Abstract

A rural area that has a unique and distinctive attraction (both in the form of physical attraction / uniqueness of the rural natural environment and social and cultural social life), which is managed and packaged naturally and attractively. Cipasung Village is administratively one of the villages in the Darma subdistrict of Kuningan Regency, having an area of ​​± 151.2 Ha. This village has the potential to develop itself as a tourist village due to natural attractions (such as the Darma Reservoir), village institutions (Bumdes and Kompepar), capacity building (community cohesion), and the potential of tourism facilities (such as housing eligibility for homestays). Homestay is a temporary lodging or resting place that will be used for tourists who vacation in a tourist area. Homestay is also one of the accommodations currently attracting more foreign and domestic tourists. The research method is a deskriptif korelasional, because this study aims to obtain a complete picture of the facilities at the homestay and the decision to stay at the homestay. The results of the study showed that the facility had no effect on the decision to stay at the Cipasung village homestay, Kuningan.

Abstract

Tourism has a significant contribution to the development of an area. Optimization of tourism management in this area needs to be implemented immediately so that useful values can be obtained while these factors can be well maintained. The purpose of this research is to knowing how the management strategy about tourism in new normal situation at Bintan Region. This research. This research using the SWOT analyses to evaluate the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat. Using SWOT analyses can be a tools to formulating the policy, especially during the crisis situation. The technic method of this research is qualitative approach. Which the paper is using depth analysing with the main variable of the data, beside that this research is evaluate by the secondary data. The result of this paper is the term "new normalcy" refers to the process of rediscovering new standards and ideals through critical thinking processes triggered by crucial occurrences.several indicators are used when developing and formulating tourism strategies in Bintan. These indicators include management models, improving service and security standards, social influences, developing models of environmental activities in tourism areas, and conducting survey visits. at a Bintan tourism spot. Abstract

The identification toward of problems of tourism development in the four villages that are the member of JED is an interesting recent issues to be studied, because it can be the reason of emergence the Jed as well as a reference or a fundamental to the next research project in determine about how the application of ecotourism principles at pelaga village, sibetan village, tenganan village, and ceningan, which as the final result is to formulated the model of sustainable ecotourism as the goal of JED.Based on the research result, the impact of tourism development in these village already feel by the local communitiies. The tourism development impacts in the villages ecologically are not yet emerging the negative impact significanly it can be proved by the retaining of enviromental conservation and the absence of land use in each villages who are the member of JED. The community of the villages get a positive benefit in social economic, it can be seen there is an opportunity to get a new job and wider the bussines opportunity . the impact of social culture in this villages is retaining of local culture that can be seen in tenganan village which the community has an efforts to strenghten the local community identity.

Abstract

Grand Watu Dodol one of the most popular tourist attractions in Banyuwangi. The aim research is to find out the tourism products. Research approach is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods using observation, documentation and interviews as well as data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The research found are that there is natural potential consisting of various types of coral reefs and the biota that live around them. The condition of Watudodol beach's coral reefs, based on preliminary studies, is still quite good. Apart from that, other biota that live in coral reefs include hawksbill turtles, starfish, ornamental coral fish and sea fans. Condition main attraction domestic and foreign maritime tourists. Information on the types of coral reefs, turtles, fish and other biota that live around coral reefs is very important local tour guides from Grand Watudodol in order to provide understanding tourists who come to Grand Watudodol. Apart from coral reef tourism, there are also snorkeling tours. Snorkeling is a water recreation activity that involves diving on the surface of the water using snorkel equipment. This tourism product has attracted the attention of tourists, especially Banyuwangi, and is able to become one of the tourist development cities in Indonesia. Abstract

Gunung Tunak Natural Tourism Park located at Mertak Village, Pujut, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The research aims were identifying and analyzing potency, obstacles, and formulating the strategy and program. Data was analyzed by descriptive qualitative method, and analysis of matrix SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats).Through interpretation with descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis of SWOT are found that, it is very potential to be developing as a sustainable tourism destination with the natural and socio-cultural potencies. There also obstacles became hamper as such; human resources, destination management, the lack of public awareness in preventing of the cleanliness and environmental sustainability, also security and comfort. The development and solution of those obstacles are by applied strategies are as follows; strategy of strength–opportunity (S–O) with development strategy of tourism destination, and development strategy of tourism attraction., strategy of strength–threat (S–T) with improvement strategy of environmental quality and development strategy of sustainable tourism, strategy of weakness–opportunity (W–O) with promotion strategy of tourism destination and improvement strategy of security and comfort, whereas strategy of weakness–threat (W–T) with development strategy of human resources and development strategy of institutional and management of destination.

