Abstract

The implementation of UIN Serving activities in Tunjngsekar Subdistrict, Lowokwaru District of Malang concerning the Establishment of the "Pojok Sakinah" Village Community Care Forum is the first step towards Tunjungsekar Urban District as a legal awareness sub-district. The presence of the "sakinah corner" is expected to be able to educate the community members, provide motivation and as a learning tool, as a place for vent and will eventually lead to people who are obedient and aware of the law. Obstacles in the Establishment of the "Pojok Sakinah" Village Community Care Forum in Tunjungsekar Sub-District, Lowokwaru Sub-District of Malang, among others, the lack of activeness of the Tunjungsekar village government apparatus, lack of coordination with the government officials of Tunjugsekar, Karang Taruna, and the lack of community awareness of the importance of the presence of this Sakinah Corner.

Abstract

Oranges are a type of fruit that contains lots of vitamin C and fiber. One of the citrus producing places in Malang is Dusun Precet, which is part of Sumbersekar Village. The abundant citrus plantation products in Precet Hamlet have not been further processed by the residents, so the price falls during the harvest season. Farmers left some of it to rot in the garden, because the cost of picking during the harvest season is more expensive than the selling prices. Whereas the oranges can have a higher selling value if it is processed into orange juice products. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) strategy was implemented by the UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang team in the form of training activities for processing orange juice products. The basic mindset in ABCD theory on assisted objects has five key steps, namely discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. Assets that support the ABCD theory in assisted objects are categorized into four, namely human assets, natural assets, economic assets, and social assets. Dusun Hamlet is potential place to process citrus fruits becomes fresh orange juice that can be consumed by the wider community. Moreover, orange juice is produced without using preservatives so that it can be consumed by various ages.

Abstract

Rural development is integral to achieving sustainable development in Indonesia, where success is measured from an economic, social, and environmental perspective. As a region with cultural riches and abundant natural resources, the Special Region of Yogyakarta has become a focal point in village development efforts. One example of successful village development is in Kulwaru Village, where communal cattle were constructed. This research aims to explore the role and engagement of stakeholders in village development in the case of communal cattle. This study uses a qualitative case study method by collecting data through in-depth interviews with 15 informants, including local government, group leaders, community leaders, community organizations, and other related organizations. The data was then analyzed descriptively, and a power and interest matrix was used to determine the role positions of the stakeholders. This research found that stakeholder engagement has different powers and interests. Stakeholders included in the categories (1) Key players: administrators, livestock group members, and BKM Bina Mandiri; (2) Keep Informed: Kubaweta Cooperative, Puskeswan, IAAS UGM, and Academics. (3) Keep Satisfied: Kulwaru Village Government, District Agriculture and Food Service. Kulon Progo, the Central and Provincial PUPR Ministries; and (4) monitor category, the PUPR District Service. Kulon Progo. Collaboration between these stakeholders plays a vital role in the success of building communal cattle and surviving and overcoming the slum environment problems faced by the people of Kulwaru Village.

Abstract

Multimedia provides opportunities for educators to develop learning techniques so as to produce maximum results, with multi media it is hoped that they will be easier to determine with what and how students can absorb information quickly and efficiently. Until now, interactive learning media has not been developed optimally in Indonesia. One obstacle in the development of interactive learning media is the lack of mastery of interactive media development technology by teachers, so the development of interactive learning materials with computers is less than optimal. This online-based learning media development training that will be developed and applied for teachers at the Al Yasini Pasuruan Foundation is expected to provide new insights in making instructional media, given the ability of this program in terms of making animations for attractive online-based learning media in a relatively easy way . With the mastery of online-based learning media by the teachers at the Al Yasini Pasuruan Foundation, it is hoped that it will trigger students' interest to be more enthusiastic in following the lessons, and ultimately will improve the overall quality of learning.

Abstract

The focus of dedication to this community is to reduce the number of child marriages in the recipient community of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Sonobabar Dusun Gedangan Grobogan. The PKH programme by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia aims to help the economy to eradicate poverty. But the rise in the number of child marriages in poor areas increases the burden on society. Economic, social, educational and health disruption is an acute problem in the region. Participary Action Research (PAR) approach is chosen by servants to find problems, discern and find solutions together with the community. The result of this dedication is 1. The importance of socializing about the dangers of child marriage for young brides. Lack of preparedness in terms of economics, reproductive health and mental health because it is not ready to go through households and take care of children will be a problem in the future. It is necessary to enhance cooperation and support to promote the economy and legal awareness of the dangers of child marriage between the facilitator of the PKH of the Ministry of Social Affairs, the religious advocate of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of the ministry of Religion, Bidan Village and the village government in Dusun Sonobabar Gedangan Grobogan.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 pandemic has made vegetable farmers suffer losses due to hampered distribution of fresh vegetables. Fresh vegetables that have been harvested but not immediately processed will easily wilt which will reduce the selling value. This phenomenon occurs in many vegetable plantation areas, one of which is in the Dusun Precet. Vegetable farming products are a source of livelihood for the people of Dusun Precet who mostly work as vegetable farmers. The main problem for vegetable farmers is that the price of vegetables is cheap at harvest time, so that farmers experience losses. Post-harvest vegetable processing and packaging training is one solution that can be done to overcome this problem. Processing and packaging of fresh vegetables is expected to make harvested vegetables last longer and local vegetables can be marketed more widely. In addition, team from UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang also provide socialization regarding the nutrient of frozen vegetables as still same as the fresh one if packaged properly and correctly. This program is expected to be able to encourage the economy of the people in Dusun Precet in the future.

