Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the experimental method on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of MI Nurul HUDA Sukaraja in completing the tasks listed in the book theme 3 sub-theme 1. The approach applied in this study was a quantitative approach with an experimental method. This research was conducted at MI Nurul Huda, precisely in class IV with a population of 60 people and a sample of 30 people. Student learning outcomes in theme 3 sub-theme 1 Hewan dan Tumbuhan di Lingkungan Rumahku which apply the Experimental method at MI Nurul Huda Sukaraja totaling 30 students, the smallest student average score is 75 and the largest is 100. Student learning outcomes for class IV theme 3 sub-theme 1 which did not apply the Experimental method at MI Nurul Huda Sukaraja, totaling 30 students, the smallest student learning outcome score was 55 and the largest was 85 with an average score of 65.6. The results of testing the hypothesis that there is a significant influence between the experimental method on learning outcomes in theme 3 sub theme 1 MI Nurul Huda Sukaraja.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the development of Jena Joni's Footsteps Educational Video as a Learning Media for Cultural Diversity for Grade IV Elementary School (2) to determine student responses to the development of Jena Joni's Footsteps Educational Video as a Learning Media for Cultural Diversity for Grade IV Elementary School. The method in this research is the Borg and Gall model development method which has been modified by Sugiono (2014). The results showed that: (1) the development in this study was declared feasible to be used as a learning medium, this was based on the results of the validation of media and material design with a percentage of 95%, 94%, respectively, with the criteria of "Very Eligible". (2) the results of product trials to 8 fourth grade students obtained the percentage value of student responses of 95.7% with the criteria of "Very Good". So it can be concluded that Jena Joni's trail educational video learning media can be declared feasible and suitable to be used as an alternative learning for teachers and students. Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat penerapan proses KBM dengan menggunakan teori kontruktivisme pada waktu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan kualitatif diskriptif pada guru Sekolah Dasar di wilayah Sumberlawang, Sragen. Data didapatkan dari hasil survei yang diberikan secara online melalui pesan WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan teori kontruktivisme pada pembelajaran tatap muka dilakukan sebanyak lima basis, yaitu penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penggunaan bahan ajar dan media berbasis digital. Guru melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas dengan menerapkan teori konstruktivis secara masif dan bertahap, mulai dari perencanaan, proses kegiatan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Selain menggunakan media dan model pembelajaran lima basis pada penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori kontruktivisme. Pada pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas bertujuan untuk membantu siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan guru sebagai moderator menjadi lebih inovatif. Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di tingkat Sekolah Dasar hanya maksimal 70%. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa menunjukkan hasil 45% sangat baik, 50% bagus, 2,5% bagus, 2,5% tidak baik. Hasil menunjukkan faktor penghambat implementasi yang berpusat pada siswa adalah terbatasnya durasi waktu yang relatif singkat.

Abstract

This article is a literature review on humanistic learning theory in elementary mathematics learning. The concept of learning that is carried out by humanism is to humanize humans, and emphasizes the process rather than the learning outcomes. Humanistic theory is basically a learning concept that provides an explanation of how to humanize students and actualize all the potential abilities of each student to deal with changes in the surrounding environment. This theory assumes that learning will be meaningless if there is coercion in it. This study discusses: (1) what is humanistic learning theory? (2) What is elementary mathematics learning? (3) How is elementary mathematics learning based on humanistic learning theory?

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk; (1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penurunan stunting di Jawa Timur; (2) memberikan rekomendasi bagaimana strategi penurunan stunting di Jawa Timur, khususnya di Kabupaten Pacitan, Kabupaten Pamekasan dan Kabupaten Malang. Metode/Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode atau pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Metode pengumpulan data pada studi kasus ini menggunakan tiga prinsip sebagaimana yang disarankan oleh Yin, yakni: (1) menggunakan multi sumber bukti; (2) menciptakan data dasar studi; (3) memelihara rangkaian bukti. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa percepatan penurunan stunting di Provinsi Jawa Timur secara reflektif dapat dilihat di tiga Kabupaten, yakni; Kabupaten Pacitan, Kabupaten Pamekasan dan Kabupaten Malang telah berjalan secara baik dan sistemik. Ketiga kabupaten tersebut sebagai sempel dari wilayah di Jawa Timur telah melakukan penanganan stunting dengan melaksanakan aksi konvergensi, yakni pendekatan penyampaian intervensi yang dilakukan secara terkoordinir, terintegrasi, dan bersama-sama untuk mencegah stunting. Temuan Penting dalam riset ini adalah terdapat dua intervensi gizi spesifik yang harus dilakukan dalam penanganan kasus stunting; pertama: intervensi spesifik, dan kedua: intervensi gizi sensitive. Intevensi gizi spesifik berprioritas pada: (a) ibu hamil, (b) ibu menyusui, (c) anak-anak 24-59 bulan, (d) remaja dan wanita usia subur. Sementara itu, intervensi gizi sensitive berprioritas pada: (a) peningkatan penyediaan air minum dan sanitasi, (b) peningkatan akses dan kualitas pelayanann gizi serta kesehatan, (c) peningkatan kesadaran, komitmen, dan praktik pengasuhan; (d) gizi ibu dan anak, serta peningkatan akses pangan bergizi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah aksi konvergensi yang dilakukan secara Tersistem, Sistemik, dan Massif (TSM/) di tiga kabupaten, yakni Kabupaten Pacitan, Kabupaten Pamekasan dan Kabupaten Malang telah terbukti menekan dan meminimalisir potensi stunting dan bisa dijadikan contoh nyata cara penanganan stunting di wilayah Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' error models in solving the Numeracy AKM test, particularly in the topic of trigonometry. This type of research is qualitative research with 3 high school students as the subjects, who are members of the IPNU IPPNU organization in Jatirejo Village, Jombang Regency. The research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. There are three stages of analysis techniques used in this research: data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The data collection involved administering the AKM test to 6 subjects, followed by data reduction based on the three characteristics of students in solving the test. The description of the research findings is as follows: 1 student falls into the unverified solution model, 1 student falls into the misused data model, 1 student falls into the technical error model, and 2 students fall into the misinterpreted language model. Therefore, in this research, the dominant student error model is the Misinterpreted Language model, which refers to students' errors in translating the problems into mathematical language.

