Matematika tetap menjadi subjek yang dianggap menantang oleh anak-anak sekolah, dengan banyak siswa masih melihatnya sebagai bidang studi yang membosankan dan rumit karena rumus abstrak dan kurangnya aplikasi dunia nyata yang dirasakan. Terlepas dari kesalahpahaman umum ini, matematika berdiri sebagai disiplin kritis yang terus maju di era Industri 4.0, menyelaraskan dirinya dengan kemajuan pengetahuan ilmiah dan perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi metode berbasis permainan dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan hasil belajar. Pendekatan metodologis yang diadopsi dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Tinjauan Sastra Sistematis (SLR), yang terdiri dari pengawasan dan analisis pilihan artikel untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang bermakna. Secara khusus, tinjauan mencakup pemeriksaan sepuluh artikel yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Temuan penyelidikan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan gamified untuk pendidikan matematika tidak hanya membuat proses pembelajaran menyenangkan tetapi juga menghasilkan dampak positif pada kinerja akademik siswa di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Selain itu, selain memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang konsep matematika, pemanfaatan permainan menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi yang meningkat di antara siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Selain itu, strategi pedagogis ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, menumbuhkan suasana belajar yang ramah, dan mempromosikan peningkatan interaksi sosial di antara teman sebaya.

This article discusses learning mathematics using Android applications. Learning mathematics is a complicated subject for students. Therefore, there is a need for learning methods that are innovative and appropriate to the times, such as technology-based learning. Android applications can be used as an alternative mathematics learning method because of their ease of access and use. Android applications can present mathematics learning material interactively in the form of text, graphics, images, animations and simulations. Students can study material anytime and anywhere independently using a smartphone. This article will explain further the benefits of learning mathematics using Android applications for students and the challenges they face. The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of learning mathematics using Android applications for students and the challenges faced in learning mathematics using Android applications. It is hoped that this research can provide an overview of the potential of Android applications as an alternative mathematics learning method that is innovative and appropriate to the times.

The purpose of this research is to determine the benefits of using the photomath application in learning. Nowadays, students can use media to help solve problems when working on math problems, including watching learning videos on YouTube, or even using math applications such as Photomath. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method from journals published in 2022 & 2023. The results of this research are that the use of the photomath application can help the mathematics learning process in class. The photomath application is equipped with solution steps so that students can understand how to solve the given math problems.

Understanding students as one of the teaching competencies can help in describing learning strategies, as well as in determining attitudes towards interactions with other students. Each student has unique characteristics and experiences individual development. Characteristics of students in elementary school (aged 6-12 years) according to the intellectual growth phase. This phase begins when children achieve the ability to think critically and build logical connections, enabling them to make decisions based on coherent reasoning. A comprehensive understanding of the characteristics demonstrated by elementary school students is critical in fostering successful mathematics learning efforts. Education around the world has experienced a significant decline due to information technology. As a result, traditional or conventional teaching methods are not very effective due to time and resource constraints. Furthermore, information technology has made new teaching methods dubbed E-Learning methods available. The electronic learning system, often known as e-learning in English or electronic learning, is a new approach to the learning process. E-learning is the foundation and logical consequence of the rapid advancement of information and communication technologies. With e-learning, students (or learners, if you will) no longer need to sit through classroom lectures in order to fully comprehend each lesson that a teacher teaches them. E-learning has the potential to increase learning objectives and, at the very least, reduce costs that must be covered by academic or training programs.

Steps to overcome disparities in preparation for studying abstract mathematics require the use of modern technology and media such as educational games and mathematical applications, mathematical games. Therefore, an educator creates mathematical game activities that involve the main material being studied and concentrate on following the level of intelligence of students according to John Peaget in Fremon, 1969) stating that children at elementary and middle school age are still in the concrete operational phase, The approach will be adjusted in mathematics lessons, efforts are made to understand abstract concepts in mathematics, abstractions can be transformed into real objects.Adapting to children's basic needs for playing, they will enjoy learning in a special way, this game is presented in children's hearts, there will be happiness to master mathematics.

Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan, termasuk berani belajar matematika. Dalam metode adaptasi ini, siswa menghadapi berbagai permasalahan. Pertama, kendala terbesar adalah terbatasnya ketersediaan teknologi, dimana tidak semua siswa memiliki teknologi atau akses internet yang memadai. Kedua, komunikasi tatap muka dengan guru dan teman sekelas mengurangi efisiensi pembelajaran, karena siswa sulit menerima penjelasan langsung dan jawaban cepat atas pertanyaan. Ketiga, motivasi belajar dilemahkan oleh lingkungan belajar yang kurang baik di rumah, campur tangan anggota keluarga atau suasana yang tidak mendukung. Keempat, baik guru maupun siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran Dare yang baru dan asing, yang sering kali mengakibatkan terbuangnya waktu mengajar untuk memecahkan masalah teknis. Kelima, keterbatasan metode penilaian dan blak-blakan penilaian membuat pemahaman siswa terhadap penilaian menjadi kurang tepat. Secara keseluruhan, berbagai permasalahan tersebut memerlukan adaptasi dan dukungan lebih dari semua pihak agar pembelajaran matematika lebih efisien dan efektif di masa pandemi.

Banyak anak muda zaman sekarang atau yang biasa disebut gen Z, yang akrab dengan internet dan terpengaruh gaya hidup mewah di media sosial, tertipu investasi bodong. Mereka tergoda dengan janji kaya cepat, tanpa memikirkan risikonya. Hal ini diperparah dengan kurangnya informasi tentang investasi reksadana, sehingga mereka mudah terbujuk oleh tawaran yang menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas informasi dan social media influencer dengan keputusan pembelian reksadana yang terjadi pada generasi Z. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 180 responden pengguna reksadana di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel social media influencer memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel social media influencer memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), variabel kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), variabel Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel social media influencer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan variabel kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi Fear of Missing Out (FOMO).

One of the best strategies for improving HR performance and achieving company goals is to guarantee compensation for employee welfare. This research aims to analyze forms of compensation, both monetary and non-monetary compensation, and examine whether compensation can influence employee performance. The research used is a qualitative type of research. The research focus is employees of the Packaging Section of PT Astra Honda Motor Part Center, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. The informants from this research were 6 people, including 1 leader, 1 permanent employee and 4 contract employees. Primary data regarding the compensation system used at PT Astra Honda Motor Karawang was obtained through direct interviews with the Production Leader and several contract employees representing the Packaging Section. Documents from the company such as company profiles, company history, and collective bargaining agreements are used as secondary data in this research. The results of this research show that compensation plays an important role in improving employee performance through the motivation generated in each individual and their contribution to achieving organizational goals.

This research aims to analyze production costs, sales levels and profits in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2022 and 2023. The data used in this research is data for 2022 and 2023 from the BEI. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis to determine production costs, sales levels and profits. The research sample consisted of 21 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In 2022, the Budi Starch & Sweetener Tbk company will have the highest production cost to sales ratio among food and beverage companies listed on the IDX, namely 0.95. In contrast, the company Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk has the lowest ratio of 0.35. In 2023, the Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk company recorded the highest production cost to sales ratio of 1.020. In contrast, the company Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk has the lowest ratio with a value of 0.390. The company Akasha Wira International Tbk recorded a high profit to sales ratio of 0.28. In contrast, the company Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk experienced a decrease in its profit to sales ratio to 0.86. The Prasidha Anega Niaga Tbk company recorded an increase in the profit to sales ratio of 0.53. In contrast, the company Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk experienced a decrease in its profit to sales ratio to 0.57