Abstract

Komodo National Park, designated by UNESCO as a world heritage site, is the only place where the ancient species of Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis) lives., its savanna panorama, and beautiful underwater scenery, attract both domestic and foreign tourists. This research was conducted to analyze the management system of Komodo National Park. To find out and analyze the perception of the government and the community towards the development of Komodo National Park tourism and analyze the sustainability of the current Komodo National Park tourism development. This research method uses the McKinsey and GSTC Criteria and Indicators (2019). The results of the study show that the current management system of Komodo National Park is still not good because it does not have adequate human resources and has not yet achieved a strategic management system. The results of our study indicate that the government's perception of information on the development of the Komodo tourism area is well understood so that it is coordinated effectively. Effectively, for destination sustainability in KNP, management results are 93% (very good), socio-economic sustainability is obtained 62.5% (good enough), cultural sustainability is 31% (poor), and environmental sustainability is 52.3% (good enough). Abstract

Drinking tea in Indonesia according to the literature, culture and history has a habit and populist. But in statistical data consumption rate is still low (0.2 kg / capita / year) compared with the sequence as a producer of tea in the world's fifth largest. From a business standpoint it can be seen not many restaurants that offer the main dish of tea, different things with coffee. Among the existing reality, tea culture has been attempted by a restaurant in Jakarta and also in Bogor, West Java, with the concept of on-site cafe and elite with a market share above Based Social Class (Jakarta) and in Bogor with shop concepts and outlets established in complex with college students and consumers in the mall with a market share of all ages. At the restaurant in Jakarta, in the initial conditions of business development a reality more coffee than tea, this restaurant is able to bring in a 20/2-hour or 70 person / day. In Bogor, in the shop in the complex could be the arrival of the college day about 60 people, while at the mall about 25 per day. The phenomenon that happens to be very interesting when examined in terms of consumer behavior in order to make a cup of tea as a culture among Based Social Class / urban and lower classes, so as to increase the prestige of the tea itself, and can be part of a culinary tour of Indonesia

Abstract

The sports and recreation sector in Jakabaring Sport City, Palembang, plays an important role in improving the quality of life of the community, but the challenge of maintaining visitor loyalty is a major concern. This research aims to analyze the influence of customer value and visitor experience on loyalty at Jakabaring Sport City. The research method used was quantitative with multiple regression analysis, involving 135 respondents selected by accidental sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The results of the analysis show that customer value and visitor experience partially have a significant effect on loyalty. The conclusion of this research is that increasing the value and experience felt by visitors can encourage higher loyalty. The advice for managers is to continue to improve the quality of services and facilities, as well as create interesting experiences. The Palembang City Government is advised to support the development of infrastructure that supports accessibility, while visitors are expected to provide feedback for continuous improvement. This research provides an important contribution for managers in designing effective strategies to attract and retain visitors to Jakabaring Sport City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges of tourism in Gunung Leuser on Climbing as a tourism place faced both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic by collecting qualitative data sources such as interviews and direct observations and using the Nvivo application in analyzing tourism during the pandemic. Mount Leuser climbing tour at the Kedah resort which is next to the village of Kedah is the longest hiking trail in Indonesia. This research generally uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, the data presented here are in the form of statements that indicate the nature, characteristics and circumstances of the symptoms or events studied. This study uses the NVIVO analysis technique where the data used is secondary data derived from journal articles and government policies in handling COVID-19 in the Gunung Leuser area. The results showed that climbing Mount Leuser tourism was oriented towards special interest tourism and only certain groups of tourists tended to come to visit. The impact of COVID-19 on climbing tourism in Gunung Leuser also affects the Tourism Impact indicators (36%), International Law Travel (12), Travel Restrictions (24%), Tourism Policy (12%), Economy Recovery (4%), and Social Impact (4%). The percentage during Covid-19 that affects tourism policy (policy), affects the impact (recovery) of tourism in Gunung Leuser. Keywords: Leuser Tourism, Challenges, Covid 19, Kedah

Abstract

Various studies have been conducted to see how the job satisfaction of employees can be affected by many variables such as motivation and leadership. The problem that occurs is that the level of employee satisfaction greatly affect its performance in service to consumers. For those reasons, job satisfaction was found to be significant and should be antecendent constituent variables such as leadership, motivation and communication. This study aims to model the effect of leadership, motivation and communication on the level of employee satisfaction. This research was conducted in two (2) phases. First performed in two 4 and 5 star hotels in Jakarta, the second phase will be carried out in two-star hotels 3 and 2. This distinction aims to get results if the employee satisfaction in terms of leadership, motivation and communication will be the same or different in the hotel with star category different. The method used descriptive correlational, to test four hypotheses model builders. Sample withdrawal method by accident (accidental sampling) is used to obtain data from seperangat questions to test constructs built. Analysis used structural equation modeling with the help of software Lisrell. The relationship of service quality and job satisfaction resulted in a strong relationship of 0.622 , it indicates that employees are satisfied to work so as to provide a quality service for hotel guests .
