Sasambo: Jurnal Abdimas (Journal of Community Service) is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LITPAM) that publish 4 issues per year in February, May, August, and November. This journal accepts and publishes scientific articles that are original and focused on community service. Manuscripts are written using an academic approach or scientific method by presenting data on the impact of community service activities that have been carried out. The theme written must have an impact or can be generalized to local, regional or national populations such as various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society, as a form of contribution to empowerment and sustainable development in the social and humanities, science and technology fields.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perubahan kemampuan guru dan dampaknya bagi siswa dalam pembelajaran STEM dengan kemampuan berfikir kreatif dan keterampilan kolaboratif pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pertemuan langsung (pelatihan dan praktik). Mitra kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru diSMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, sedangkan subjek kegiatan ujicoba pembelajaran STEM adalah siswa kelas VII. Pembelajaran STEM ini mengambil materi IPA SMP kelas VII tentang Fotosintesis. Siswa diberikan penjelasan dan diekplorasi informasi yang berhubungan dengan fotosintesis serta implementasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Siswa dirangsang untuk menemukan solusi terhadap adanya kondisi lahan terbatas bahkan telah beralih fungsi menjadi pemukiman atau tempat wisata. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan kebutuhan oksigen menjadi berkurang. Solusi yang ditawarkan siswa dalam implementasi fotosintesis ini, yaitu dengan membuat Vertical Garden. Disinilah uji kreativitas dan keterampilan kolaboratif siswa diamati. Hasil pembelajaran STEM dengan kemampuan berfikir kreatif terlihat dari rancangan desain pembelajaran STEM pada setiap kelompok yang bervariasi. Setiap kelompok menuliskan topik, identifikasi masalah, dan solusi yang beragam hingga menghasilkan produk miniatur vertical garden yang unik dan bervariatif. Sementara itu, keterampilan kolaboratif terlihat saat siswa melakukan diskusi kelompok maupun diskusi kelas. Keaktifan siswa saat memberikan solusi,memecahkan suatu masalah, dan pembagian tugas dilakukan secara aktif bertanggung jawab. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah guru mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran STEM dengan kemampuan berfikir kreatif dan keterampilan kolaboratif pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu.  Coaching teachers in implementing STEM Learning with Creative Thinking and Collaborative Skills for Junior High School Students  This service activity aims to find out how the changes in teachers’ ability and its effect on students in STEM learning with creative thinking skills and collaborative skills in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu. The method used in this service activity was direct meetings (training and practice). The partners of this activity are teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, while the subject of the STEM learning trial activity is in class VII students. This STEM learning takes the VII grade junior high school science material on Photosynthesis. Students were given an explanation and explored information related to photosynthesis and its implementation in everyday life. Students were stimulated to find solutions to the limited land conditions that have even been converted into settlements or tourist attractions. This condition causes the need for oxygen to be reduced. The solution offered by students in the implementation of photosynthesis is to create a Vertical Garden. This is where the test of creativity and collaborative skills of students is observed. The results of STEM learning with creative thinking skills can be seen from the various STEM learning designs in each group. Each group writes down topics, identifies problems, and various solutions to produce unique and varied miniature vertical garden products. Meanwhile, collaborative skills are seen when students conduct group discussions and class discussions. The activeness of students when providing solutions, solving a problem and the division of tasks are carried out actively and responsibly. The conclusion of this activity is that teachers are able to carry out STEM learning with creative thinking skills and collaborative skills in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu.

