Abstract

Berdasarkan data BPS tahun 2022, sebanyak 65,82 juta jiwa penduduk Indonesia adalah pemuda. Sekitar 60,44% diantaranya adalah usia remaja (16-24 tahun). Jika diasumsikan mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia beragama Islam, maka sebagian besarnya remaja tersebut merupakan remaja muslim. Remaja muslim merupakan subjek aktif pembangun masyarakat. Namun, kondisi remaja muslim, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan, saat ini banyak mengalami masalah kemerosotan moral dan jauh dari nilai-nilai agama. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut, kegiatan dakwah dianggap sebagai salah satu solusinya. Berdakwah kepada mad’u membutuhkan pemahaman tentang perilaku mad’u sebagai pasar sasaran dakwah. Keberhasilan organisasi dakwah memasarkan kegiatan dakwahnya bergantung pada pemahaman terhadap perilaku segmen pasar sasaran dakwah atau mad’u yang dihadapi organisasi tersebut. Salah satu segmen pasar potensial bagi organisasi dakwah adalah segmen pasar remaja. Kajian ini membahas tentang perilaku remaja di perkotaan terhadap kegiatan dakwah sebagai segmen pasar dakwah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif berbasis analisis data kepustakaan. Pendekatan teori menggunakan teori perilaku konsumen Kotler dan Armstrong. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa remaja di perkotaan menginginkan desain kegiatan dakwah yang modern, memberdayakan nalar kritis, memberi solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi remaja di usianya dan mengoptimalkan teknologi.

Abstract

Every organization is required to make decisions in various forms to respond changes in circumstances and conditions so that organizational goals are achieved. Accuracy in making decisions will have an impact on organizational progress, especially for strategic decisions. Da'wah organizational strategic decisions are as important as other organizational strategic decisions. The Pesantren Udara 14.2690 MHz is a da’wah organization that preaches through amateur radio. In development there are several problems experienced internally and require organizational decisions, especially in the development of contemporary interpretation studies. This article aims to describe implementation of strategic decision making for the development of contemporary interpretation studies at the Pesantren Udara 14.2690 MHz. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. Data sourced from interviews, observations, and literature as support. The analysis process uses the theory of strategic decision making. The results: first, the strategic decision-making model is more appropriate for performing organizations, not start-up organizations, so adjustments are needed. Second, adjustments are needed in viewing the problems in the problem identification stage. Third, the development of alternative solutions/strategies doesn’t have to be linear or straight to the problem or negation of the problem, it needs to be adapted to the needs and conditions of the organization.

Abstract

Da'wah organizations need to implement quality planning for organizational development and realize their missionary mission. However, references related to the concept of quality planning that are usually used come from the context of profit organizations, especially manufacturing companies, which are in different conditions from the context of da'wah organizations. Therefore, it is necessary to propose adaptations in the use of a quality planning framework for da'wah organizations. This study aims to provide a critical review and proposal for adapting a quality planning framework for da'wah organizations. The research method used is a qualitative-theoretical approach in the basic research paradigm. The results of this study indicate that quality management is very important in the development of da'wah organizations. Quality planning in da'wah organizations is oriented towards achieving missionary missions and increasing productivity. In compiling a quality plan, it is necessary to determine in advance the organization's quality policy as a guideline for quality improvement. The process of evaluating and improving quality does not have to use the benchmarking and statistical approach that is usually used in the context of manufacturing companies. The output of quality planning in the context of da'wah organizations must contain the features of da'wah products that are in accordance with organizational values ​​and customer expectations and the best process design accompanied by an appropriate and effective process control system. Abstract

