Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how brand awareness mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data was taken using Google Form with a total of 138 respondents. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The results of this research state that: (1) Social media marketing has a positive effect on brand awareness; (2) Brand awareness has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; (3) Social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; (4) Brand awareness mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. Social media marketing positively influences brand awareness through reaching a wide audience, and visual content. High brand awareness positively influences purchasing decisions by increasing consumer familiarity, trust and preference. Brand awareness also acts as a link between social media marketing and purchasing decisions through creating positive perceptions and better knowledge about the brand, playing a key role in influencing consumer purchasing actions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality Recptionist Against Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty At Royal Safari Garden Resort & Convention. This type of research is survey research. With a population of guests who have stayed at the Royal Safari Garden Resort & Convention as many as 4152 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection technique is done by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by using Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. The results concluded that; (2) There is direct and significant influence between customer satisfaction to customer loyalty with strength 0,614, (3) There is direct and significant influence between service quality to loyalty Customer with influence strength 0,841, (4) There is indirect influence between service quality to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable equal to 0,668, (5) The biggest influence of service quality dimension to satisfaction is reliability (reliability) equal to 0,822 and responsiveness (power Responsiveness) of 0.797, the smallest influence sedangka is empathy (empathy) of 0.099

Abstract

This study aims to formulate models in terms develop Bongkudai Baru Village by the concept of Community-Based Tourism (CBT). Soft System Methodology (SSM) is used to complete these neccesity. Definitively, SSM can be interpreted as a process to find out what is most important from everyday real life; SSM users do learning that starts from identifying to achieving and optimizing the function of this problem (Checkland and Poulter, 2006 in Sudarsono, 2012). This is qualitative research, with observation, in depth interview and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to obtain primary data. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained through a literature study of sources that have relevance to the focus of the study. The results of the study revealed that the development model is based on activities carried out by the local community with the SSM method, namely: a) understanding and identifying potentials and resources availability; b) enhance community awareness in engaging directly and collaborating towards development process; c) create local institutional instruments; d) formulating actions, implementation, management and control; e) formulate operational regulations and procedures for the implementation of tourism activities; and f) Building and developing businesses in the tourism sector to increase equal benefits and comprehensive manner.

Abstract

This article discusses about Presidential Museum’s tourist attraction that could be developed as the part of historical tourism in Bogor. Author uses Qualitative Research Methods and descriptive analysist-data. Result shows that Presidential Museum’s tourist attraction lies on the building, collections and activities/events held in museum.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to identify the management system of public toilet in several tourist attractions in Bali, which was related to cleanliness quality, facility, and design feasibility. In addition, this was also referred to identifying the level of tourist’s satisfaction as user of public toilet. To achieve those goals, this research used survey design to collect data of 200 respondents in 20 tourist attractions spread in Bali. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted to reconfirm the findings; therefore right strategies could be formulated to overcome current issues and problems. The analysis method applied for this research was Qualitative Descriptive and Performance-Importance Analysis. The results showed that tourist’s satisfaction toward the cleanliness and design of public toilet was 47%. From design feasibility perspective, it was found out that conformance level of public toilet design toward international standard was 51%. Those findings showed that the public toilet management system in Bali needed significant improvement. It needed a comprehensive approach to solve these problems by involving all stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of strong commitment, hard work and work ethic on entrepreneurial performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with multiple regression analysis methods. The location of this research was carried out at the shopping tourist destination at Cipadu Market. The sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling. Partial research results show that strong commitment, hard work and work ethic have a significant influence on the performance of Cipadu Market entrepreneurs. The strong work commitment of business actors at Cipadu Market increases motivation, seriousness and better service to customers as well as resilience to business challenges. The Cipadu market is very competitive, requiring business actors to work hard to differentiate themselves from competitors, keep up with fast-changing fashion trends, and maintain consistent product quality. The high work ethic of business actors at Cipadu Market creates customer trust, builds a positive reputation, and reduces legal risks, all of which contribute to improving business performance. Abstract

Skydiving Nusawiru Paracenter merupakan satu-satunya dropzone komersil di Indonesia yang jika dimasukkan paket wisata maka akan selaras dengan visi dan misi Kabupaten Pangandaran yang ingin menjadikan Kabupaten Pangandaran sebagai tujuan wisata dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan paket wisata minat khusus dengan skydiving sebagai atraksi wisata utamanya dan membantu mewujudkan visi dan misi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Konsep dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teori dari Nuriata (2014) tentang penyusunan paket wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dengan narasumbernya yaitu Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pangandaran, travel agent, pengelola Nusawiru Paracenter dan wisatawan yang melakukan skydiving di Nusawiru Paracenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan yang berkunjung kebanyakan dari Bandung, Jakarta, India, Australia. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sebuah paket wisata yang dapat berguna bagi pengelola Nusawiru, travel agent dan pemerintah setempat

Abstract

Kepuhsari Village is a puppet craft village, located in Wonogiri Regency. Existing cultural resources are able to be optimized as a tourist attraction with the characteristic of making wayang kulit, through a complete process, namely cutting and playing. The emergence of the Wayang Village Tourism Village is a tangible form of the application of the Community Based Tourism concept. This research was proposed to find out: the economic impact of the implementation of community-based tourism in the Wayang Village Tourism Village. This study uses a qualitative approach, by collecting primary data through interviews and observations to explore more deeply the phenomena that occur, supported by regional mapping and documentation. The primary data collection will be reduced to draw a red thread from the statements that appear, supported by secondary data that is deemed appropriate to the context of the problem. Analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. This research produces findings, namely: Economic benefits, changes in puppet production patterns, and the use of cultural resources are strongly influenced by tourism, although the perceived direct economic impact is relatively low but tourism presence is able to move the economic wheel of the Kepuhsari village community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the right strategy in developing ecotourism-based Pine Grenden Forest in Magelang City. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observations, interviews, and questionnaires. This research using non probability sampling technique with a sample of 100 people in the Grenden Pine Forest. The sampling method in this study uses incidental sampling. Data collected were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study obtained several strategies that can be applied by the managers of the Grenden Pine Forest, such as (1) making instagramable photo spots and showing the characteristics of the Pine Grenden Forest, (2) in collaboration with the Mount Merbabu National Park to make educational tours related with the introduction of Pine Trees and Merbabu animals, (3) manufacturing of Grenden's distinctive tourism products, such as food and souvenirs, (4) planting trees and capturing endemic Merbabu animals.

Abstract

Covid-19 was a virus which is easy to infectious and can invade human for any age Covid-19 in Indonesia affected operational and income in many destinations especially micro culinary business actors. Air tejun temam Lubuk linggau was one of the destination affected. The objective of this research was to devise a strategy so that micro culinary business can continue to operate in the pandemic area. The descriptive with quantitative approach method was used in this research, that data was processed and analyzed by internal and external SWOT factors based on marketing functions. The result showed that internal and external factor of micro culinary in Air terjun temam destination at 3rd quadrant, which appropriate strategy to retain micro culinary business was rationalization strategy. Some of strategy that can used was made promotional event, which it can increase the number of tourists to Temam waterfall destination. The rationalization strategy was carried out by establishing cooperation between business actors and destination managers, fostering services for tourists that travel can still be done in the midst of a pandemic, fostering promotions, making policies about the tourists did not to bring food from outside and improvements to the quality of food.