Abstract

Usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura telah menjadi ikonik “Migrant Family Entrepreneurship” di Indonesia. Kehadiran mereka telah menjadi kekuatan ekonomi kerakyatan yang tangguh dan mandiri. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi pendapatan sector jasa termasuk usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura yakni 90,90%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas dampak pandemic dengan pelatihan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (k3) dan penerapannya sebagai “Value Co-Creation”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan tiga mitra Usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura di Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan dan pemberian alat Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta IPTEK. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian dengan penyusunan kuesioner yang mengukur kinerja pelaksanaan program pelatihan, sedangkan instrument kinerja pemasaran dipergunakan untuk mengukur dampak positip bagi tiga mitra pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan pertama, perilaku mitra pengabdian semakin patuh melaksanakan protocol Kesehatan. Kedua, mitra pengabdian mampu praktik manajemen K3. Ketiga, Mereka memasukan konsep penciptaan Value Co-Creation dalam praktik bisnis mereka. Keempat, mereka mampu meningkatkan kinerja usaha dengan praktik manajemen K3 dan konsep penciptaan Value Co-Creation. K3 Management Training and Its Application as "Value Co-Creation" During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study on Madura Barbershop in Semarang City)  The Madura Barbershop has become an iconic “Migrant Family Entrepreneurship” in Indonesia. Their presence has become a strong and independent people's economic force. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the revenue of the service sector, including the Madura Barbershop business, which is 90.90%. This service activity aims to provide solutions to the impact of the pandemic with occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management training and its application as "Value Co-Creation". This service activity involves three partners of the Madura Barber Shop in Semarang City. The method used in service activities is training and providing management tools for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and science and technology. The instrument for evaluating service activities is by compiling a questionnaire that measures the performance of the implementation of the training program, while the marketing performance instrument is used to measure the positive impact for the three service partners. The results of service activities show that first, the behavior of service partners is increasingly obedient in implementing the Health protocol. Second, service partners are able to practice HSE management. Third, they incorporate the concept of Value Co-Creation in their business practices. Fourth, they are able to improve business performance with HSE management practices and the concept of Value Co-Creation.

Abstract

Abdimas ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan mendorong kaum milenial untuk berwirausaha. Kaum milenial dianggap memiliki kreatifitas sehingga mampu menciptakan produk yang inovatif. Maka kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Komunitas Pemuda Karang taruna dan Pemuda Masjid Al Hudda di Tegal Alur Jakarta Barat dengan jumlah peserta 18 orang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan materi tentang Kewirausahaan, Studi Kelayakan Bisnis, dan Membuat Logo Produk. Hasil capaian kegiatan ini antara lain terbentuk 1 kelompok wirausaha yang terjun dibidang penjualan produk home cleaner. Dari angket, pemahaman materi tentang kewirausahaan sebesar 94%, perubahan persepsi sebesar 89%, motivasi menjadi wirausahawan sebesar 100%, dan kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan sebesar 94%. Entrepreneurship Counseling for Economic Recovery Affected by Covid-19 in Tegal Alur, West Jakarta This Abdimas aims to increase knowledge about entrepreneurship and encourage millennials to become entrepreneurs. Millennials are considered to have created so that they are able to create innovative products. So this activity was carried out at the Youth Youth Community and the Al Hudda Mosque Youth Community in Tegal Alur, West Jakarta with 18 participants. The method used is the lecture and discussion method with material on Entrepreneurship, Business Feasibility Studies, and Creating Product Logos. The results of this activity include the formation of 1 group of entrepreneurs who are involved in the sale of home cleaning products. From the questionnaire, the material understanding of entrepreneurship is 94%, the perception change is 89%, the motivation to become an entrepreneur is 100%, and participants' satisfaction with activities is 94%.