Kemampuan mengelola kantor lembaga dakwah merupakan tuntutan bagi manajer dakwah untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja SDM dan optimalisasi program dalam mencapai tujuan. Manajemen kantor akan mampu mendayagunakan seluruh komponen kantor secara integral alih-alih hanya mengambil salah satu aspek saja. Sayangnya kajian yang ada saat ini masih memotret sebagian aspek seperti pengelolaan fisik, pengelolaan SDM atau penataan norma secara parsial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan cara pandang baru terhadap proses manajemen kantor lembaga dakwah secara menyeluruh. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan qualitative non-empirical research (conceptual research) dengan menerapkan analisis sintesis teoritis dari konsep-konsep manajemen strategi dakwah, workplace management, dan pendekatan dakwah berkelanjutan untuk menghasilkan landasan paradigmatis manajemen kantor lembaga dakwah berkelanjutan. Landasan paradigmatis yang ditemukan dalam artikel ini mencakup perlunya reinterpretasi manajemen dakwah sebagai proses berkelanjutan, melibatkan interaksi terus menerus dengan situasi lingkungan yang dinamis; memposisikan tujuan manajemen kantor lembaga dakwah sebagai output yang holistik; mendudukkan kantor sebagai aset strategis bagi keberhasilan program dakwah; memandang kantor sebagai obyek yang kompleks sehingga menuntut pengelolaan integral; mengakomodasi stakeholder secara lebih luas dengan memperhatikan pengguna & lingkungan masyrakat sekitar kantor lembaga dakwah.

Abstract

Abstract: Da'wah managers are responsible for mobilizing and coordinating human resources, one of which is by using leadership. As a leader who is considered to have abilities beyond his members, with this ability the leader is trusted and is expected to be able to mobilize and coordinate human resources. However, the reality on the ground for da'wah managers within the scope of youth prayer leaders, is faced with the problem that the chairman's self-readiness to lead is not ready to use. Still need improvement and polishing of one's ability to be ready to face organizational dynamics in leading young mushola. In the midst of the limitations of the application of leadership design. Then the leadership design is applied in the context of this situation by using Authentic Leadership theory. Authentic Leadership provides an overview of the implementation of leadership by implementing the best version of the leader (chairman Remus) by maintaining the integrity that he already has. Application in this context, provides an overview of the plan, things that need to be prepared and fulfilled to show the best quality according to the Authentic Leadership version. Abstract

Silat sebagai bagian budaya Indonesia memiliki filosofi yang tidak lepas dari semangat agama Islam dan dakwah. Perguruan silat Chakra V Surabaya yang dipimpin oleh Mas Mochamad Amien senafas dengan filosofi tersebut, yakni menghidupkan nilai-nilai dakwah dan Islam, tentunya kekuatan jurus dan kekuatan fisik adalah sebuah keniscayaan sebagai sesuatu yang diandalkan. Dalam konteks dakwah didalam sebuah lembaga, kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang amat besar, termasuk dalam lembaga yang bergerak dibidang seni dan budaya. Mas Mochammad Amien telah menunjukkan kepemimpinan dakwah dalam perguruannya, dimana pola keteladanan cukup kental diterapkan. Kepemimpinan ini membuahkan hasil dimana murid-muridnya bisa merasakan nilai-nilai Islam dan akhlak yang baik didalamnya, bahkan sebagian dari mereka akhirnya memilih menjadi muallaf. Studi ini mencoba mengeksplorasi kepemimpinan dakwah Mas Mochammad Amien diperguruan silatnya sehingga pola-polanya bisa diketahui khususnya dengan pendekatan teori Kouzes dan Posner tentang kepemimpinan keteladan. Teori ini memiliki lima dimensi praktek kepemimpinan pola keteladanan, yakni mencontohkan cara, menginspirasikan visi bersama, menantang proses, memungkinkan orang lain bertindak, dan menyemangati jiwa. Studi dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, melakukan wawancara terhadap pendekar Mas Mochamad Amien dan kepada dua muridnya yang dianggap mewakili telah merasakan produk keteladanan Mas Mochamad Amien.