Abstract

Masa pandemi yang tidak bisa dipredeksi sampai kapan menuntut para guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran shingga tercapai tujuan yang digunakan. Permasalahan ini juga terjadi pada guru bahasa Arab di Kota Malang, pembeljaran bahas Arab selama pandemic ini dinilai kurang menarik perhatian siswa karena menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang monoton bahkan terkadang membuat siswa bingung dalam memahami materi. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah adanya pendampingan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis Project Based Learning (PJBL). Dipilihnya model pembelajaran ini karena memounyai nilai lebih dalam pembeljaran, yakni slain materi tersampaikan dengan model pembeljaran ini para siswa juga akan mempunyai tambahan kompetensi yaitu komunikasi, berfikir kritis dan kerjasama. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) palnning lesson dengan kegiatan webinar tentang PJBL, workshop penyususnan RPP satu lembar, workshop penyusunan assesmen pembelajaran, dan analisis materi, luaran pada tahap ini luaran yang dihasilkan adalah modul PJBL, RPP satu lembar, dan daftar materi yang cocok untuk PJBL,  (2) impelementation, dalam kegiatan ini akan dilakkukan pendampingan secara intens terkait pelaksaan PJBL di sekolah-sekolah luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah produk pembelajaran. (3) evaluation, pada tahap ini dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penyusunan luaran berupa naskah publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic does not seem to be over yet, the problems that arise are so many as a result of the epidemic, starting from the problem of the decline in the economic sector, limited community mobility so that the government always encourages to implement health protocols, starting from maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, always washing hands , carrying a hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask when traveling, are not only a pandemic problem but also the penetration of destructive religious ideas that tends to be radical so that it is again necessary to spread a moderate religious perspective. Through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the socialization of religious moderation has begun again. The purpose of carrying out this community service research is first, as a form of embodiment of the tri darma of higher education in the field of community service; second, so that people can improve their adaptation to the environment and conditions that are currently happening. The methods used are lectures, providing information, simulations and training within the framework of the Paticipatory Rural Apprasial. The results achieved were the implementation of socialization in the context of preventing Covid-19 by making posters, flyers, spandung, giving advice and education. In the religious moderation program, namely by inserting messages of peace in religion in educational institutions, TPQ, and Islamic boarding schools, but some are using virtual platforms. Economic and community empowerment program by reviving one of the local tourist sites in Dhompo village, Pasuruan Regency. Community needs program by producing an information technology-based village application product. The conclusion is that the more people can improve their adaptation in pandemic conditions, the hope is that they can improve safety and also change their habit patterns to stay productive.

Abstract

Incidents of boats and fishing boats sinking in the waters of Masalembu often occur. These accidents were caused by bad weather. Therefore, it is necessary to disseminate information on reducing the impact of meteorological threats on the fishing community of Masalembu. Activities implemented by introducing the meteorological threats that have been faced so far, ranging from rain accompanied by strong winds, hurricanes, big waves and lightning. Another activity is helping fishermen to access weather information provided by the Maritime BMKG website both daily and weekly. It is hoped that the fishermen of the Masalembu islands can prepare and anticipate meteorological threats that are and will occur.

Abstract

The Capacity Building program for Youth Mosques held on September 22, 2024, at Masjid Miftahul Jannah, Sawojajar, represented an initiative by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang to prepare youth as competent mosque leaders. This program was motivated by concerns from mosque administrators regarding the lack of youth ready to lead congregational prayers and master the procedures for becoming an imam, particularly in the Sawojajar area. The event focusing on enhancing Quranic reading skills and understanding the principles of Imamah (the role of an imam). Ustadz Choirul Amin, a student of Pesantren Ilmu Al-Quran, provided intensive training in Quranic recitation, while Ustadz Muallif, M.Ag., taught Fiqh Imamah as a lecturer at Ma'had Aly UIN Malang. This initiative engaged youth from various mosques and prayer rooms in Sawojajar, collaborating with local youth organizations such as Karang Taruna. The primary goal was to prepare youth to become imams who are proficient in Quranic reading and capable of leading prayers according to Islamic teachings. The program received positive feedback from Ir. Sunaryo, the head of the mosque's management, who noted its role in addressing the need for generational renewal among mosque administrators, historically dominated by older generations.