Abstract

Menunjang keselamatan lalu lintas penerbangan diperlukan peralatan komunikasi, navigasi udara dan pengamatan penerbangan atau sering disebut dengan peralatan Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS), peralatan CNS Bandara International Soekarno-Hatta terletak di Kabupaten Tangerang, namun Sebagian besar peralatan tersebut berada di lokasi yang ramai dengan penduduk dan transportasi umum. Tujuan Sosialisasi ini untuk memberikan wawasan operasi penerbangan kepada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tangerang agar tercapai ketertiban dan mendukung keselamatan penerbangan, kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan secara hybrid meeting dengan 3 materi pokok berdasarkan aturan penerbangan sipil internasional dan peraturan direktorat jenderal perhubungan udara. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan dari mitra untuk menunjang tugas pokok dan fungsi mitra. Tahapan lebih lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah meninjau langsung lokasi peralatan serta memasang marka untuk ketertiban serta meningkatkan kesadaran atas keselamatan penerbangan khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Tangerang. Socialization of Criteria for Placement of Communication, Navigation and Aviation Observation Equipment at the Tangerang Regency Transportation Service To support flight traffic safety, communication, air navigation, and flight observation equipment is needed or often referred to as Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) equipment, CNS equipment at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is located in Tangerang Regency, but most of the equipment is located in crowded locations. with residents and public transportation. The purpose of this socialization is to provide insight into flight operations to the Tangerang Regency Transportation Service in order to achieve order and support flight safety, the socialization activity was carried out in a hybrid meeting with 3 main materials based on international civil aviation regulations and the regulations of the directorate general of air transportation. The result of this activity is the increased understanding and knowledge of partners to support the main tasks and functions of partners. The next stage of this activity is to directly inspect the location of the equipment and install markings for order and increase awareness of aviation safety, especially in the Tangerang Regency area

Abstract

Tujuan kegitan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perangkat desa duman dalam mengelola website. Mitra kegitan adalah Desa Duman (perangkat desa) yang berjumlah 7 orang. Metode pelaksanaan knowledge transfer melalui kegiatan Ceramah dan praktik. Tahapan kegitan penagbdian perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegitan pengabdian telah memberikan pengalaman, pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola website dengan indikator mitra dapat membuat akun, mengisi konten dalm bentuk teks, foto, dan video secara mandiri. Kegitan pelatihan perlu dilakaukan secara berkesinambungan agar perangkat desa dapat secara mandiri dalam pengelolaan website sehingga dapat memberikan dampak pada pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah tentang kemajuan dan kedala-kendala di desa. Website Management Training in the Office Duman Village  The purpose of this training is to improve the ability of Duman village officials in managing websites. The activity partner is Duman Village (village apparatus) which consists of 7 people. The method of implementing knowledge transfer is through lectures and practice activities. Stages of activity planning, implementation, and evaluation. Service activities have provided partners experience, understanding, and skills in managing websites with indicators that partners can create accounts, fill out content in the form of text, photos, and videos independently. Training activities need to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that village officials can independently manage the website so that they can have an impact on information services to the community and government about progress and obstacles in the village.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pendampingan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap dan keterampilan guru atas inovasi dan reflektif dalam pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan TBLA berbasis lesson study.  Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah (1) inclass training melalui langkah Pembekalan (materi konsep pendidikan abad 21, pedagodis modern dan learning community), (2) on the job training melalui langkah workshop penyusunan rencana aksi, penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran (open plan), open class, observasi, refleksi dan tindak lanjut). Sedangkan metode pendampingan dipilih dalam kaitannya dengan implementasi program pengabdian yaitu model SUPIA (School-University Partnership In Action) atau kemitraan dengan aksi setara untuk meraih kualitas pendidikan. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa guru menerima pengetahuan baru terkait dengan guru inovatif dan reflektif dan terdorong untuk mempraktekannya. Hasil workshop pembelajaran kolaboratif meningkatkan pemahaman prinsip pembelajaran kolaboratif dan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran atau lesson design secara terbuka (open plan) meliputi chapter design dan lesson design merupakan integrasi dari TPACK. Pada Chapter design berisi content knowledge yang menjabarkan dokumenn kurikulum, sedangkan Lesson Design merupakan technological paedogogic yang meliputi sharing task dan jumping task, penugasan dalam porsi individu dan porsi kelompok. Pembelajaran kolaboratif mengimplementasikan teori belajar social  Vigotsky, teori belajar kognitif Jean Piaget dan teori belajar proto/deutro James Bateson. Pembelajaran kolaboratif sebagai salah satu implementasi guru inovatif menghasilkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan kolaboratif siswa. Hasil ini telah didukung oleh pemanfaatan TBLA yang dikemas dalam bingkai lesson study dalam rangka mewujudkan predikat guru reflektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengabdian ini telah menguatkan mindset, cita cita guru inovatif dan reflektif. Guru inovatif diwujudkan dengan kemampuan merancang dan menerapkan pembelajaran kolaboratif, sementara itu guru reflektif diindikasikan dengan pemanfaatan TBLA dalam bingkai lesson study. Pengabdian ini telah mampu mewujudkan peningkatan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA untuk materi Pesawat Sederhana.  Innovative and Reflective Teacher Assistance Through Lesson Study-Based TBLA at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu  The purpose of this assistance is to improve the understanding, attitudes, and skills of teachers on innovation and reflective learning through the use of lesson study-based TBLA. The methods used in this service are (1) in-class training through the detachment (21st-century education concept material, modern pedagogy, and learning community), (2) on the job training through the workshop steps of preparing action plans, preparing learning tools (open plan), open class, observation, reflection, and follow-up). While the mentoring method was chosen in relation to the implementation of the service program, namely the SUPIA (School-University Partnership In Action) model or partnership with equal action to achieve quality education. The results of the socialization show that teachers accept new knowledge and are encouraged to use it in practice to become innovative and reflective teachers. The results of the innovative learning workshop with the collaborative learning model make the target teacher's understanding of the principles of collaborative learning increasingly mastered. The results of the preparation of learning tools or lesson designs in an open (open plan) show that chapter design and lesson design are an integration of TPACK which should be well prepared to realize real collaborative learning. That collaborative learning recognizes task sharing and jumping tasks, recognizes assignments in individual portions and group portions. Collaborative learning implements Vygotsky's social learning theory, Jean Piaget's cognitive learning theory, and James Bateson's proto/deutro learning theory. Collaborative learning as one of the implementations of innovative teachers results in an increase in students' critical thinking skills and collaborative skills. This result has been supported by the use of TBLA which is packaged in a lesson study frame in order to realize the predicate of a reflective teacher. It can be concluded that this dedication has strengthened the mindset, ideals of innovative and reflective teachers. Innovative teachers are manifested by the ability to design and implement collaborative learning, while reflective teachers are indicated by the use of TBLA in the lesson study frame. This service has been able to realize an increase in the quality of the process and student learning outcomes in science subjects for Simple Plane material.