Abstract

Dengan analisis SWOT, organisasi akan mengidentifikasi keadaan situasi lingkungannya, hal ini amat penting bagi organisasi yang berada dalam dunia yang dinamis seperti sekarang. Manajemen zakat dan infaq pada suatu OPZ (organisasi pengelola zakat) juga penting memahami dan beradaptasi dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal lingkungannya agar bisa memberikan layanan terbaik bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Kebanyakan Analisis SWOT yang dikembangkan saat ini adalah analisis SWOT dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang kurang efisien diterapkan pada organisasi pengelola zakat skala kecil, sehingga diperlukan rumusan prosedur analisa SWOT yang lebih relevan. Artikel ini berorientasi untuk merumuskan prosedur analisis SWOT pada analisa kasus manajemen zakat & Infak di organisasi skala kecil. Pendekatan dalam tulisan ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif melalui studi pustaka. Rumusan prosedur analisis SWOT yang dipaparkan penulis  dalam tulisan ini antara lain pertama, mendefinisikan atau merumuskan konteks baik makro organisasi maupun mikro situasinya. Kedua, merumuskan tujuan dalam melakukan analisis kasus, ketiga, menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Keempat, menyusun alternatif strategi dengan mencocokkan dan merubah faktor – faktor dalam masukan SWOT. Dan keenam, memutuskan pilihan strategi yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengecekan terhadap realitas OPZ.

Abstract

Job Description Eid al-Adha Committee 1441 H Jogokariyan Mosque Abstrac: This research focuses on job descriptions in the Eid al-Adha 1441 H Jogokariyan Mosque committee. The aim of this research is to describe the authority and responsibility, conditions, standards and machines used in each job to make the implementation of the 1441 H Jogokariyan Mosque sacrifice a success. The method used in this research is library or literature study by collecting credible documents and references, then the analysis was carried out using Garry Dessler’s Job description theory approach. The results of the research show that the Eid al-Adha 1441H committee has 16 types of work including: Cow hunting team, animal slaughtering team, consumption team, first aid team, personnel & K3 team, media team, progress report & documentation, offal processing team, shohibul wrapping team, Bone cutting team, Meat weighing & cutting team, Cow & goat straddling team, Cow lifting team, Live cattle weighing team, Cow herding team, Cow & goat drumming team. Each team that is formed has a specific explanation of authority and responsibility according to the needs and conditions of the objective of completing the slaughter of 44 cows and 39 goats, effective and efficient work standards with the use of sophisticated machines so that all the meat is ready to be distributed at 12:10 from 08:00 :00, and the distribution process of 4,750 packs was completed before sunset on the same day. Abstract

Considering that the role of organizational commitment is very important for da'wah organizations to develop and be sustainable, efforts are needed to build commitment in the human resources of da'wah organizations. However, so far academic studies on the aspect of building organizational commitment in missionary organizations are still very limited. Previous literature has investigated factors in building organizational commitment to industry. The aim of this study is to explore the strategies of missionary organizations in building member commitment, through a literature review of the strategies used by the prophet Muhammad in building organizational commitment to human resources, especially during the prophet's preaching in Mecca. The method used is a qualitative library study. The results of the study concluded that the Prophet Muhammad's efforts to build the commitment of member organizations in Mecca were in several ways, namely: internalizing the vision of monotheism, consistent and sustainable awareness-based development, creating a positive climate based on human values, and leading by example. The Prophet Muhammad's strategy in building organizational commitment in Mecca can be an inspiration for da'wah organizations in the pioneering phase.

Abstract

Abstract: IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC DAYCARE STRATEGY FORMULATION: A CASE STUDY OF ALARIC DAYCARE SURABAYA 2023. There have not been many studies regarding strategy formulation in da’wa organizations, this is because of the history of its emergence originating from the military and then being adopted by business companies. Therefore, it is important to develop ideas about implementing strategy formulation in da’wa organizations to produce genuine and compatible concepts. Alaric Daycare Surabaya is an Islamic daycare that is currently formulating a strategy to achieve targets in 2023. This prompted this research to carry out experimentation in implementing strategy formulation based on strategic management disciplines in a child care institution (daycare) based on Islamic values. This research aims to apply the strategy formulation framework as a tool for formulating strategies at Alaric Daycare. The approach is field research with rationalistic qualitative methods. Applied analysis involves inductively combining factors revealed in environmental descriptive data, with emphasis on the logical relationships between them, with the aim of developing strategic solutions. The resulting strategy is optimizing daycare care and education products, improving the quality of caregiver human resources and effective leadership delegation, enforcing caregiving SOPs, and increasing HR compensation to reduce high turnover rates.
