Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of using the application in ordering food and drinks, how satisfied consumers are with ordering services through the application. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and looks at the relationship between the service quality perceived by consumers when they come directly to the restaurant and the service quality perceived by consumers when buying products. Using an application that is calculated using the T test. The sample in this study was taken by random sampling and involved 100 respondents. The test results can be seen that the p-value of the satisfaction variable is 0.055 which indicates a value greater than 0.05, so a decision can be made, meaning that the average satisfaction of respondents buying food directly is the same as the average satisfaction of respondents buying food through online applications. The results of this study indicate that the overall digital food ordering application does not have a negative effect on customer satisfaction, which means that there is the same satisfaction between delivery and direct orders. Abstract

Puri Agung Karangasem Amlapura previously known as Castle or Castle Kangingan. The castle functioned as the residence of the king after king of Karangasem already under the influence of the Netherlands which at the time Anak Agung Gde Jelantik appointed stedehouder Development I. Puri Agung Karangasem unique enough to be studied, considering the castle is a castle building and naming space adapted from European countries. This happens because at the time of construction and development, in collaboration with the Dutch king. However, despite the unique views of aspects of the building and its history, this castle looks less attractive evident from the lack of tourists visiting. Recognizing this, the study of Puri Agung Karangasem was done with the aim of producing a model development Puri Agung Karangasem as a cultural tourist attraction. In this paper the potential and Puri Agung Karangasem development model described in hopes into consideration for the castle in developing himself as one of the cultural attractions in Karangasem regency.

Abstract

Warna Warni Burai Village is a water tourism village or marine tourism, besides that Burai Village also has many craft and culinary tours in it. However, in its management, Burai Village still has several problems ranging from tourist facilities, accommodation, and so on. This research was conducted by the author to know the causes of problems that exist in the management in Burai Village. This research is descriptive qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. In this study, the method of the bottom-up approach was used and based on the theory of tourism management from Andi Mappi Sammeng. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation techniques, in-depth interviews conducted with several key informants and non-key informants, and documentation techniques carried out at the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. For the analysis of this study using the triangulation method from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation that have been obtained by researchers. Standard operating procedures for Tourism Village Guidelines in its management. In addition, tourism product marketing is also needed to increase rural Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Tourism promotion needs to be improved again, not only through social media, and requires an attractive schedule and promotional content. Abstract

Glamping is a nature-based accommodation alternative popular in various parts of the world. Glamping is developing rapidly in all parts of the world, but research on the keyword glamping has yet to be widely discussed. Researchers use bibliometric analysis methods to present visualizations and knowledge about glamping. Researchers searched for SCOPUS and SINTA indexed articles published between 2019-2024 via Publish or Perish (PoP) software application. There were 245 published documents found, and only 26 published documents successfully passed the exception selection. Researchers formulated two problem statements: "What are the research trends on glamping?" and "Is the topic of glamping amenable to further research?". This research aims to determine trends in glamping research from 2019-2024 and to determine the development of glamping research to provide recommendations for glamping research in the future. Researcher found ten keyword trends on glamping: glamping, camping, tourism, sustainable tourism, accommodation, experience, accommodation environment, glamping tourism, word of mouth, and tourist resources. The study found that Glamping is a stimulating topic because the glamping trend has become relevant to the tourist profile after the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The development of halal tourism, is closely related to the number of the world's Muslim population (Muslims) which experienced a significant increase and had an impact on the needs of halal tourism. Lebak Muncang Tourism Village in Ciwidey is one of the tourist villages in Regency of Bandung, that which has quite a lot of tourism potential with the majority of the population being Muslim (Muslim), where the daily activities of the people are influenced by Islamic religious rules (Sharia). If it is related to the tourism industri, Lebak Muncang tourism village has the opportunity to be developed into halal tourism. However, until now, the management of Lebak Muncang tourism village has not been done. This study aims to identify the potential of halal tourism in Lebak Muncang tourism village. This study was analyzed by a qualitative approach with data collection conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation and literature review, then analyzed by equating the existing conditions with the criteria of halal tourism owned by GMTI and the halal tourism guidance book with the analysis results obtained tourism potential in the village Lebak Muncang Tourism. That is included in criteria and has the potential to be developed into halal tourism.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic cause the tourism sectors lack of trust from the tourists, both foreign and domestic tourists. In order the business actors in the tourist sectors can running their economy activity needed the effort to gain confidence from tourist with give the easing of restrictions on community activities and also the opening of these destinations accompanied with cleanliness, health and safety behaviour in order do not trigger the emergence of a new wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. The government has formulated a New Normal Adaptation for the lungs of tourism actors. The guidelines for the Cleanliness, Health, Safety (CHS) protocol that have been compiled are expected to be implemented by travel agents. To see how far the implementation of the CHS protocol in the Covid-19 Pandemic era has been carried out by Travel Agents, this research is carried out. The results show that the average value of the highest CHS protocol implementation is carried out by tourists and tourist attractions, which is 92%, followed by accommodation service actors at 80%, eating/drinking service actors at 77% and the last one being transportation service actors at 70%. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors of visitors who come to the Bojongkulur Tourism Village, Bogor Regency. This village is one of the villages that initially every rainy season always experiences environmental problems, namely flooding problems, namely in the Block KD Vila Nusa Indah 3 RT 06 RW 36 area which borders the Cikeas river. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method to measure tourist attraction factors in the Bojongkulur tourist village, using a Cartesian diagram analysis tool. Based on the results of a questionnaire with 80 respondents to assess 8 assessment factors based on visitors' expectations and reality, 7 indicators were produced, including culture in its various forms, rivers with all their attractions, travel comfort, extensive opportunities to relax. The image, natural beauty and friendliness of the people are considered to have met visitors' expectations. Based on Cartesian diagram analysis, it reaches an average value of 4.2. Meanwhile, the tourist product price indicator is still assessed by visitors and still does not meet the figure of 2.9. This means that these 8 attractiveness factors are still considered lacking by visitors. In the researcher's analysis, this is caused by the accessibility of river tourism activities in the Bojongkulur tourist village, the route is short and only has one attraction, this is considered not commensurate with the costs incurred. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan, The Breeze Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers who had consumed The Breeze Coffee Memories, BSD. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of The Breeze Coffee Memories, BSD. The sampling technique in the study used the Random Sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using simple linear regression and to test the hypothesis using t test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and quality of food on buying interest at the 'Bebek Bakar Ayayo' restaurant in Bandung. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used is 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. The results showed that the price and quality of food had a significant effect on buying interest either partially or simultaneously. The price of the Duck Bakar Ayayo food menu has an affordable price followed by good product quality. The place to eat Bebek Bakar Ayayo always improves bright colors, good food appearance, standard portions, attractive food shapes, texture and softness, good aroma, sufficient maturity level, delicious and delicious taste. Suggestions in this study, the place to eat Duck Bakar Ayayo needs to carry out the right policy related to price, namely applying a menu price that is more adequate than other similar places to eat roasted duck, the price of the food menu that is set should be more adequate than other similar places to eat roast duck. ; The quality of food that will be served to consumers must remain consistent so that the taste of the food does not change so that consumers remain satisfied and interested in buying.