Abstract

Sejak Pandemi Covid 19 warga Desa Galengdowo menutup akses bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung dan memutuskan untuk memperkuat kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia di Desa Galengdowo. Untuk mendongkrak potensi wisata budaya dan mendukung program UKM, berbagai potensi dari penjualan hasil kopi, susu sapi, buah duren dan tanaman hasil bumi lainnya sangat berpengaruh dalam mewujudkan desa wisata budaya. Dalam mendukung desa wisata budaya kami memberikan inovasi baru pada kerajian ecoprint berbasis budaya lokal yaitu ecoprint pada media kertas. UKM Griya Ava merupakan penghasil kopi khas Gunung Anjarmoro rintisan dari pelaku UKM berbentuk kopi bubuk dengan merek Arabika Ajasmoro berbasis budaya local. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM secara berskala. Strategi pendampingan yang dilakukan mulai dengan memperkenalkan inovasi produk kerajinan tangan ecoprint merancang desain, proses produksi ecoprint sampai pada pelatihan pemasaran secara digital guna menuju Go Digital. Dari hasil binaan kami produk ecoprint pada media kertas berhasil dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan alami dan tidak merusak lingkungan karena berasal dari tanaman masyarakat yang ada di sekitar rumah dan kebun. Dalam menunjang produk ecoprint ini dapat diketahui masyarakat luar maka dilakukanlah pembinaan pelatihan pemasaran secara digital dengan menggunakan E- ommerce, Facebook, dan Instagram sebagai pendukung program pelatihan ecoprint. Berdasarkan monitoring UKM Griya Ava sudah berjualan menggunakan pemasaran secara digital melalui Tokopedia, Facebook, dan Instagram. Dengan pemasaran digital produk ecoprint dapat mendukung program menggali kreativitas dan memanfaatkan hasil bumi dari kegiatan pelatihan ecoprint. Exploring Creativity and Utilizing Earth Products for Community Empowerment and Community Economic Resilience Since the Covid 19 Pandemic, residents of Galengdowo Village have closed access for visiting tourists and decided to strengthen the quality of Human Resources in Galengdowo Village. To boost the potential for cultural tourism and support the SME program, various potentials from the sale of coffee, cow's milk, durian fruit, and other crops are very influential in realizing a cultural tourism village. In supporting the cultural tourism village, we provide new innovations in local culture-based eco print crafts, namely eco prints on paper media. UKM Griya Ava is a coffee producer typical of Mount Anjarmoro, pioneered by SMEs in the form of ground coffee with the Arabica Ajasmoro brand based on local culture. In the implementation process, it uses the mentoring method for MSME actors on a scale. The mentoring strategy carried out started by introducing eco print handicraft product innovations in designing designs, eco print production processes to digital marketing training to go Digital. From the results of our development, eco print products on paper media are successful by using natural materials and do not damage the environment because they come from community plants around their homes and gardens. In supporting this eco print product, it is known to the outside community that digital marketing training is carried out using E-commerce, Facebook, and Instagram as supporters of the eco print training program. Based on the monitoring of SMEs, Griya Ava has been selling using digital marketing through Tokopedia, Facebook, and Instagram. With digital marketing, eco print products can support programs to explore creativity and utilize agricultural products from eco print training activities

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang berpikir positif, konsumsi makanan sehat dan penerapan teknik proning sebagai upaya pemulihan saat menjalani isoman Covid-19. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat ini bertempat di Puskesmas Wates Kota Mojokerto. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan dengan pendekatan edukatif melalui tahap (1) pretest (2) penyuluhan edukasi metode 2P1F (3) Post-test atau evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2021.Kegiatan penyuluhan berisi pemaparan materi berkaitan dengan metode  2P1F, sebelumnya responden diberikan kuesioner pertanyaan terkait positif thingking, food atau makanan yang baik di konsumsi saat terpapar Covid-19 dan teknik proning. Hasilnya sebanyak 7 responden (35 % ) berpengetahuan baik, 10 responden berpengetahuan cukup 10 (50%) dan 3 (15%) responden berpengetahuan kurang selanjutnya pemaparan materi diberikan dengan menjelaskan metode 2P1F lalu responden diminta mengisi kuesioner kembali dan hasilnya terdapat peningkatan yaitu sekitar 17 responden (85%) pengetahuan baik dan 3 responden (15%) berpengetahuan cukup. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penjelasan metode 2P1F berguna untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan bagaimana cara membangun positif thingking saat terkena Covid-19, konsumsi makanan yang baik untuk meningkatkan imunitas dan membantu proses penyembuhan serta teknik proning yang berguna untuk menaikan kadar oksigen dalam darah 2P1F Education Community Service in Efforts to Increase Knowledge When Isoman This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge about positive thinking, healthy food consumption, and the application of prone position as an effort to recover while undergoing Covid-19 self-isolation. This community service is located at the Wates Health Center, Mojokerto City. The method used in counseling with an educational approach through the stages of (1) pretest (2) educational counseling on the  2P1F method (3) Post-test or evaluation. This activity was carried out in December 2021. The counseling activity contained material presentations related to the  2P1F method, previously respondents were given questionnaires related to positive thinking, food, or food that is good for consumption when exposed to Covid-19 and prone position. The result is that 7 respondents (35%) have good knowledge, 10 respondents have sufficient knowledge, 10 (50%) and 3 (15%) respondents have less knowledge. Furthermore, the material exposure is given by explaining the  2P1F method during isomanism, then respondents are asked to fill out the questionnaire again and the results are an increase, namely about 17 respondents (85%) have good knowledge and 3 respondents (15%) have sufficient knowledge. This proves that the explanation of the  2P1F method is useful for increasing knowledge of how to build positive thinking when exposed to Covid-19, consuming good food to increase immunity and help the healing process, and prone position that are useful for increasing oxygen levels in the blood.