Abstract

This study describes the communication strategies in English used by first-level students of the English Education Study Program at STKIP PGRI Pacitan which can be seen in their interlanguage production. The research data is in the form of interlanguge which they produce when performing oral communication. Data collection techniques are elicitation and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that there are three main types of communication strategies used by learners, namely: over-generalization, first language transfer, and simplification. This strategy is intended by students to maintain that communication using English as the target language can continue with the limitations of their language skills. The implication of this research is that mistakes are an inevitable process in the process of learning a foreign language, so it needs to be addressed positively. Appropriate training needs to be provided to learners so that they better understand the differences between the target language and their mother tongue so as to help them develop their interlanguage system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the visual representation abilities of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education study program in presenting data in the Education Statistics course. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with research subjects being students of the Elementary School Teacher Education study program at STKIP PGRI Pacitan. Data was collected from the results of student answers in making tables, pie charts and bar charts. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the students' visual representation abilities in making frequency distribution tables using either computer applications or manual drawing meet the visual representation indicators. In illustrating a pie chart using a computer application it fulfills the indicators of visual representation, while students who draw manually do not fulfill the indicators. And in illustrating bar charts using computer applications it does not meet the indicators, while students who draw manually meet the visual representation indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe and analyze the policy of handling 1000 First Day of Life (Hari Pertama Kehidupan/HPK) in Surabaya; (2) describe and analyze the handling of stunting in the education and health sectors; (3) describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the stunting management policy in the city of Surabaya. This research type is qualitative descriptive. The object of the research was Kampung KB Putat Jaya and Kampung KB Kali Rungkut. This research was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman version of the analysis flow; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The handling of 1000 HPK in Surabaya was proper and appropriate. Treatment indicators are based on the specific intervention and sensitive intervention forms according to the target of toddlers who experience stunting; in Kampung KB Putat Jaya and Kampung KB Kali Rungkut. At the same time, the treatment is carried out systemically, oriented towards education in the form of socialization and education on stunting management for affected families. Then this was also carried out in the health sector through counseling and assistance to cut the stunting chain. The reduction of the aggregate stunting rate in Kelurahan Putat Jaya by 223% and Kelurahan Kali Rungkut by 276% from 2022 to 2023 is a manifestation of Surabaya's seriousness in suppressing and overcoming stunting cases through various policy programs. From an educational perspective, the handling of stunting in Surabaya is carried out using education and outreach on how to prevent and handle actions in cases of stunting under five at a set target locus. Then, handling stunting from a health perspective through counseling and health facilitation for toddlers and parents with stunting at their locus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) prosedur pengembangan buku SKU Pramuka Siaga Berbasis Budaya Lokal; (2) tingkat kelayakan pengembangan buku SKU Pramuka Siaga Berbasis Budaya Lokal; (3) tingkat pemahaman peserta didik setelah menggunakan media pengembangan buku SKU Pramuka Siaga Berbasis Budaya Lokal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi Sugiyono meliputi: (1) potensi dan masalah; (2) pengumpulan data; (3) desain produk; (4) validasi desain; (5) revisi desain; (6) uji coba produk; (7) revisi produk; (8) uji coba pemakaian; (9) revisi produk. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, angket respon, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi analisis validitas produk dan analisis pemahaman peserta didik setelah menggunakan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penilaian ahli media dengan rata-rata skor 4,71 kategori “Sangat Valid”, penilaian ahli materi dengan rata-rata skor 4,80 kategori “Sangat Valid”, penilaian ahli materi agama dengan rata-rata skor 4,77 kategori “Sangat Valid”, penilaian subjek coba kelompok kecil dengan rata-rata skor 4,29 kategori “Sangat Valid” dan hasil penilaian subjek coba kelompok besar dengan rata-rata skor 4,57 kategori “Sangat Valid”; (2) pemahaman peserta didik meningkat berdasarkan pencapaian ketuntasan belajar peserta didik mencapai nilai ≥ 70 yaitu sebesar 100%.
