosity is 4 utterances or 3.9%, (C) the maxim of appreciation is 25 utterances or 24.8%; (D) the maxim of simplicity is 17 utterances or 16.8%; (E) the maxim of agreement is 26 utterances or 25.8%; and (F) sympathy maxim of 21 utterances or 20.8%.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology or artificial intelligence (AI) can be found in various aspects of life, for example in entertainment media such as animated films. One of the animated films that use AI technology is Luca. This film presents realistic visuals as it creates a vivid effect on the characters and the setting. Broadly speaking, the film Luca tells the story of the adventures of a sea monster boy named Luca Paguro and his relationship with humans. In this relationship, Luca and the sea monsters often experience bullying by humans. However, Luca is finally able to reconcile the relationship between his group and the humans who were initially lame. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of bullying in Luca's film and criticize the society. In this film, three forms of bullying are found; verbal bullying, physical bullying, and relational bullying. Criticism in this film is directed at parents, perpetrators of bullying, and society that is exclusive and also bullies those who are considered different. Through the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Luca's film as one of AI's products can show a portrait of bullying as a social issue that is still commonly found in society. Through this film, the audience can monitor their surroundings as well as evaluate themselves so that bullying behavior can be reduced, or even completely eliminated.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the moral values ​​in the film Cinta Subuh by Ali Farighi. As for specifically covering (1) What are the moral values ​​towards God used by the author in the film Cinta Subuh (2) What are the moral values ​​towards humans used by the author in the film Cinta Subuh and (3) What are the moral values ​​towards oneself used by the author in the film Cinta Subuh. This type of research is library research. The primary data taken from this study is the film Cinta Subuh. While secondary data, researchers took from various sources, ranging from books, journals, articles. The data collection technique in this research is a documentary study by collecting documents and data needed in the research. Data analysis used by researchers in this study, researchers used content analysis methods. Where content analysis is a technique used to draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the film Cinta Subuh contains several moral values. The moral values ​​contained therein contain many positive moral values. This can be indicated by the results of this study that: (1) there are several forms of moral values ​​towards God which the author includes in the characters in the film Cinta Subuh including prayer and tawakal. (2) there are also moral values ​​for fellow human beings in the film's actors, namely helping and compassion as well. (3) moral values ​​towards oneself in the form of moral courage and never giving up.

Abstract

The he quality and success of learning is influenced by the competency and accuracy of the teacher in choosing and using the learning model. The learning model is a plan or a pattern that is used as a guide in planning teaching and learning activities. The teacher can choose a learning model that suits the characteristics of the students. This study aims to determine the implementation of PAI lessons using the Discovery Learning learning model at SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi City, and to explain the constraints and supports for implementing the discovery learning model in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi and how the PAI learning outcomes after using the discovery learning model. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews to gather information. The subjects of this study were high school level students. The results of the study explain that when the learning process in class takes place the teacher's role is as a guide and then assesses student learning outcomes. The discovery learning model is a form of various models that are widely used by educators in the teaching and learning process so that learning objectives are achieved in accordance with learning objectives.

Abstract

The effect of Learning by Doing on PAI subjects in P5BK is important in improving student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the Learning by Doing method to PAI subjects in the program and evaluate its impact on student learning outcomes. The qualitative research method uses a descriptive approach by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students and teachers who carried out P5BK in PAI learning subjects. The results showed that the application of the Learning by Doing method to PAI subjects in the P5BK had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. Students involved in learning that involves practical activities, collaboration, and direct experience have a better understanding of the concepts and application of religious values. It has important implications in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning and creating competent and integrity students

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to find out the digital literacy level of the English teachers at Islamic senior high schools, (2) the differences between public-private school English teachers' levels of digital literacy competence at the Islamic senior high school level, (3) the differences between male and female English teachers' levels of digital literacy competence of English teachers, and (4) the differences between rural and urban area English teachers' levels of digital literacy competence of English teachers. The design is descriptive comparative. 20 English teachers participated in the study. The instrument is five-scale Likert questionnaire. It is a combination of closed and open questions to elicit quantitative and qualitative data. The results indicate that the majority of English teachers' digital literacy levels in Islamic high schools are intermediate. This shows that English teachers have achieved digital literacy competence in the ability to communicate, think critically and evaluate various digital information and content on the internet, and are able to collaborate well through spaces or digital technology facilities. For the origin of schools, there are no specific gaps, but public schools have a more level of competency. Furthermore, there are quite significant differences in competence where male teachers have a higher level of digital literacy competence than female teachers in the four existing indicators. Viewed from the context of rural and urban schools, there is no specific digital literacy level gap. This indicates that teachers from rural and urban schools have commensurate levels of competence.

Abstract

In Society 5.0 Era, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and technology has significantly influenced various education. This study conducts a critical study of the potential of AI and technology as a substitute for teacher presence in teaching Al-Qur'an Hadith. This study aims to evaluate the consistency in scientific texts to maintain the authenticity of religious teachings. This research explores the possibility of utilizing AI, in providing interactive guidance for Al-Qur'an Hadith students. The strengths and limitations of AI are analyzed to understand the interpersonal aspects of the relationship between teachers and students. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of maintaining the religious context inherent in the teachings of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The role of AI in analyzing text content and verifying the credibility of information is discussed, while highlighting the importance of human expertise. This study uses a qualitative methodology, including a literature review, and case studies in the form of interviews from educators and scholars. The research findings aim to provide insight into the potential benefits and challenges of integrating AI and technology in the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning environment. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of achieving a harmonious balance between the progress of AI-based education and the preservation of rich scientific traditions in the study of Al-Qur'an Hadith. This research advocates the use of AI as complementary tools under the guidance of knowledgeable human instructors, thus driving an efficient approach to religious education in the dynamic landscape of Society 5.0.

Abstract

The use of a variety of new technologies in the learning process is getting stronger. The practice produces two general implications, positive and negative. This paper seeks to reveal the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers at the vocational high school level in increasing their digital competence amid the strengthening use of new technology in learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the development of teacher digital competence takes place through two stages. First, the stage of strengthening digital competence by following technical guidance on the management and use of ICT for Vocational High School (SMK) teachers develops it by self-learning through the use of YouTube, makes products in the form of Google Sites, and uses them in the learning process in class. Second, carry out post-guidance guidance programs for teachers and students at the school where the assignment is. The implications of the study are discussed within the framework of an independent curriculum. Practical advice for this study lies in the importance of integrating technical guidance, independent teacher learning, and collaboration between teachers as a basis for developing teacher competence.