Abstract

The essential ecosystem of mangroves Ujungpangkah (KEE MUP) is a protection and limited utilization area located on the coastal area in the north of Gresik Regency. This area has high biodiversity, especially various mangroves and waterbird species from different parts of the world due to their migration process. To protect this area, it is required to enhance the sensitivity of students as the young generation to react appropriately to keep the environment sustainable. In this case, education-based environmental studies (Ecological Education) is used as a sustainable approach to answering this challenge. Various activities of community services are structured through a strategic plan for ecological education implementation. With this Ecological Education, students can increase their sense of love for the environment to keep the KEE MUP conservation zone inherited sustainably

Abstract

Tujuan gelar teknologi pembuatan Urea Molases Mineral Garam Blok (UMMGB) untuk meningkatkan motivasi peternak muda dalam bidang agribisnis sapi potong di Pulau Lombok. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan gelar teknologi adalah kelompok milenial calon wirausaha agribisnis sapi potong di Pulau Lombok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah gelar teknologi yang dikombinasi dengan kegiatan penyuluhan tatap muka langsung dan penyebaran lembaran informasi pembuatan UMMGB.  Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui gelar teknologi menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan peserta gelar meningkat sangat nyata dari 13,79% menjadi 91,38%. Jumlah peserta yang terampil dalam membuat UMMGB juga meningkat dari 12,07% meningkat menjadi 86,21%, bahkan seluruh peserta gelar mau membuat UMMGB setelah mengikuti kegiatan gelar teknologi. Simpulannya gelar teknologi merupakan metode diseminasi teknologi baru yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap/minat milenial calon wirausaha agribisnis sapi potong dalam pembuatan Urea Molases Mineral Garam Blok (UMMGB) sebagai pakan tambahan sapi potong. Pelaksanaan gelar teknologi pembuatan UMMGB direkomendasi untuk disebarluaskan sebagai teknologi baru untuk meningkatkan kualiatas pakan sapi potong   Showcase Technology for Making Urea Mineral Molasses Salt Block for Millennial Candidates for Beef Cattle Agribusiness Entrepreneurs on Lombok Island The purpose of the showcase technology for making Urea Molasses Mineral Salt Block (UMMGB) is to increase the motivation of young farmers in the field of beef cattle agribusiness on the island of Lombok. Partners in implementing the showcase technology are millennial groups of prospective beef cattle agribusiness entrepreneurs on the island of Lombok. The method used in the implementation of community service is a show case technology combined with direct face-to-face extension activities and the dissemination of information sheets for making UMMGB. The results of community service through showcase technology show that the level of knowledge of the participants has increased significantly from 13.79% to 91.38%. The number of skilled participants in making UMMGB also increased from 12.07% to 86.21%, even all degree participants wanted to make UMMGB after participating in technology degree activities. In conclusion, the technology degree is a very effective method of disseminating new technology to increase the knowledge, skills, and attitudes/interests of millennial prospective beef cattle agribusiness entrepreneurs in the manufacture of Urea Molasses Mineral Salt Block (UMMGB) as additional feed for beef cattle. The implementation of the UMMGB manufacturing technology degree is recommended to be disseminated as a new technology to improve the quality of beef cattle feed
